I (single traveler with request to join a group) booked 4 days, 3 nights, Masai Mara + Lake Nakuru safari with 4x4
Kakitu our driver and guide for Masai Mara was energetic with keen eye for locating animals
The stay was fine.
For Lake Nakuru due to non-availability of fellow travelers had to go with private Van (costed additional) but the arrangement and transfers were well managed.

Benjerman was super responsive to all my questions when planning this safari. It was fantastic having his local knowledge at this busy time of year to avoid the crowds. Our family of three got to see the big five +++. He selected great lodges for our trip.

Long review:
It was definitely the best decision to book the tour with "Best day Safari". I had the best time in Africa during the safari tour.
I booked the 5 day tour and was blown away from start to finish. Everything went perfectly....From the airport pickup, hotels, high-quality accommodations, safari drive, vegetarian meals....everything was uncomplicated and very pleasant. I enjoyed the time with the tour guide Joseph the most. He is certainly the best and most courteous guide you can find. No one knows the animal world as well as he does. In addition, he drives extremely carefully, he was always very patient - always waiting for me.
And I was very lucky, it was rain season- but still could spot soo many animals (even the the big 5 ;)
But I know I owe a lot to Joseph. He made my time so unforgettable. Thank you so much for your commitment! I really had such a great time with you! I would definitely recommend this tour and specially with Joseph!
Horrible - thieves and scammers - stay away at all costs
Charles was the highlight of the trip itinerary was not followed, hotels were canceled at the last minute and rebooked with lower quality, balloon trip was canceled at the last minute for no reason which I actually rebooked at 10 o’clock at night as it was a surprise for the family on my own and paid for it even though it had been pre paid
We were scammed with our covid test, they were supposed to come to Our hotel in Tanzania and do the test, we paid an extra thousand dollars for this And they never showed up and told us they were going to take the Antigen test it was taken three days prior at the border coming into Tanzania and turn it into a PCR test which is medically impossible
I don’t know who they paid off at the border to get us through but I know it was illegal. They took our passports, made us wait at a restaurant for 3 hours and then came back with the passports stamped and ready to go across
I have it in writing in a credit memo that they were supposed to come and give me cash ($2900)the night we left but never showed It’s been four months since we left and back-and-forth they were supposed to send me a wire transfer but it never came and now they are ghosting me.
Avoid them at all costs. Any positive reviews must be written by them or their friends

Phenomenal Safari experience with Ken from Beacon Safaris
Beacon Safaris provided an excellent safari for the two of us. It was very well planned. Communication with Robert was excellent. He was very accommodating in terms of arranging payment, which I was worried about due to Covid. The company is very reliable and excellent. The driver Ken was truly exceptional, he was always in the right place and time to see all the animals. We saw cheetahs, a black rhino, lions, a leopard, giraffes, hippos including baby hippos and many more. We also saw a family of around 70 elephants including baby elephants and we were the only car surrounded by all the elephants crossing the road! Ken also arranged an excellent plan to see sunrise and breakfast with a view in Masai Mara. Ken is an excellent driver, clearly very experienced, kind and easy going. Although we visited several parks which were far away, Ken is a very reliable and good driver who got us places quickly and safely. We previously did a safari in Tanzania, however, the one in Kenya with Beacon Safaris was much better.

Another amazing Safari!
This is my second booking in less than a year with Beverly at African Hartebeest. She is always very quick to respond to questions! Excellent value for money. Everything just runs so smoothly from start to finish. She’s an absolute delight. The Safari never disappoints! I recommend that you request Jonathan as your guide because he is simply incredible. This is my second time with Jonathan and he is THE best guide I’ve ever had on Safari! I would recommend African Hartebeest to anyone considering a trip to Kenya!

I am a Volunteer in Zanzibar and decided to make a Safari on the mainland, it was the best decision i made and I had the absolute best time during my time in Tansania with Serengeti Wakanda Tours and Safaris.
The entire team is very helpful and they are all trying to make the biggest effort to make your experience as special and perfect as it can get.
The owner of the company is Bartho and he is highly professional and helpful with what ever questions or concerns you might have.
He always tries to find the best Solutions to help you and also that you feel comfortable during your whole trip.
The safari itself was just amazing. We made the trip with Andrew and Dula, and both were the best ones you can imagine.
The safari jeep is very comfortable, we got provided with the BEST FOOD (all the other companies they had small lunch boxes and we had a large selection of fresh things), soft drinks, water, beer and wine. We got to see the all of the big 5 and many other incredible animals and nature multiple times.
In Addition, we were like a big family while our 5 days safari, made new friends and left with a light heart full of great memories that will last for a lifetime.
So if your trying to decide for one of the many tour operators in Arusha - I highly recommend choosing this one! You won’t regret! They are amazing

A magical safari with passionate guides
