Organized and excellent service.
We had a great experience with the tour operators. They are reliable, efficient, safe and keep the customer relationship going for future. Kenyan food was amazing. Our driver/tour guide Alex is fun.

Reliable and affordable operator of exciting tours
Value for money: very high (taking into account the high entry fees and the cost of door-to-door transportation, game drives, accomodation, all meals and the staff the margin of the operator must have been relatively moderate.
Reliability: high (mostly on time, usually with no incomprehensible waiting times, although there were exceptions

Tanzania's wonderful nature, wonderful animals, wonderful people
I thought I was just there to enjoy the animals and the great outdoors.
But in fact, I had a very memorable time thanks to the guide, Waziri, the chef, Buga, and all the participants, all of whom were wonderful people.
Waziri was a professional. He carried us on a steady drive over difficult roads, looked for animals in the distance, and taught us so much. Chef Buga cooked us delicious meals every day. Soups and pizzas cooked over a charcoal fire were a luxury. I never thought I would be able to enjoy such delicious meals in the great outdoors.
I enjoyed it so much that I would like to join a safari tour again someday, but I will never forget these members. Thank you so much for beautiful Tanzania and Tanzanian people.

Review about Ngorongoro Crater by Pedro Martins Pires Nunes Mendes
We saw a lot of stuff in just one morning. If we had more time it would be cool to spend some time in the jungle trying to spot leos and rinos.

Management should indicate mpesa is best option We wasted time waiting for efpos machine to work.
I went to the park with 2 colleagues from Australia only saw warthog and impala. Was disappointing not to see any animals. The birds too were handful. The bushland was great bushes too. But no animals. Would recommend the Falls only. But not a safari.

Beautiful escape to be in nature and see animals in their natural habitats
Shinzelle safaris was a great company! Everything went to plan, had easy engagement and could ask any question, nothing was too much trouble even if the errors were solely mine, the management at Shinzelle helped us out.
We had a great guide, saw amazing wildlife!!! Very intuitive happy guide, knicknamed Mr leopard after our stay, because we were so lucky!
No one was ready for home, amazing trip and hosts, Thank you!

Asanti sana
We had the most important experience of our life in serengeti, Tanzania with Chiba from African Cheetah. We slept in serengeti, visited ngorongoro crater, mount meru and kilimanjaro, and also zanzibar. Tanzania is a mabnific and friendly country full of treasures and pureness.
Best destination for Safaris!
We went on a Safari to Kenya in August to Masai Mara, Hell’s Gate and Nakuru National Park with the intent of seeing the Big 5, we saw them and a whole lot more! Back of Africa- our tour operator left no stone unturned in providing us the best dream vacation. Allan is super professional- timely in his emails, detailed and very personable! Our driver on the Safari- George made sure we saw all that we wanted to and much more! He’s very knowledgable, fluent in English and very attentive to what we wanted to see. We ended our safari with a leisure two days in Mombasa- the place I grew up and call home. 40 years later , it’s still the best place to me! It is an experience worth going on- I highly recommend a safari to Kenya for animal and action lovers!
