Flexible, efficient & well-organized
5/5

Kiboko team is extremely helpful and they organized an amazing 9-day safari package for us. They even helped us with our plans at the end of our time in savanna - highly recommended, especially to anyone traveling to Kenya for the first time.

The safari was an unforgettable experience and our driver-guide Samuel tried his best to track as many animals as possible. Importantly (and unlike other drivers around) he was very respectful of animals and didn’t drive right in their way, which we really appreciated and could peacefully observe all animals around.

Thanks a lot for making our first time in Kenya memorable.

Friendly, efficient and informative
5/5

My daughter, her friend and I had a tour of Victoria falls . Kuda, our guide, could not have been more helpful and atentative. He told us about the local history and animals, we met along the way. He took us to a great spot where we had lunch and could watch all the people bungee jumping and zip wiring. A thoroughly enjoyable trip, thank you.

Adventure of a Lifetime!!
5/5

If you’re looking to book a safari in Tanzania, look no further!

We had an amazing experience with Afrinature Beauty Expeditions which already started ahead of our trip. We reached out to several safari companies but our preference for Afrinature Beauty Expeditions quickly became clear, and importantly for us, it is locally operated and fully ethical. Our point of contact Ezra was very communicative, available, and helpful. He created a very professional itinerary based on our initial wishes. Afterwards, Ezra was always available to call to discuss finalisations. He made it clear that it was our trip, and we could personalise how we wanted to, but provided the right suggestions based on his experience. His pre-safari briefing gave us all the information on what to bring and what to expect!

We decided to go for a four day, three night safari. Starting at Tarangire, then Ngorongoro Conservation Area, and lastly two days in the Serengeti. The morning of day 1, we were punctually picked up from our accomodation with a fully equipped safari car; open roof; plenty of water; beers; charging station; and binoculars. Ezra waved us goodbye as our guide, Greyson, and us embarked on our trip.

Ezra had selected Greyson as our guide. We couldn’t have been happier. Not only was Greyson a skilful driver and ensured safety on the sometimes rough roads, he was also very professional, approachable, and respectful to the environment. He is very attentive and can anticipate the customer’s wants and needs. He is extremely knowledgeable and honest in setting expectations. Although he never promised to complete the Big Five, due to knowing his way around the park and his natural instinct, we were able to see everything we could have hoped for. Even a rhino in the Serengeti! Keep in mind what Greyson says: go in with no expectations because nature does its own thing.

Afrinature Beauty Expeditions booked really nice accomodations for us. The first night we stayed at a beautiful lodge (Suricata Boma Lodge) overlooking Lake Manyara. The other two nights we stayed in luxury tents in the middle of the Serengeti (Kenzan Luxury Mobile Camp), where buffalos and hyenas were roaming around right outside our tent. At both places the staff and food were amazing, including accomodating to some of our gluten- and lactose-free requirements.

Even during the trip, Ezra remained very attentive and would send us brief texts at the end of each day to make sure everything was fine and we had everything we needed.

We are so happy to have selected Afrinature Beauty Expeditions for our trip, and will forever be thankful for the experiences we had. Asante sana!!!!

Amazing & Perfect Trip
5/5

Kind and lovely Guide.
Pick up from the Kilimandjaro Airport to our hotel. Then 2 days at Serengeti park with an amazing lodge. Visit the Ngorongoro cratere and the day after we spent the night at a Masaaï village with lovely lodge. We visit the waterfall and coffee production close to Moshi.
I recommand mytrip2tanzania 100%.
Thanks a lot for all the memories.

