Tour operator with professionality and love for nature!
5/5

Shoes is an abolute professional. This was clear from the first minute we met him.
He picked us up in our lodge and after a drive of one hour we arrived at Ophan Gate / Kruger N.P.
Every meter of the safari was excellent. Shoes showed us everything. He saw all the big and the small animals in the parks. He has an outstanding knowledge about birds, mammals and landscape of Kruger.
He operates a small family company and it was very clear that he is his own boss who wants to make his customers happy.

Thanks for that!

Seth is possibly a scammer! AVOID!
1/5

I contacted this man to make a Safari, because contact him I had checked out other options with other companies.

Long story short he offered a Lodge called AA Mara for all my group, all the other companies told me this lodge was not available but he said he had it and that the lodge was already booked for my group, I called the lodge to ask about this “booking” under my name or Seth name or company name and they said they didn’t have any booking from this man.

We gave 500 USD deposit and he said that he wasn’t going to give us our money back when we didn’t confirm to him about this, we were talking about either going to the safari or only make a city tour in Nairobi.

He was very bad replying to us and we said like we wanted to go to the police and he just made fun at me.

I lost 500 USD which I don’t care but hopefully I DIDNT transfer the rest of the money… he was very very very very insistent to make all the transfer,

WATCH OUT! The bank account is in Uganda not Kenia and this leave every one unprotected because once you transfer he stops replying you

I feel that Seth steal money
1/5

Seth offer packages at “very good prices” like we tells you that you are going to travel in a landcruiser and middle range cruises and the reality is that you use vans and you stay in tented camps.

We have talked with other persons about this and they were possibly scammed too

He makes a lot of pressure to pay for a safari when services are not confirmed

Very thoughtfull and accomodating.

Hakuna Matata. My family and I travelled last July to Tanzania and Kenia for a 15 day National Park safaris. (Tarangire, Ngorongoro, Serengetti, Masai Mara, Nakuru, Naivasha and Amboseli).

Everything worked out very well, George was making sure everything was ok continously.
Most of the hotels were very nice and food was great.

It was a good value for your money trip, however, crossing the border from Tanzania to Kenia by Jeep was too long and tiring, would look for other options.
Apparently, soon there might be a crossborder cooperation between both countries that would help tourism between countries greatly.
Ezequiel driver in Tanzania was amazing, cheerfull and accomodating.

6 stars from 5 stars!
5/5

We chose 10-Day Big-7 Private Tour organised by Lifetime Experience Safaris, Uganda, Kampala for our second safari experience in Africa. We are experienced travelers but this was our absolutely best experience with organised trip ever and anywhere! Perfect! For any item we cannot say something else than five stars (if it is not possible six stars):
Communication with company manager Jesse-Tom, little changes of program according to our wishes (gorillas in NP Mgahinga instead of crowded NP Bwindi, Muhavura climb instead of rest day) by doable ways, payment, pick up and drop off in the airport, quality of accomodation and meals although we chose low budget option only (donť worry still fully meets European standards), no extrapayment and unwanted surprices...
Special comment deserves our safariguide Gerald. Absolutely qualified person for this! Friendly, with sense of humor, clever, knowledgeable wildlife and his country and its problems aswell , great tracker able to find a leopard or a lion only himself and only for us, anytime prepared to do more than only arranged programme, anytime prepared get up earlier and to fall asleep later to catch the whole programme or our other wishes out of arranged programme....Very nice person and friend!

Why safari in Uganda?
Although Africa is no longer a continent of untouched wilderness, the population in all african countries has multiplied, we still find fragments of African wilderness, especially in national parks. These national parks will exist as long as tourists are willing to pay to visit them.
If you want see big five and big savannah herds from car seat only choose Tanzania or Kenya.
If you want be more active, with walking safaris from eyes to eyes to rhinos, girrafas, zebras, anteplopes, warthogs, monkeys and big apes , if you prefer rather high biodiversity than big amount of the same species, if you want see more ecosystems than savannah like mountain tropical rain forest, or bamboo, tree heathers and afromontane alpine belt in high mountains, if you want to visit relatives - endangered gentle giants - mountain gorillas (its really worth it!) choose Uganda, and best way is probably this 10-Day Big-7 Private Tour organised by Lifetime Experience Safaris.
Don´t worry you will still see big five and quite big herds. Tomas Zatocil and family (4 persons), Czechia, European Union

Incredible
5/5

We hired Mana Pools Tourism on the recommendation of a friend and we were so grateful! Mana Pools provided a safe, reliable and amazing opportunity to explore a part of Zimbabwe in a way that was unique to a regular safari camp. We hired a Bevan as our driver, who happened to also be a great cook. Once we arrived at our destination, Bevan was amazing at setting things up, providing delicious meals and graciously answering all our questions regarding Zim. Then, our family would take the truck and explore the park as we wanted. We had the freedom to spend time as a family, finding amazing animals, driving around the various areas, at our pace and then knowing that a great meal would be waiting when we arrived back. What more could you ask for!! Bevan made our trip even better than expected. With regards to the truck and gear; that was also so great. It was clean, we had everything we could possibly need and Ant and his team dealt with all the details such as the permits etc. We would highly recommend Mana Pools Tours. From start to finish, it was professional and worth the money spent!! Thank you Ant and team, and particularly Bevan for being such a great addition to our week!

Very professional company
5/5

We went for the 4 days Safari in tent campsite. The park we visited were incredible, we saw a lot of animals and many of them were very close to our jeep. Our guide Frederick was extremely professional and prepared and most important, very respectful of the animals and the environment. Chef Musa took a great care of our food who was always delicious. I would highly recommend Suricata company.
