Pros and Cons
Go2Africa rep who arranged our trip listened well to our specific needs/desires. We already had several camps in Botswana in mind, and he helped us locate two more, one each in S. Africa and Zimbabwe, both of which fitted well.
Once the initial arrangements for dates and locations were made, we were handed off to another company rep to arrange all of the details. This person was not as helpful as the first. It took us asking many, many questions to obtain the information that we needed. First, much of the information could easily have been posted to their web site, like we saw with other companies' web pages. G2A seems to hold back information and not make it easily available unless you ask. For instance, we were aware from our own research that we would need some vaccinations and some of them needed to start six months prior to travel, yet G2A provided no suggestions or guidance about this until mere weeks prior to our departure. Completely useless info when it was finally provided.
Second, being a "bespoke" trip planning travel agency, it was disturbing that when we did receive information, it was often very generic and didn't apply to us at all. But we still had to sort through the information and try to discern if we needed to do something, for example.
Finally, we were never invited to review our trip with a staff member, once we returned, so that we could provide feedback on what worked and what did not. We thought that was very odd. We did have some travel issues and would like to have reported them to G2A so that they might be able to talk with their various contractors and avoid similar issues for other G2A clients. But apparently they do not care to know what we liked or where there were problems.
We enjoyed most of our three weeks-plus trip, and appreciated some of the lodgings and guides suggested to us. It's surprising that G2A doesn't want to know the problems nor the good things.

A very clever person who knew exactly where to bring you for the game seeing.
We really didn’t expect to find 2 leopards very close to our car on both days of the game drive. Our guide was good at showing us everything that was needed to see as it was needed. He also looked for me the next day in Iringa to bring me the tablet I forgot in his car! Very great experience in the whole.

Elephant Lover's Paradise!
Botswana people very friendly towards tourists. The wildlife was fantastic. Some gravel roads was in a terrible state.

Once in a lifetime tour, perfect budget safari!
We did the 2 night 3 day Masai Mara tour. The pickup process was really easy, and we were grouped with such great people which made the experience lots of fun during the down times (there is a LOT of driving). 3 days was great as we got to see almost everything and enjoy the camp life within the Masai. Great amount of time, good price, amazing experience seeing elephants, giraffes, lions, leopards, and more.

Quick response but the informatoons could have been more detailed.
Our guide was Andrew: very flexible, friendly, great driver and always tried to find the best spots to see animals.
Accomodation: small changes would give big difference.

Once in a lifetime experience!
We had an incredible trip with Trek2Kili! From when we touched down in Tanzania and received an efficient airport transfer to our hotel, to the trek up Kilimanjaro itself, and a safari afterwards, we couldn't have asked for a better team. Our guides (led by Conrad and Fortune!) and team of porters on the mountain were knowledgeable, supportive, and a lot of fun, and our safari guide (Josephat) went out of his way to give us a once-in-a-lifetime experience. Would highly recommend traveling with Trek2Kili!
Superb
We have been recommended this company Hermosa from our friends who used them for Akagera Safaris when they were in Rwanda for conference and we immediately engaged them for Gorilla Trekking experiences in Rwanda, it was so quick from the beginning with the team Eric was very fast in accommodating all our questions and amendments in the itinerary overall our 7 days trip in Rwanda went very well, beyond our expectations! We cannot say much about this company but we will recommend them to our friends! Cheers
