Professionally adventure
A very well organised safari: our guide Shafino was really experienced and gave us a really exciting, but also safe, experience, enriching with a lot of information about animals behavior, name of birds, plants and trees, geology of the parks.
The lodges/tented camps were some fantastic, some very good; just one too basic, but all with a very good quality of the food.
Animals sightings are guaranteed.

Fantastic Wilma (as always!)
Having booked my first trip to South Africa with Wilma, and JD Destinations, last year I thought that it would be impossible to come close to matching my previous experience.
However, once again, Wilma has raised the bar and knocked it out the park! My fiancée and I travelled to South Africa this Nov/Dec to celebrate our baby moon so wanted to see other areas of the country whilst combining our love for safari and relaxation.
Wilma spent a great deal of time curating a bespoke trip that enabled us to see a number of South Africa’s hidden gems and create even more memories. Wilma’s knowledge is unquestionable and she has first hand experience of the travel routes that she proposed. She fully understands our requirements and is able to consistently deliver a 5 star experience.
Wilma also goes out of her way to ensure that a number of special touches were arranged by our hotels/lodges to celebrate our special vacation. Our trip ran incredibly smoothly enabling us to travel the country stress free which was important to us as my partner is pregnant. Wilma was on hand every step of the way and was also personally interested in hearing about our experiences which was nice. Whilst Wilma is a true professional she is now also a great friend, and we will forever owe her for our amazing experiences. Our relationship started from a recommendation from my father and, due to the success of all of our trips, Wilma is now arranging other trips for my wider family.

Above all expectations
Micheal and Nelson were brilliant - knowledgable, kind, helpful and a pleasure to spend time with. Friendship Adventure tailored the itinerary perfectly to us and our wishes. Communication was excellent before and during. I cannot fault a single thing, the safari experience was beyond all of our expectations. I still can’t quite comprehend the incredible array of animals we saw, including a lion and cubs eating a giraffe (Tarangire park). Additionally we have dietary requirements and they catered perfectly, and we are interested in birds and they were fantastic at spotting and identifying birds additionally to the other animals.

Excellent Safari Resource
We spoke to several safari travel specialists when we began planning, and ultimately booked through TLSC. Even though we were focused on Tanzania, the range of options is still overwhelming.
