honest, helpful, responsive
The tour agent is honest. Safari 4x4 vehicle that we were on were relatively new & powerful. Bildad was responsive & helpful, gave advices on our hotel on final night in Nairobi, as well as advised us it's safe to walk around CBD.
During safari tour to Masai mara & Amboselli, Denis is always on time to pick us up, trying his best to give us better view of the animals. He always answered our questions. By the way, he could spot the animals from very far.

Good value for Money
Thanks Tellena Tours for memorable Kenya trip. Tour guide was knowledgable, punctual and very helpful. He went extra mile to ensure that we had good sightings.
