It was very unforgettable and amazing experience. We found this tour operator online googling with the main request of the safari. It’s not a first time we have been in Kenya and we were missing just the Masai Mara park. By their site was everything clear and detailed with different options. And after couple of the quotes of different companies we understand that is the right balance price/quality. They were very clear and fast with communication, because our request was quite close to the data of safari. Was very precise with all details and also open for different requests we make.

The whole tour company was great from begining to end
The whole safari experience was great! Joysharon was great to help us organize the whole trip. She was in constant communication with us before, during and after the trip.
I did 3 different bookings with them, 2 day trips from Nairobi and 1 trip for 8 days in different parks. The accommodations & the food were good. The drivers were amazing and we learned so much about the animals.
The 2 day trips from Nairobi I did them alone and I felt very safe travelling with the company.

Roho Ya Chui did a fantastic job of arranging our holiday and were very easy to work with. Ute was always accessible and very responsive during the planning, pre-trip preparation, and during our travels when I had a couple questions. She provided great professional service with a very personal approach. Each leg of our travel, border crossing, and transfer was arranged and fulfilled. I would recommend Ute and Roho Ya Chui to arrange travel to anyone seeking holiday in Africa. We were already in Africa so our trip began at the airport in Livingstone at Victoria Falls, She arranged our transport and hotel. We also traveled to the Okavango Delta staying at Kanana for three nights. It was luxury in the bush. Had a very memorable holiday with no hiccups. Thanks Ute!

Wonderful trip and amazing experience
The trip arrangement is very reasonable and smooth. The accommodation and vehicle are great. Many thanks to my guide James, he let me see many different kinds of wild animals, and very beautiful landscape.He is very professional and responsible in finding animals, and he is also very considerate and helpful.

Well informed and knew where to find different animals
I had an amazing time during my 3 day 2 night chobe safari. We were able to camp in the park which was an incredible experience. You could hear the animals at night and we were able to get a much earlier start than those staying at hotels. I found the food to be great as well. I saw all kinds of animals, lions, leopard, giraffe, elephants and we even had a lioness take shade under our vehicle! I was also able to organize other experiences like a river safari, micro plane ride, and rafting through them. It was very convenient to organize everything through one company especially as a solo traveler.

Everyone in suricata is very kind.We enjoyed it so much. We saw a lot of animals in this trip. The accommodations and foods are good. Better than what I expected it . Our tour guide Fredi is very kind and professional I would love to stay longer if we have more time.

Efficient and reliable
The collection was thorough, but the vehicle is well kitted out with all the safety and recovery items you may need. Everything worked. On return the deposit was refunded the same day which is awesome as this is often a sticking point with other operators.
We will definitely recommend them and will use them again.

A great and incredible holidays in Kenya and Zanzibar
We booked with Silas a trip of 6 days Safari in Kenya + 4 days in Zanzibar for our family of 4 people with 2 teens. All the arrangements and the final price were very good, so we chose to do it with them. Since we arrived we felt very Welcomed by Silas and the guide John "the lion King". John always cared a lot about us and gave us a lot of security. He was very concerned so that we could see all the animals, he took us to all the places we asked for and he became friends with the whole family, especially the little one with whom he created a great complicity. In the end, since we had not been able to see the rhinoceros and we had several hours left to catch the plane to Zanzibar, John spoke with Silas and they additionally paid us the entrance fee to Nairobi National Park so that we could see it and that's how it was. It was incredible. We also lost the binoculars and John and Silas brought them to us at the airport on our return from Zanzibar so we could recover them. In short, a very customer-oriented company, which offered us a lot of security and made us enjoy these incredible vacations a lot. 100% recommended
