Exceptional service, highly recommended
A really well organised tour, which exceeded my expectations. Great tour guide (Simon), amazing tour, awesome hotels and good food and value for money. This tour allows you to get up close to many different animals in their natural habitat. We had sufficient time to explore three different national parks. I highly recommend this tour.

Everything went smoothly and the tour was great!
I have a 12 year old and it was a terrific way for him to see the animals up close. The guide at the park was very knowledgeable and seeing the animals (especially the white lions) was just what we hoped. To be clear, it isn’t a safari - the animals are fed and cared for - but we didn’t expect to see truly “wild” creatures. Communication was good and the pick up and drop off at our hotel made it very convenient, too.

Excellent Experience! I would highly recommend them!
My husband and I did an 8 day Migration safari with Easytravel for our 20th wedding anniversary. They were able to customize our trip to meet our needs. The planning of the trip went smoothly and they answered our many questions and offered great suggestions. They were very quick to respond to anything that we asked and made our planning much easier.
When we arrived everything was beyond our expectations. The level of service offered by the main office and our guide, Abisai Mbasha was beyond what I could have imagined. They really make sure to take care of the people they have on tour. They make sure that you are comfortable and are having a great time.
Our Migration tour was just the right length for us. We stayed mostly in camps and were surprised at how great the experience was. They were comfortable, the food was great and the experience of being close to nature but with all the comforts of a lodge.
Our guide Abisai Mbasha was so knowledgeable that we were able to see so many animals and learn so much about the areas we visited during our trip. He made the most our of every day. Definitely good value for your money.
We looked at a few places that friends had recommended and I'm so glad we chose Easytravel.

We did a 3 day (2 night) private tour to the Okavango Delta. Everything was exactly as described and the service was excellent. Really brilliant trip and would certainly recommend

Absolutely amazing
Thank you very much to the entire Viatu team; they organized unforgettable and beautiful holidays for us! We didn't have to worry about anything; everything was perfectly organized. The lodges were exactly to our taste, and everything was also sustainable, which is why we would travel/organize with Viatu again at any time.

Terrible Safari Experience and Unprofessional Tour Guides
This is probably the worst safari experiences I ever had with Startluck Travel. We had a group of 8 people and booked a 10-day package service with the company. The two drivers (also the guides) assigned to us were totally unprofessional, especially one of the drivers who name is Carlos. Carlos had been playing a game during the safari with us all the time. During one of the safari days, he left and dropped us in the middle of the game drive and requested us to join the other group to continue the drive, as he needed to go to pick up the park tickets and had his car have maintenance service. Also, on one of the days, he just disappeared and remained unreachable for the entire day. As a result, we lost one day to experience the game drive and were left in the hotel for doing nothing. The company Starluck however did NOTHING and was unable to resolve the issue after receiving our complaints, which was totally a disappointment.
That being said, this is ABSOLUTLY not a company to recommend.

Easy Travel took the stress out of planning our trip and made it "Easy"!
Just finished our 8 day migration safari with our guide Abisai Mbaaha from Easy Tavel and words cannot come close to describe the amazing experience we had on our Safari. Tanzania is a beautiful country full of wonderful people, a variety of animals and great scenery.
It started with the ease of planning our Safari. Voice at Easy Travel made the process of booking our complex vacation simple. She answered all my questions and took care of all the details. It was very Easy.
We arrived to the north Serengeti by plane and meet our guide at the airport. Abisai greeted us with a smile and instantly made us feel comfortable. His knowledge of the animals behaviour was displayed on the very first day, as he was able to track the movement's of the Wildebeest and we were able to witness the first crossing of the season, with a great view of the Wildebeest and the crocodiles. Abisai had set the bar high on the very first day! We witnessed 2 more crossings the next day
As our Safari continued, each day was better and better. We traveled from the north Serengeti the the central Serengeti and were able to see many animals that we did not think were possible to see. Abisai was able to spot animals from great distance, many that were missed by the vehicle's traveling in front of us. Abisai had great knowledge of the central Serengeti and took us to less busy areas in order to have a better chance to spot the animals. When he did spot the animals he was able to position our vehicle to take the best photos. His knowledge of the animals, plants and different areas of the Serengeti often provided us with the best view of the animals, and explained how they behave and interact with the other plants and animals in the park.
We left the central Serengeti and traveled to Ngorongo crater, and Abisai again was able to provide us with great views of both the scenery and animals. We were able to see the elusive Black Rhino, as well as the rest of the"Big Five". We had a very nice picnic lunch in the crater, with proper table and chairs, overlooking a small lake with hippos floating in the water.
We then traveled to Tangire, stopping at some places to shop for souvenirs and a visit to a Maasai Village far from the main roads. The village was genuine, not commercial looking like the villages on the side of the highway. The visit to the village was another incredible highlight as we learned about the Maasai people and how the live their lives. Again, Abisai ensured we had an authentic experience. Our game drive in Tangire again produced amazing opportunities to see the animals in their environment. We finished off the day with a great view of a leopard, in a great location that again the vehicle in front of us missed. What a way to close out the day. We returned to Arusha the next day and our minds and cameras were filled with the memories our time in Tanzania and Abisai.
Each and every day we felt safe, we learned much about the animals, their surroundings and the culture of the great people of Tanzania. Our accomodations each night were beyond expectations, camp was very welcoming and made us feel we were part of their family. The food was delicious, the tents were comfortable and we slept great knowing we were well looked after.
The service was outstanding, the tour price was very competitive but the value received is way above compare. The Toyota Land Cruiser was comfortable, clean and never let us down.
A thousand more words could not describe our experience well enough, our expectations were very much exceeded and we are already thinking about our next trip back.

Climbing Kili! Awesome experience with the best team ever.
Getting to know Kilimanjaro has always been a dream of mine, and Big Cat has helped me masterfully fulfill this dream. From the initial contact to the day of reaching the summit, everything was more than perfect and I was always amazed by the efficiency, kindness and professionalism of these guys.
From the first contact via email and whatsapp with Justice, William, Naomi and Emmanuel I managed to feel extremely satisfied and have all my doubts clarified. And I have to tell you that I had A LOT of doubts.
The hotel was cozy, with helpful people and great service. On the day of the climb I was apprehensive, but as soon as I met Imram, our guide, all apprehension disappeared. Imram and Steve, our guides, made us feel safe and helped us a lot during the climb, especially during the toughest moments at the end. A lot of information, a lot of stories learned, a lot of beautiful places and a lot of beautiful scenarios, a lot of great moments, that was only possible with their help and with the effort of the whole team.
Chef Tosh provided excellent lunches and breakfasts (I even learned how to make Kilimanjaro-style pizza \o/). Each day had something new, new experiences and adventures and in the end we ended up seeing everyone as one big family.
On the day of reaching the summit, I felt very ill (some sort of stomach upseting) and would never have been able to climb without the support of our guide. I only have feelings of gratitude for that.
Thank you all, from the bottom of my heart : Justice, Naomi, William, Steve, Tosh, Isaac, the other William, Peter, Luta, George, Samuel, Lucas, Nelson, Ababbo and a special thanks to Imram. You guys are awesome, best crew ever.
