An Unforgettable Adventure
I wanted to express my heartfelt gratitude for providing me with an absolutely incredible three-day trip to Serengeti and Ngorongoro this past June. From the moment I arrived until the day I left, every aspect of the journey was meticulously planned and executed, leaving me with cherished memories that will last a lifetime.
The Fly Inn Fly Out experience was a game-changer. The seamless transition from the airport to the heart of these natural wonders allowed me to maximize my time exploring the stunning landscapes and observing the magnificent wildlife. The convenience and efficiency of this arrangement truly set Major Treks apart.
The highlight of my trip was undoubtedly the breathtaking hot air balloon ride over the Serengeti. Watching the sunrise while floating above the vast plains, with herds of wildebeest and other animals dotting the landscape below, was a surreal and awe-inspiring experience. The skilled and knowledgeable pilot added an extra layer of excitement by providing fascinating insights into the ecosystem and its inhabitants.
Another unforgettable aspect of the journey was the visit to a Maasai village in Ngorongoro. Immersing myself in their culture, witnessing their traditional dances, and engaging in meaningful conversations with the Maasai people was both enlightening and humbling. It was a true privilege to gain insights into their way of life and learn about their harmonious coexistence with nature.
The accommodations throughout the trip were nothing short of excellent. The lodges and camps were not only comfortable but also well-situated, offering picturesque views and close proximity to the wildlife. The staff's warm hospitality, attention to detail, and delicious culinary offerings further enhanced the overall experience.
I must also commend the professionalism and expertise of the guides. Their extensive knowledge of the flora and fauna, along with their keen eye for spotting wildlife, ensured that every game drive was an adventure filled with fascinating encounters. Their dedication to conservation and their ability to share their passion with us added immeasurable value to the trip.
In conclusion, my journey with Major Treks surpassed all expectations. The combination of exceptional service, thrilling experiences, and a genuine commitment to preserving Tanzania's natural beauty and cultural heritage is truly commendable. I am deeply grateful for the memories you have helped create and will undoubtedly recommend your services to anyone seeking an unforgettable African safari adventure.
Thank you once again for an incredible journey.

Fantastic
I organized the trip for my family and friends directly from Italy with Pangolin Tour (departure by car from Dar Es Salaam, Tarangire, Serengeti and Ngorongoro crater).
Mohamed Mansoor (owner) is serious and competent.
He answered promptly, via whatsApp, to all the doubts.. always present for any clarification!
Excellent maintenance (new tyres, for example) of the vehicles.
The drivers Vikto and Mohamed are very skilled in driving and also in sightings (seen all the Big 5!)
The overnight stays were above expectations (especially the Narudi tended camp in Serengeti - dreamlike!!!)
Very good prices compared to the competition.
Highly recommend, above average professionals.

Excellent organisation, guide superb
This was my second time with Wildbeest Safaris. And i was very well looked after. We did 2week safari doing masai mara, Serengeti, Manyara, tarengire and Amboseli park (usual safari circuit). We were supported by our guide Peter who crossed is to Tanzania and handed us to Humza for the Tanzania part of the safari. We were transferred back to Kenya and handed over to Ben. Each drive cum guide had unique abilities. Peter: perseverance, Humza: eyes better than binocular and Ben is simply hilarious and kept us laughing. all guides understand photographer's need and get in the right position for photography
We saw lion every day of two week and not just saw them , we saw them in action, a kill. The lodges selected were excellent. Food choices and quality was good. Noah has a great team and we had fabulous time.
Noah: please be ready for Rwanda!Show less
Date of stay: July 2023
Top tip: Whilst it is a nice idea to do national park hopping, I think it is better to spend few nights (rather than just one or two) in two.

An exciting experience
We loved traveling with Jaco: we visited the Panorama route and spent 3 days in the Kruger park. Jaco has been a special guide, so passionate and caring. He is very expert and explained us a lot of things about wildlife and South African history and culture. Last but not least, he has been a very special chef cooking delicious vegan meals on open fire.
We will definitely book another trip with Red Africa Safaris in the future hoping to be guided by him again!

3 Days in Ruaha National Park and two days in Iringa – with teenager girls
We (mother with twin-daughters at 16 years), had a wonderful Safari-tour with Kitonga Tours. I started the preparations 4 months before the trip, and had close mail-correspondence with Paul from the Kitonga-office for several months. It was very important for me that we got the “perfect” tour, and I had many questions regarding the tour-plan, timing, transportation, pricing etc, which Paul always answered fast and patiently. So, I felt very confident and safe to use Kitonga as our tour-agency.
Before going to Iringa/Ruaha we spend some days in the North of Tanzania, so we had arranged with Kitonga to pick us up in Kondoa. We were picked up here in a very nice and comfortable transfer car, so the 9 hour drive to Iringa was just nice and relaxing, with wonderful view of local life and nature along the road. We were served cold drinks along the whole way, could charge our phones in the car, wi-fi was available most of the time, and the driver was driving safely. We slept at “Iringa Sunset Hotel”, a very nice place with great view from the terrasse-restaurant, very nice rooms, and extremely friendly staff. The only thing to comment on was the weather: In the end of June it was quite cold here.
Early next morning we started the beautiful drive (3 hours) to Ruaha National Park, and by noon we started the game-drive in the park. The wildlife in Ruaha is fascinating. In three days we saw a LOT of animals. The park is famous for the large number of elephants, and there are also very many giraffes, impalas, water bucks, baboons, etc. We also saw several lions, jackals, buffalo’s, and even wild dogs, and some animals we never had heard about before. Paul and the driver were good at spotting the animals, and explaining about them.
The Park is very big, and therefore we were sometimes driving for a while without spotting any animals, but the landscape in the park is really amazing – not at least all the huge and old Baobab trees. There are also many beautiful palm trees, funny sausage trees, and a lot more. But the main reason to visit Ruaha is the quite atmosphere, and the less amount of other tourists. Here you do not drive in a long row of cars, there will often pass hours without seeing another Safari-car, and you therefor get a feeling of an authentic safari-experience. The bandas where we were sleeping inside the park were simple but charming, with animals grassing outside during the night.
Kitonga Tours did a great job in arranging and realizing our Safari-tour – making our dream come true.

Wonderfull experience thanks to Wildlife sun safaris
We went on a 8 days safari together with our 2 children of 6 and 8.
On the first morning we were picked up at the hotel in Nairobi.
There the consultant James explained the journey and introduced us to the driver Toya. Both very nice and experienced guys!
From there we went to Masaai Mara, Nakuru, Amboseli, Tsavo East and Tsavo West. At the end our driver dropped us off in Diani beach. Toya was very friendly and had a lot of knowledge about the wildlife and where to find them. We saw 3 leopards!
Every location and accommodation was of excellent choice and very affortable.
We had the best time thanks to this organisation and can recommend them to everybody!
