Amazing experience!
It was our first safari and we had a wonderful time. From the e-mail exchange several months ago to the organization and handling on D-day, everything was perfect. Communication was fluid and our questions and concerns were handled very well. Luckily, we saw a lot of animals in this reserve, which offers spectacular scenery. Our guide was great, very friendly and very informative. He did everything he could to show us as much as possible.
We had a great time and it was a day to remember.

unforgattable trip
we visited 3 weeks the southern national parks to Lake Tanganyika and the Gombe National Park. The trip was chosen especially for us. Due to some health issues, the accommodations were selected based on our needs and were ideally suited for us. The entire communication in advance worked very well.
We were picked up at the airport and given a very warm welcome and then the journey of a lifetime began. The car was in great condition and was cleaned every day. Our guide Gabriel, who is now also our friend, is a very good, safe and experienced driver. He has discovered a lot of animals in the national parks even in hidden places and knows them all, so that we couldn't stop being amazed. The varied and dreamlike landscapes fascinated us again and again. People were always very friendly and accommodating to us, the lodges were of a high standard and we could sometimes see many animals from there.
The southern national parks offer the advantage that only a few tourists visit them. You can enjoy the animal experiences without restrictions and experience Africa in a very original way.
We simply had a great trip and the experiences and impressions will accompany us for the rest of our lives. We can fully recommend this young company with its extremely committed employees

Fun-filled and worry-free
This tour was the best my family has been on. Africa Zim travel & Tours took wonderful care of my 21-family member group. Our group was half adults and half children. They made sure all of us was entertained and enjoyed our vacation. We had the time of our lives. The lodging was clean and comfortable. We saw the big five during the safari tour. Love it! It was a chilly because of the time of the year. The jeeps came with warm blankets. Zim Africa Tours personalized our tour to fit our family needs. We did the Hwange National Park safari drive, victoria falls, Zambezi Sunset cruise, boma dinner and the lion walk. We already contact Zim Africa to plan our Botwana trip for next year. This company is a top notch. I was really impressed.

Bad safari, indifferent to the clients
The agency didn't provide value added to our trip. On the contrary, they ruined it from the beginning.
1. Misleading statement. I booked this agency because its competitive price given the same package. But unfortunately they didn't provide what they promised. I asked for an open-sided vehicle, which is more expensive than the normal Landcruiser. To make it happen within my budget, I even asked them to downgrade the hotels. They confirmed they can provide the open-sided one as I asked. However, what they provided is just a Landcruiser with the windows replaced with canvas cover. This was not even closer what we wanted. How they explained? They told me the open-sided vehicle that I asked can only be used in the park. Do you think it justified that you claimed you have the open-sided one? If you don't, why not telling me in the first place?? Moreover, at least other 2 agencies provided this option(opene vehicle) with extra fees over than the normal land cruiser.
2. Overpriced package. To have an open-sided vehicle, I proposed to downgrade the hotels. After their recalculation, the total price was almost the same. However, as I said above, they didn't provide the "upgraded" vehicle but they downgraded my hotels range. In terms of the same package with a normal landcruiser, this agency charged USD500 more than the quotes we received from other agencies. I wouldn't booked with them if I could know their open-sided vehicle was a lie.
3. Vehicle with bad conditions. You know what? They can not even provide a normal vehicle. What they provided was one without popped-up roof, which means you either close the top cover or leave it completely open. Among the vehicles we saw, ours was the ONLY ONE that didn't have the popped-up roof . If you want to stand up to see the animal, you have to suffer the strong sunlight for the whole game drive because it's not adjustable on on the road.
3.Unprofessional and undevoted guide. The guide hired by the agency was unprofessional and undevoted because
1) He is always on the phone calls, private ones, joking on the calls. When the vehicle stopped to wait for the animal to move. Other guides usually were explaining the animal to the clients or kept silent, but you know what our guide was doing? Making calls. Sometimes we had to interrupt him to ask him to move forward. Even when we were quite close to a lion, he was still talking with someone in the phone. Using phone always made him distracted, so he drove very slow. When I doubted the slow drive, he responded safety was the priority. How come using phone while driving could be safe?
2) he was not experienced enough to know where to find the animals, we were often wandering somewhere not even had any aninals at all. When we only missed leopard and chitah, what he did was just idling away in the park Instead of trying to find the animals. Of course we were not demanding that he must find every beasts, but we didn't feel he was devoted to meet clients' expectations.
3) He was not customer-driven. Since the 3rd day, never opened the door for us. In Nakuru, we started safari inthe morning, however we didn't go for flamingo first, instead, he chose a way in the woods to wander about. Until we saw flamingo, it's noon, which the sunlight was not good for taking pictures. When I doubted why we didn't go to see flamingos first, he questioned if I know the way and asked me to trust him.
4. Bad problem-solving altitude. The agency never solved problem we raised, only explained and pretended to understand your feelings. They provided a Landcruser without popped up roof, I asked them to solve. Then they told me the driver will sort it out. However the driver was not able to sort it out. And they just ignored our complaints. This is how they treated the clients.
Never ever choose this agency!

