Unforgettable Experience
After my girlfriend and I decided to go to safari, I contacted Ozon Light Tours and their owner representative was very quick to respond.
After a quick chat with them, I realised that there is no need to search for another agency and Ozon Light Tours should be a perfect choice for us.
And it was perfect indeed! We had a 4-day budget safari (Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro) and expected to spend 1 night in the lodge and 2 in the tents,
Despite the name “budget”, organisation was perfect, our chief Manase definitely has a passion and our meals were absolutely gorgeous - no repeated meals, fresh baked bread, desserts - all very tasty.
Also, our driver/guide Tuma was always in a good mood, told us lots of interesting things about animals and local culture and traditions and did his best to spot as many animals as possible.
We saw every possible animal - cheetah, rhinos at a close range (very rare!), lions and their war with hyenas, and of course elephants, giraffes and many many more!
I highly recommend Ozon Light Tours - be sure you will have a great unforgettable experience with their team.

Total Ripoff/Dishonest/Unbothered/Dubious
I'm a very disappointed client on 2 occasions the latest on for Mara being the worse than the first trip to Salt lick and it's a wrap for me with this said company. I booked my sister and her family via the the agent Xavier and on the day of and during the trip his true colors were out without a doubt. Having paid for landcruiser option for pick and drop off...the dude shows up with a Noah with excuses from here to tumbuktu in the name of maandamano n promises to fix the mishap. At Narok he takes them to a bar setup for lunch with kids yet the booking included lunch at Jambo Mara hotel...as if this was not enough they end up being picked from Narok in a rundown canvas landcruiser that's was nothing but utterly disrespectful. I don't even want to mention the state of the rooms booked despite paying extra to ensure even the children would get meaningful space...instead the rooms were all squished in wooden cabins contrary to glass accommodation that had been shared to us during booking...anytime they sought help from the hotel they kept being referred back to their the so called agent with cared less about them. Seeking refunds for the substandard services offered versus what we paid for all landed in deaf ears and there's totally nothing good to write about this company from our experience. We leave it all to Karma as conversations bore zero fruit...

Excellent organization for every detail and service included in the package.
Wide availability in meeting the customer’s needs and therefore modifying the initial package tailored to the guests’ exigencies.

Unforgettable safari experience
We had an incredible safari organised by Msemo, the communication was great at all times and he also arranged the delivery of one of our luggage that went missing by the airline. What I liked the most about Shavi safari is that it included not only game drives but also a bike tour around lake manyara and visiting the mosquito river village, children’s home, and a Masai tribe and museum of tanzanite, for us it was important to also experience the culture. Justin was our driver, he is very experienced at tracking animals and predicting their actions. He always knew where to position the car depending of their actions to get the best view. We got to see a lioness hunting, elephants herds crossing, cheetah hunting and eating, hienas drinking water, at just a few(2-3) meters from us. We saw the big 5 (including a mom rhino with the cub) plus many others. The road to Serengeti is very bumpy but Justin is also a skilled driver that knew how to avoid rocks and holes. The lodges that Msemo booked for us were super luxurious and in incredible locations while the price of the safari was a medium budget.
We absolutely recommend Shavi tours to have a unique safari experience!

Fantastic!!
The Kenyan wilderness is so diverse and you will want to visit over and over. That's why I came back and visited with Paul's Untamed Escapades. This time I chose the coastal circuit destinations, Tsavo E&W and Amboseli parks.
The views of Mt Kilimanjaro from a distance was breathtaking and the elephant population was amazing. The African wilderness needs more than a single visit and that's why I'm planning on future trips with Paul's Untamed Escapades for great planning and choice of accommodation.

The Shanjoy team was friendly, on time and always tried to make the experience a memorable one.
From the time we got through customs to the minute we were dropped back off at the airport the Shanjoy team managed our entire trip. They checked us into our hotels, drove us everywhere, took us to fun little souvenir shops and showed us all the major animals (Elephant, Rhino, Lion, Cheetah, Leopard, Giraffe, Hippo, Zebra, Etc...). One day while we were watching a pride of lions our driver was trying to reposition our Land Cruiser and hit a fairly large rock that severed the driver side rear shock off the car. He never panicked but rather got us back to our base camp and went back to where the lions were to find the shock!! Unfortunately it was too badly damaged so he drove into town that afternoon, had a new shock put on and was back at camp for an early evening game drive. I was amazed at how professional he was and what an amazing vehicle that Land Cruiser is. Be forewarned, these guys want to show you all the animals and sometimes in order to get there you have to go through some pretty rough terrain. Personally, the off-roading part was some of my favorite times on the trip. We got to cross rivers, four wheel through dirt and mud and climb over small rock outcroppings all of which definitely tested the Land Cruiser and our driver's capabilities and skills. Ultimately, I would definitely recommend using the Shanjoy team!!

Personable gentleman, time conscious, but maintained safety
Andre was personable and professional, as well as sensitive to meeting schedule expectations without being overbearing or risking safety on the 5 hr journey from Johannesburg to Hazyview.

Wonderful! Amazing experience with the best guide James!
We did a 4 days safari in Masai Mara and Lake Nakuru and had an amazing experience! Our guide, James, was the best .. he knew everything about the animals, the national park and Kenya. We saw basically all the animals from up close, and he made sure we always had the best spot! Wonderful place and experience, highly recommended

Great Kenya and Tanzania safari experience
Just finished a safari with Saunterland team in both Kenya and Tanzania. The communication with James via email and whatsapp was prompt and professional. James curated a 12 day safari starting in Nairobi and ending in Arusha. We did Samburu, Lake Nakuru and Masai Mara in Kenya and proceeded to Serengeti, Ngorongoro and ended in Tarangire. The vehicles were clean. The driver who also served as guides had an indepth knowledge of the parks, wildlife and various cultures. Definitely it was an amazing experience to us!

Professional, knowledgable, and friendly
My partner and I just returned from a 3 day safari with MVA to Tarangire NP, Ngorongoro NP, and Lake Manyara NP. We had an amazing time and were very pleased with the experience provided by MVA. Firstly, Amos was in constant communication with us about the itinerary of our trip, and helped us work through some initial credit card issues. Bonny, our driver/guide, was exceptional. He was knowledgeable about the parks and wildlife, a superb driver, and most importantly a friendly and down to earth human being. We really enjoyed getting to know him during our lunches and breakfasts. The accommodations we stayed at were also excellent. For a "mid-range" safari, the accommodations certainly seemed luxurious. Many tour companies offer this specific 3 day safari, but MVA came in at a slightly lower cost than most (for a private safari), and we felt very good about the value we received. I encourage anyone reading this to consider MVA when planning your own safari.