Matoke tours is the perfect Tour Operator, you can rely on them!
5/5

At the beginning of this year, 2023, we decided to travel in July to Uganda.
We wanted to go on an 11-day safari trip and then spend 11 days visiting friends of ours who have been active in social projects in Uganda for 20 years. Our friends recommended us Matoke Tours as a tour operator.
The planning process with Coen from Matoke Tours has been a lot of fun. Everything was discussed in detail, in a friendly and relaxed manner. With many recommendations, the tour was planned according to our wishes.
At the beginning of July we started. With Brussels Airlines from Brussels to Entebbe, transfer to the hotel and our guide Anatoli picked us up the next morning. Anatoly as a guide is a stroke of luck. He is very competent, he told us a lot about the country and its people. He is very friendly and helpful, he took care of everything and made our trip a unique experience. We especially liked his sense of humor. It was like traveling with a friend.
The entire trip was just wonderful. The nile springs, Murchison Falls NP, Kibale NP with great Chimp tracking, Queen Elisabeth NP with amazing Boat Trip on the Kasinga Channel. Lake Mutanda with Gorilla Trekking in Bwindi NP as a special experience. Transfer to our friends in Kisoro and at the end the transfer to the airport in Kigali/ Rwanda. Everything perfectly organized by Matoke Tours. The lodges were all very nice and very well tailored to our needs.
Summary:
Uganda is a very beautiful country with very friendly and lovely people.
The landscape is lush green and mostly hilly. There is so much to see, wildlife, colorful birds and beautiful butterflies and flowers...
July is a good time to travel
It is a very comfortable and safe travel.
Matoke Tours is the perfect tour operator. By the way I am not on their pay roll.
Next year we will probably travel to Uganda again, with even more time to support our friends' social projects.
I wish you a lot of fun in Uganda
Regards
Karl

Indigo Safaris far exceeded my expectations.
5/5

As a first-time, solo, female traveler for a fly-in Tanzania safari, I could not have chosen a more professional and easy to work with travel agent. Ines Mooseman proved to be knowledgeable in all aspects of my trip, from securing a Tanzania eVisa, to light aircraft flights within the country, to detailed descriptions of the camps I would visit.

Ines also quickly responded to my questions regarding game drives/vehicles, dining and, in general, what I could expect at the Foxes' Rufiji River Camp in Selous Game Reserve (Nyerere Nat'l Park) and their Ruaha River Camp in Ruaha Nat'l Park. She also listened to what I had to say--something I consider vital in traveler-tour agent relationships.

Thanks to the efforts of Ines and Indigo Safaris, I'm determined to take another safari next year.

Unforgettable experiences With MyTrip2Tanzania!!
5/5

We chose MyTrip2Tanzania and we were not disappointed. It was one of the most beautiful, authentic and incredible stays I've ever had. Philbert is the best guide by far, so don't hesitate to book with him: you'll never be disappointed. He will always suggest the best options and must-do excursions in northern Tanzania. In addition to the safari, he showed us natural pools, an amazing waterfall and coffee plantations. In short: an extraordinary trip with an attentive and interesting guide. Thanks a lot Philbert, we’ll miss you!

Our Safari experience was a mixed bag..
1/5

we recently returned from a 14 day Kenya and Tanzania trip with this operator.
Overall our safari experience was overshadowed by the multiple negative experiences our group faced due to poor planning by the tour operator.

It started day one in Nairobi..with confusion regarding number of rooms, and number of days they were booked for..confusion regarding number
veg Vs non veg eaters...etc

there were booking confusions practically at every location...every evening after we had reached our destination, we were to deal with a new problem ..change of itinerary / cancellation for the next day...

Hot air balloon ride over Masai Mara was promised...which got cancelled the previous night, and we were told we would enjoy that at at the end of the trip at Amboseli park...Once at Amboselli, we were told only 28 folks out of 30 can take the ride...which again was sprung as a surprise... at the last minute the balloon operator very casually and callously told us , decide which two of the group would miss the ride...

the tour coordinator travelling with us was not given proper information and authority to resolve the issues...

On the positive side...all the guides/ drivers provided were very good, with deep understanding of the park , animals and environment they were introducing to us...they made sure we got all the experiences of the safari..and were genuinely interested in our trip...

please be very careful if you are planning a trip with Seven By Far Safari...

Great service, fantastic experience
5/5

Very smooth communication with Joseph to plan the 5 days of safari. Great flexibility on adding new activities progressively, and even help plan a beautiful proposal!

As for Peter, he was extremely knowledgeable, and an amazing guide in Maasai Mara, helping us spot plenty of animals in the best possible way.
