Wonderfully Organised and Adventurous Safari
uwanda tours allowed us to experience a unique and adventurous safari. firstly everything was organised exceptionally well such as the transfers and activities (always very punctual). we did a multitude of activities in only 5 days including game drives, boat safaris, sunset boat drive, bush walk, hot spring swims, maasai village tour, mloka village tour and much more.
before i talk about our experiences during the activities i would like to say we had the most wonderful and informative tour guide who stayed with us most of the time. our guide holle first greeted us with a huge smile were we already knew we got so lucky with our guide. he was fantastic as he shared so much information with us, made the safari enjoyable, had an explanation ready for all of our wild questions and overall was just an excellent guide. additionally we always felt safe with him and he spoke very good english. i will definitely request him for my next safari!
a word on the activities. the game drives were filled with the sighting of many animals both on land and in the water. on one day we even made a stop at the hot springs which was truely a lovely event. additionally nyerere national park is wonderful as it is not crowded with jeeps and has beautiful nature. the sunset boat drive was astonishing and a must see. the bush walk was a unique dive into the life of a bushman. the boat safari was action filled with hippos and crocodiles as well as seeing animals come down to the water. the maasai and mloka village tours gave a wonderful insight into both their cultures and ways of life (very interesting!).
if you don’t want to have a boring/normal safari come to nyerere national park with uwanda tours. and don’t forget to get holle as your tour guide!

The tour was very flexible to what we wanted to see, the quality of accommodation and also our overall budget. We saw loads of animals and had amazing experience with animals in their natural habitat. Highly recommend you ask for Patrick who was our driver/guide. A family man who has a great sense of humour and made the whole experience more enjoyable.

Astounding Safari Delivered (Again!) by Bobby Tours
Our second safari with Bobby Tours was more magnificent than our first, beating our high expectations from our first tour pretty handily!
We are budget travellers and did the 4-Day Tanzania Budget Camping Safari this time (we had done the 5-day in December of 2021). The tents are large enough for my wife and I and pretty comfortable, the campgrounds well maintained, especially satisfactory to my wife who was okay with the bathrooms. We had requested John as our driver and Miko as our cook since we became friends from our last trip; Kassim, director, Bobby Tours managed to get them both for us. We like to rough out a bit on our safaris and avoid "luxury" options because we want to be as close to the Serengeti as possible. Bobby Tours make Serengeti unforgettable and keeps us wanting to come back. Thanks a ton Bobby Tours, much appreciated and we will be back as soon as we can!

Incredible experience, we got lucky, patience pays off! Beautiful experience.
We loved staying on Lake Tanganyika, the meals were great, it was going on hikes, swimming, kayaking, and walking around the forest to see the chimps. It is less likely see a bunch in the dry season, but with a little bit of patience and effort, we had an absolutely incredible time chilling with the chimps and following them around. The best is once they come down to the forest floor and you can just hang out and snap pics. I loved it and would recommend. Could see bigger groups in the wet season, but the weather/forest in the dry season was really nice.

Well planned safari
We enjoyed a 12 day safari in Kenya with unscripted safaris who organised it through Alex and Lewis. We visited almost all Kenyan parks and our guide knew all the animal hideouts and pathways and knew how to manouver the muddy roads with the jeep. The trip was fairly priced and definitely value for money

Memories to last a lifetime
We have just completed our 7 day mid range safari with this company and have loved every minute of it!
From start to finish we were checked on, looked after and ensured that our experience was going to be second to none. All stays were fab apart from the hotel in Lake Navaisha but even that was fine. We were well fed and the itinerary was well kept to throughout. But without a shadow of a doubt our trip was made by the fabulous Castro otherwise known as the leopard whisperer! He ensured that we knew every animal we saw, he stopped at every giraffe without fail knowing it was my daughters favourite animal. He used his wit and charm to ensure we knew where every great viewing point was going to be which went above and beyond our wildest expectations. Every time an animal was spotted we were there at the front getting the best photos! The fact that not only did we see 2 leopard's but also a live cheetah kill was all down to the determination of Castro that we would experience this fantastic trip of a lifetime. Karibu you have an absolute gem in this guide and our trip was made with his professionalism. Thank you Castro!!

Wonderful safari in the incredible wildlife of Serengeti
After the fantastic experience of 2022, we have just returned home from a new safari in the Serengeti organised with Savannah Explorers, again accompanied by the very good Abia as our guide. This 2023 safari was even better! We stayed in three accommodations: one night at Marera Mountain View Lodge, in Karatu, three at Serengeti Pure Tented camp, in the Rongai-Moru area (Serengeti), and the last four nights at Serengeti Kifaru Tented Lodge, in the Ikoma-Mareu area (Serengeti). All excellent, beautiful days, lots of animal sightings, especially incredibly beautiful lions! A special mention for the very recent Kifaru: clean and spacious tents, shared spaces with wi-fi, elegant and comfortable. Beautiful atmosphere in all the accommodation: in the two camps at night you could hear the sounds of the savannah (lions, hyenas and at Kifaru also herbivores grazing near the tent)...

IMPOSSIBLE TO FAIL WITH THEM
First of all, if you are a backpacker like me who is afraid of wasting your money you have to know that Moremi is totally worthy .
Secondly, you have to know that this company is the cheapest so it is a must for you and you have to make sure put it apart from others...but more important it is that you can be certain that this company is totally reliable, I received answers very quickly about everything, they give you a detailed program, nothing is missed.
The day of the activity our guide made all efforts to our needs: ( to find lions) he made everything all the time driving, very little stops just to see some footprints....
We saw 9 lions.
What I can say it is that with this company won't fail, because you feel since first time you can rely on them, it is very clear.
You will be charged a real fair price,( the best) half or 3 times less than others and you are going to receive a great service.
So if you want to do Moremi, don't look other and just book with them, you can be totally safe, you are on the right one.
