Geoffrey always had a pleasant, professional attitude and was a very skilled driver.
Wow! We had such a fantastic time. It was very easy to communicate with the company via email and WhatsApp. They always responded in a timely manner. There were issues with our visas and the company did a great job accommodating our new travel plans.
Every detail of our itinerary was fulfilled. The accommodations, meals/beverages, and game drives were all as outlined in our itinerary.
Geoffrey did a great job talking to us throughout the tour. What I really loved was at the beginning of each day, we were reminded of our plans for the day to make sure we were still satisfied with them. At the end of each day, we were briefed on what to expect the following day. His communication throughout the tour made things very enjoyable and relaxing. During the game drives, he always asked if the views/positions were sufficient. Before moving on, he always made sure we were done looking around or taking pictures. Before exiting the park, he asked if we were satisfied with our game drive. He played tasteful music during the drives between parks, and the man can REALLY drive! You feel very safe and secure. His jokes and delivery of information were always very tasteful. Don’t forget to give your guide a gratuity if you are happy with the experience. Just any amount to say thank you, as long as it comes from the heart. :-)
The company was very transparent with the costs. There weren’t any unexpected or hidden fees. We ended up adding a few activities to our tour, but we were aware of the extra costs.
The Safari was a SPECTACULAR experience that I would do all over again with this company.

Good price and so much fun!
I was in a group tour, although I wasn't staying at the same hotels with the rest of the group, but everything went great, thanks to our driver Gibson and other organizers, we left there with many unforgettable memories!
The price also was more reasonable compared to other tours!

Pros:
- fast and easy communication with Best Days.
- experienced, knowledged, motivated and patient guide/driver (Jackson), who also took us on less frequented routes.
- accomodation (staff and food): octagon lodge and tukaone camp.
Cons:
- lunch box: the selection of food of the vegetarian option was not great.
Extra:
Remember wearing light colored (beige/caqui)and long clothes against tse-tse flies. Also a hat is recommended.
Be aware that you may be asked to pay in cash. If you prefer to pay by card, take into account that a 5% surcharge is applied.
All in all, we were happy with the trip. Therefore, we would recommend to book your safari with Best Days :-)

Amazing service, better than expected. 100% recommended
We started to be in touch with the company as our hotel staff recommended it. Arnold (manager) was super responsive, fast and kind all the time though whatsapp messages. Once we arrive to Arusha, we have a face to face meeting with him in order to confirm services and schedule for our safari. They have different options, so He arranged everything for us based on our preferences, time and budget. He knows a lot about this, and He has a lot of experience in the hospitality area so all his tips regarding our trip were 100% accurate. Since we started our safari, He and his staff (cheff and driver) were all the time worried about us, asking if we were fine or if we needed anything else. After having an amazing 3 day safari tour, we came back to Arusha, and we decided to do another day tour with them as well as we were delighted with the high quality and personalized service they have. We were so blessed and grateful about knowing this company. Taking the decision to do our tour with Major Treks and Safaris was completely successful. I do recommend this company for your time in Tanzania.

Very well managed Safari!
I recently went on a two-day Safari to Tarangire Nationalpark and Ngorogoro Crater with Fahamu Safaris and had a very good experience. Both, before as well as during the Safari, I was well taken care of. They were very kind and really took their time to respond to all my questions and concerns and I was told that I can always contact the company if there were any problems or unexpected changes.
The Safari itself was incredible! If you have never done a Safari before - I would definitely recommed it! Especially the crater of Ngorogoro with its wildlife was extremely fascinating. We saw elephants, lions, hippos, jackals, hyenas, warthogs, and a lot more!

Amazing trip, super service and the best guide
Trip of a lifetime with a 6 days safari though Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru and Amboseli. We saw amazing wildlife, even the big 5 and the best landscapes during our trip. We had a blast!
Thanks to our guide, Joshua, his experience as driver and guide made the trip perfect, comfortable and safe. He knows so much about animals and the parks. Highly recommend!

Nice personnel with lots of knowledge that they happily share and also good wildlife spotters.
The tour was a highlight from beginning to end. This was due to Martin and Fredrik of the company, the appropriate vehicle, Landcruiser, the good hotels with wi-fi and the possibility to see many animals although it was a bit off-season in Maasai Mara.
The trip was good value for money so in total we can really recommend the tour.

Great communication, reliable company and personalized service!
I took a five day safari with Jocky Tours and it was amazing. I received much more than what I expected! I highly recommend that you do a 5 day safari instead of a 3 or 4 day because you will have a more compelling idea of different sites of the area. I did a 5 day safari visiting Masai Mara, Lake Naivasha, Lake Nakuru and Hell's Gate National Park, and in every site I had a great experience with either the guidance of our general tour guide or the guides of the sites. I must say that communication with Helen was fast and efficient from the beginning and she was always answering to all my questions. However, the cherry of the cake will be the service provided by Khalifa, our tour guide. Khalifa always took care of us with a very nice attitude and explaining all interesting details of the sites and the animals. He knows where the animals are and other guides were actually calling him to find out where the animals where. We were able to see all big 5 in Masai Mara, even two leopards over a tree, one with his prey. The dynamic created within the group was perfect, most of us were solo travelers and Khalifa made sure that each one felt at ease and had a good time! Thank you so much for everything, it was a memorable experience!!
