Our family of 4 (kids ages 12 and 16) travelled to Zim (Deteema Springs) and Zam (Sausage Tree and Mchenja) and every detail was taken care of seamlessly. After receiving a brief description of the kind of safari experience we were hoping for, Rose nailed it with a customized itinerary that exceeded all expectations. Her first-hand knowledge of the countries, camps, and operators is exemplary. No need to sort through the myriad of options - every camp offered a different experience and excellent service. Logistics were seamless, including both charter light planes, scheduled flights, and transfers to remote camps; Rose was always just a WhatsApp message away if we had any questions or if there were any bumps along the way. Energetic, kind, knowledgeable and accommodating!
Steve was absolutely wonderful as our tour guide for our safari. He was great at explaining everything we saw in Masai Mara reserve and he drove everywhere to ensure we saw as many of the incredible animals as possible. He has a great sense of humour and he was smiling throughout our time with him! We would highly recommend Steve and JOCKY tours to anyone who is interested in doing a safari in Kenya. This has been an amazing experience for our family.

Perfect organization and knowledge of the places
James and his team were very flexible in organizing our private tour,and even if we Lost an entire day due to delays of the airplane he managed to cover all the program anyways,driving many hours a day. We cannot thank him enough!his knowledge of the parks is outstanding and he Will make sure you feel safe all the time,even with Kids (we were travelling with 2 kids)

Noel (and his brother Lee) is very personable, knowledgeable, and resourceful person.
We did safaris in Tarangire National Park and the Ngorongoro Crater. The accommodations were superb, especially our time camping at Kati Kati. These guys knew where to go to see wildlife and they knew a lot about the natural history of the areas we visited. They took very good care of our group. Their resourcefulness shined when we experienced a pretty major mechanical failure coming out of Ngorongoro: the drive shaft broke on our brand new Land Rover! Noel kept us safe and he and Lee fixed the issue right there on the spot. Within less than an hour we back on the road and arrived safely at the beautiful Farm of Dreams Lodge. This company and its people get 15 stars from me!

the best guide you could possibly ask for
The tourguide was amazing Holle (tourguide) spoke excellent English and answered all of our questions. The tour was amazing we did Game Drives and Boat Safaris it was beautiful and we saw many animals making it worth every penny. The guide was especially open and friendly and was very happy to answer all types of questions. Would 100% recommend to anyone wanting to have a authentic safari experience in Africa!
