Absolutely Amazing! Gave us more than what we asked!
Absolutely worth every penny and more! John/Johny is an amazing guy! I feel he is one of the best guides at Masai. He knows the place like the back of his hand. He knew where to find what. He ensured that we saw the big five and he was always among the 1st to reach there. With him we were lucky enough to watch kills, hunts, big 5 and everything else that Masaai Mara had to offer. He took special care and also made us feel safe all the time. He is an expert in his craft and he ensured that we had one of the most memorable experiences of our life. Thank you, John! I am very happy with the service and the tour organisation.

Our Nsavi tour was such a memorable holiday! Nsavi was very helpful throughout the booking and traveling process. They made the trip simple and worry-free. The hotel was comfortable with wonderful bird watching. The food was delicious and the service was friendly. Our driver was invaluably helpful, friendly, and great company. The gorilla and golden monkey experiences were something we will remember for the rest of our lives. We had an absolute blast and can't wait to come back and do it again. There is so much more we want to see!

Passionate about ensuring that guests have the best stay and sightings
We started our tour from Nairobi with John, who is part of Jocky tours. The journey to Masai Mara was comfortable and fast. Our experienced was truly memorable because of John. He is so passionate about what he does and he ensured that we had a great time and had the best sightings. We saw the big 5, in just one and a half days of game drives and not just that, he even made us see hunts and kills. He always ensured that we had the best views. He is so well versed with the place and just knows where to see what! We were really lucky to have John as our guide and would highly recommend him for the best experience at Mara!

Great experience!
My family (me, my husband, and our 5-year-old) booked a 13-day safari trip for East Africa through Amazing Memories, and the Tanzania part was hosted by Migada Adventures. We had Mike as our guide, who was extremely professional, experienced, knowledgeable, and helpful.
We visited Serengeti, Ngorongoro, Lake Manyara, and Tarangire, and were able to see over thirty species of mammals and over one hundred species of birds on the whole trip. Also, we took pictures and videos of wildebeests migrating, lions mating, elephants with babies, etc,...
We also did a night safari in Lake Manyara, which was also awesome. We were able to see some bushbabies and genets there.

Tanzania Safari tour
Just from the first approach in February, Suricata agency seemed very professional and concrete with his prompt replies. After the safari, completed few hours ago, I am so enthusiastic that I preferred to do this review soonest. All the expectations have been completely satisfied. All the services provided have been truly excellent. The guide/driver was always ready to answer to any questions giving any explanation about the animals, about the vegetation and also regarding the programme. To any topic he gave comprehensive information always . I highly recommend this agency to fully experience the Safari atmosphere without any bitter surprises.

Chaotic and did not take ownership or control
This was my first safari and while the overall park experience was amazing we had a poor experience relative to tour management
Our chief tour planner delegated day to day management to junior and inexperienced staff
We experienced numerous snags and snafus
1) original agreed upon schedule was not supported and we had to make numerous unpleasant adjustments
2) tour leader was unresponsive and candidly avoiding any contact
3) we had to check out of a lodge in serengetti and find last minute accommodations because tour operator booked only 1 night as opposed to agreed upon 2 night stay
4) we were misinformed and hotel booked was different and of a lower grade than what was agreed upon in the itinerary
I would not recommend this tour operator as we did not have a satisfactory experience

Relaxing, pampered stay, with incredible views of wildlife
The Hide was fantastic! Their food was excellent and plentiful. Loved the breakfast boxes on morning safari, and so grateful for warm porridge before. Hot water bottles were essential for cold July nights, and the fire pit was also super. N'Khosi was excellent as a guide, very experienced and knowledgeable. The safari truck was lovely and new.
The driver from Victoria Falls was polite and helpful. The van... Was ok. A bit worn, and the road between Victoria Falls and Hwange is bumpy and long. Wish we'd known what we were getting into with that! Over all a terrific experience, however.

Amazing Safari at affordable price
Quick and exhaustive conversation during the trip organization. In Tanzania both for pick up and safari in line or above the expectations (day trip at Materuni falls and coffee plantation/ accommodation during the safari).
The guide/driver well prepared and always available for any request. I suggest to add 1 more day in Serengeti in order to visit also the north on top of Tarangire, Manyara and Ngorongoro. Suricata make me happy to travel in Tanzania

The best experience and guide we could ask for! Amazing Martino
We did the three days Safari experience in Nyerere park: we explored the Selous reserve through the daily game drive and the night game drive on the first day, we had the boat tour and the visit to the village nearby the camp the second day, and we went to visit the Masai village the last day. The accommodations we stayed at made our experience characteristic and allowed us to really enjoy the nature all around. All the people working there have been very welcoming and caring, and we had really nice food as well.
Before we started, Martino gave us all the information we needed to live the experience the best way, he gave us the right advices on how to bring the best memories back from the Safari experience. Anytime we had questions he was there to answer and explain. Beside the professional informations we got from him, he has been nice and fun. He has been amazing!
We’ll keep this experience within the best memories we have!
