For a your trip of a lifetime- Sino-Africa is an absolute must
l am so happy that I found Jong from SINO-AFRICA to help arrange our first safari to Kenya.
He helped to arrange an itinerary with all the places that we hoped to see, at a reasonable cost. He was very responsive to every email and his input was priceless on putting together the perfect safari for our family. He kept us informed and directed us with each step to prepare for for our journey. He was willing to make several adiustments as we finalized our plans without complaint and kept great
communication.
Our family just finished our safari. Everything went as planned. We had a wonderful time, without any complications.
Solomon, our driver, was the best. He spoke great English. He knew his territory and had respect for the animals. We felt safe with him, and we enjoyed his company. We were so fortunate to have him guide us on our 8 day safari. We saw so many animals - all of the big 5, and so many more. What a great trip. I will be recommending Sino-Africa, Jong, and
Solomon to all my friends.
I would not hesitate to plan any trips, especially the once in a lifetime vacation with this company.
Thanks again Jong.

Fantastic
I recently had the pleasure of embarking on an unforgettable adventure in Uganda with Ovacado Adventures and their fantastic guide, Robert Mugisha. From the moment I joined the tour, it was evident that this experience would be nothing short of exceptional.
Ovacado Adventures proved to be a reliable and well-organized tour company, ensuring a seamless trip from start to finish. Their attention to detail and commitment to customer satisfaction were evident throughout the journey.
As for our guide, Robert Mugisha, his expertise and passion for the region's wildlife and culture were truly commendable. From the vast savannahs of Queen Elizabeth National Park to the dense jungles of Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, Robert's knowledge of the flora and fauna enriched every step of our adventure. His ability to spot elusive wildlife and share captivating stories about the local communities added an extra layer of excitement to each safari and trek.
The safari experience at Queen Elizabeth National Park was a highlight of the trip. Robert's keen eye and patience allowed us to witness a plethora of wildlife, including majestic elephants, graceful antelopes, and the awe-inspiring lions lazing under the African sun. The boat safari on the Kazinga Channel was equally enchanting, providing us with a unique perspective of the park's abundant aquatic life.
However, the pinnacle of our journey came with the much-anticipated gorilla trekking in Bwindi Impenetrable Forest. Robert led us through the challenging terrain with ease, ensuring our safety while respecting the gorillas' natural habitat. Witnessing these gentle giants in their native environment was an indescribable experience, leaving me in awe of their intelligence and sense of family.
Throughout the tour, Ovacado Adventures maintained a strong commitment to responsible tourism and conservation efforts. They emphasized the importance of preserving these fragile ecosystems and supporting the local communities, which was both inspiring and heartwarming.
My 5-day wildlife tour with Ovacado Adventures and the exceptional guide, Robert Mugisha, exceeded all expectations. I cannot recommend this experience enough to anyone seeking an authentic and transformative journey through the breathtaking landscapes and wildlife of Uganda. Whether you are a seasoned adventurer or a first-time traveler to Africa, this tour promises an adventure of a lifetime.

Incredible guide - be patient with the car :)
Best guide ever for the entire family!
Rachid is a great person, knowledgeable guide, energy and passion always at the top, kids-friendly, good hotels (except for the last one - The Crater Rim View), we met incredible people (like Baraka) and Rachid has a strong network which is very useful when the car is broken (flat tire, alternator broken, etc).
Booking process is far from our standards: no news after paying from Petro was stressful but everything went well!

Wonderful
Rachid is the Best guide ever ! He knows everything about animals, choose always the best place. On top of that, he is fun, taking care of everyone and the children loved him. We spend a wonderful time with him.
Thx again Rachid !
Only little issue : confirmation of the booking is quite long so you are a bit scared after first deposit.
The last hôtel "cratère rim view" was below the standards of the previous ones.

Superb game drive
Our guide Rachid was super efficient and attentive to our desires. He knew how to manage 3 different generations with very understandable English. The accommodations were very nice and in line with the price of the Safari. Excellent atmosphere and Rachid effectively managed car problems (puncture, alternator). All in all, great memory.

The best
I went on a group safari tour of 5 days in the first week of June with my boyfriend. We found Taswira through the good reviews. We arrived the evening before the start of the safari and they came to the airport and brought us to our hotel for that night. They were very clear with instructions and expectations for the next day. The driver Johnson was very friendly and helping, you can have a great chat with him and ask him all your questions, even the dumb ones. We booked midrange and got upgraded 2 nights to luxury thanks to the owner of Taswira, George. He informs you very well, you can call him when there are issues and he will help you any way he can. After the safari, we had a drink with him and Johnson. You can see they are a team and just want you to have the best time and show their country and the beautiful animals. When you're scared of getting close to the lions or cheetahs, Johnson will soothe you and explain what to do when something might happen, but mostly they are harmless because they are kinda used to the cars by now. Johnson will give you clear instructions on what not to do. He is a great spotter, we were almost always arriving first at a group of animals. I'd recommend going in June, the weather is great, not too warm, not cold and theres not that many tourists yet. We also visited a local Masai village, beware they will ask for money to visit the village, while their tour is only 15minutes long. We went to Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngoro Ngoro and Lake Manyara. They are all so cool, Ngoro Ngoro has the best views and nature! In Tarangire you will find soooo many elephants. Serengeti you will find a lot of lions and we were lucky to see some chetahs very close to the car. Also a lot of Pumba's haha and hippo's. We slept one night in Serengeti and it was truly magical. Everyone is so friendly everywhere, they make you feel very at home. We stayed two nights in Suricata Lodge, we were only the 10th guests since it just opened. It was amazing, the staff is very friendly and helpful. They are very well trained and you will feel like you're in a 5 star resort. The architecture of the whole place is breathtaking and you have a view over Lake Manyara. The tented camps in de parks are also very comfortable and have great views. When the chef comes with you, you will have the best food, I swear Taswira has the best cook! I would say a 4 day safari would also be enough, but I was glad we did 5 days. We saw so many beautiful animals and almost all of the big five, only the rhinos are difficult to spot, they were very far from the paths so we couldnt see them up close sadly. You will definitley see elephants, giraffes, wildebeests, zebras, hippos, buffalos and lions! And maaaaany monkeys haha. We had the best time and i would go back immediately if i could. Thank you for this amazing experience, i recommend!

Mesmerizing Namibia - I'll be back
What can I say? We've had an absolute blast, traveling through Namibia. Soooo many good new memories!
We booked our trip a bit last minute but had amazing support from Viatu to get all the information in time. The recommended route was perfect and to be honest, I was a bit 'scared' of the long distances in between the spots as I've read a lot of blogs, etc. before. And I didn't want to sit 'just in the car'. But the route was planned so well and we ended up having one long drive, then some short drives and then a long drive again. So it was very well balanced.
My absolute highlight was the north around Hoanib / Shipwreck Coast and if I would have booked it myself, I wouldn't have gone there (due to distance and also as it is quite a challenge to organize it) so thanks for putting it on our itinerary :)
As I usually organize trips myself (haven't booked through an agency in years) I was a bit skeptical as I love my spontaneity/freedom. But now, as I was in Namibia and saw how many times we didn't have a proper (wifi) connection, I am super grateful we went with Viatu. It was so relaxed!