It was very well orginized.
I did not want to book through a Europian touroperator. I wanted to keep my money in Africa for our safari. It worked out very well trough booking Benson safaris. We made agreements about paying this trip and everything worked out fine. Our driver Amini was at the airport and he was our guide all week. He was always smiling and he learned us a lot about wildlife. We were extremly satisfied about our safari and about the other things we did during our stay in Tanzania. Do not hesitate to book Benson safaris.

An amazing experience and service, highly recommend Zohar
Our honeymoon was an unforgettable experience all thanks to Zohar and our exceptional guide, Daniel.
Daniel was absolutely amazing with his wealth of knowledge about the wildlife, the ecosystem, and the local culture added an incredible depth to our experience. His passion for the animals and the environment was infectious, and his keen eye made every game drive an exciting adventure. We were fortunate enough to witness the "Big Five" in all their majesty – lions, elephants, buffalos, a leopard sleeping in a tree, and even a single rhino in the distance – a testament to Daniel's expertise and dedication.
The Serengeti and Ngorongoro Crater were like scenes from a nature documentary. The vastness of the Serengeti in addition to incredible wildlife sightings: zebras, gnus, giraffes, and cheetahs became part of our daily routine, each sighting more thrilling than the last.
One of the most memorable moments of our safari was spotting a lioness with her cubs stalking a gnu. Daniel's ability to position us for the best views without disturbing the animals was a testament to his skill and respect for nature.
Zohar's Safari took care of every detail, ensuring our comfort and well-being throughout the trip. From cozy accommodations that blended seamlessly with the environment to delicious meals that showcased local flavours! Zohar continuously surprised us with gifts from delicious desserts, champagne, and beautiful picture frame of us! Zohar went above and beyond to make our honeymoon special and we truly thank them for that!

The paradise to see nature
If you are looking for a safe place in the world to see many, many animals in their natural habitat, Tanzania is "the place". People are wonderful and do their best to make you feel comfortable. Nature is really preserved in the national parks.
Choosing a local tour operator is the best to support african people. We were extremely satisfied with Safari Soles operator. We recommend it and we also recommend a budget package (in tents) to be closer to nature. A Big Five safari during a week is amazing !

Kenya was everything and more. From the moment we arrived we were met with friendliness and warmth and nothing was too much trouble. Our safari was amazing , going to see the wilderbeast migration and of course all the other animals too.We stayed in 6 different locations, Nairobi, Masai Mara, Nakuru,Naivasha, Amboseli and Mombasa all bringing something special.Every place had the same happy smiling faces always ready to help, to serve or just be welcoming.I visited this country when I was 26 years and it did not disappoint then and it certainly hasn’t now . Everyone needs to visit this amazing country and it’s wonderful people .

Safe and quiet country with lots to offer. Absolutely loved it and wished I could have stayed long.
Botswana has so much to offer. From the beauty of its landscape and animals to the genuine nature of its people. Don’t know why it took me so long to get here.
