Magical Experience
We initially booked our trip in 2019 for late 2020, and due to Covid, we obviously couldn't then make that trip.
Reagan contacted us as the world prepared to go into lockdown, and we rescheduled for late 2021, with Reagan rescheduling our gorilla tracking permits.
We went on the 12 days gorillas and wildlife safaris, driving from Entebbe to Murchison Falls, then down the country, both tracking chimps & gorillas, going on multiple game drives, river cruises and community walks. Our driver Amos was excellent at spotting animals in the parks, extremely knowledgable, informative, and really efficient with time keeping and making sure we were clear what we were doing, where we were going, and comfortable both with our activities, and in general throughout the trip.
We were very lucky in that we saw almost every animal there is to see in uganda, and the gorilla and chimp experiences were mind blowing.
All in all, I would recommend this tour, and Uganda in general, to anybody that wants to come to Africa and have a magical experience.

AMAZING TIME!
We went with Lenard on a 3 day safari and had the absolute best time! He is polite, and accommodating and the campsite with lodges he arranges are extremely hospitable. Good price and overall great experience! Would highly recommend

Best trip of my life!
We really enjoyed our safari trip! The guide was amazing, the place they took us for overnight was over the expectations, food was great.
We basically saw all the animals really close by (lions, elephants, giraffes etc..) Also saw lions mating! :D

EXCELLENT SAFARI WITH GUIDE OMBENI
We did a 6 day private safari from Arusha to Tarangire, Tarangire to Serengeti with the hot air balloon experience in Serengeti and then The Ngorogoro crater followed by Lake Manyara. There are so many tour companies here in Tanzania but without a doubt, you will not be disappointed with Gosheni Safari. They can accommodate any and all requests. Our guide Ombeni was excellent!! He was able to help us capture shots of all the animals we wanted to see and was very dedicated to making sure we had a good experience. HIGHLY RECOMMEND BOOKING GOSHENI and OMBENI!!

Mwanje and Image Travel Limited exceeded all expectations for a tour operator/concierge. SUper communicative and accommodating and held our hands the entire way. We were three people from different countries and Mwanje was on top of everything; entry requirements, visa applications, Covid testing, etc. I really can't speak highly enough of them. Book with absolute confidence.

Best driver
I came to Baboon Budget Safaris by booking a Kenya-Tanzania combo tour through a different tour operator. Bonifas was a perfect driver for our group. He really stays focused on finding the animals. He knows the other drivers in Maasai Mara well and uses the radio to stay on top of all the activity in the park. He’s also nice and fun to be around. If their other drivers are half as good as Bonifas, you can’t go wrong with Baboon.

We booked Gosheni Safari for our 5 days Tanzanian Safari trip. Everything from the booking to the moment we were dropped off for our airport transfer was incredible and amazing. Their staff was very flexible and catered the trip according to our budget and days. Gosheni offered the best value for our money. All the game drives and the camps we stayed at were perfect. Highly recommend Gosheni Safari for Tanzania Safari excursion. Ask for Ombeni as your guide!!!

This is not my first trip and safari with Axis Africa. When I first chose this company I was full of fears and doubts. Before choosing a company for me and my group of friends, I read a lot and exchanged a lot of emails with various safari companies in Kenya. Lennox was the only one who immediately won my heart with his accuracy and flexibility in correspondence. He speaks at every point. He senses your desires and worries and does everything possible to clear all fears and doubts. I do not regret that I chose this company and no matter how many times I have to choose or recommend to someone a reliable partner in Kenya, I will choose Lenox again and again! On my first trip, my great discovery was the driver-guide Kikitu. Kikitu is an interesting mixture of the blood of two tribes - Maasai and Kikuyu! This helps him to have a deep connection and knowledge of the living life and traditions of the two tribes. He also knows a lot about wildlife, wildlife habits and is happy to share his knowledge with tourists. Kikitu is very emotional and full of positive energy that infects everyone.
When we visited this year, our group was larger than one jeep, so we had to use two jeeps with two driver guides. Jack is also a very warm-hearted and ever-smiling guide full of positive energy. Thanks to Kikitu and Jack we had an unforgettable 5 day safari. They were always in the best place for visibility and photos. For all future tourists who will choose Axis Africa, I would recommend - trust your guides and be sure that they will make the best choice for you, they will protect you and give you the best, so you will stay really satisfied and happy with your discovery of living life and the best photos!
Not only that - on this trip I was afraid about our safety from infections and especially from the crown virus. This fear of mine disappeared when I saw the high hygiene in which our accommodation was maintained, as well as the restaurants and kitchens where we ate. My congratulations on that!

Terrible - he is a cheat !! Do not use this company at any cost!!
In January 2020, we have arranged and paid for a 15 daytravel for 5 person in Tanzania with agency Ringo Adventure Safaris from Kenya- Diana beach. The travel included trekking for 3 person at Kilimanjaromountain (6 day - Marangu route) and a 4 day safari in the NP Manyara, and NPNgorongoro with accommodation in Serena Lodge Ngorongoro. We have is fully paid for all and that we have the account(paybill) of Ringo Adventure Safaris, signature of director Mr. Amos, which theright or original of the name is Hamisi Bekari.
We pay this man the extra moneyfor stay in Tanzania in the hope that he will be taken care of by ourworry-free travel for all 15 days from start to end… BUT… The case is such:Ringo Adventure Safaris, Amos told me that in Tanzania working with a localagency to Bestday Safaris. It has proven to be a lie, because the Bestdaysafaris does not have any contracts for our trips and travel (I was spoke withMr. Peter from Bestday Safari after our travel…). In fact it is he Amos-HamisiBekari – Ringo Adventure Safaris) with the Tresa Trekking and a Safari fromArusha, to which the director was supposed to be Thahit Kassim Juma. Later, itturned out that the agency is not registered as an agency acting illegally inorder to avoid the payment of the state fee and taxes.
In conclusion, the Amos-Hamisi Bekari, the director of thetourist agency of the Ringo Adventure Safaris from Kenya is a collaborationwith the Thahib Kassim Juma (nonexisting and engaging in unauthorized agency, TresaTrekking and Safari) to steal our 2.785$. :
According to the contract it is our journey that we hadpaid for the Trekking Kilimanjaro for 6 days for 3 people– with an extra day ofacclimatization at the Horombo hut) but to get there, we get only five (5) days,without the extra day of acclimatization. (Which may be the reason that one ofthe members was unable to conquer the summit Uhuru peak.).
Without our knowledge for only 5 days it's Thabit KassimJuma orders the mountain guide Jeff before treking (one day before we havemeeting in Altezza lodge in Moshi with Amos, Thabit, Jeff and our guys whowants and pay for treking – this day we are talking around 5 or 6 days and wetold Jeff (and Thabit and Amos9 that we paid for 6 days…). Immediately aftergetting out of the trek we order to Thabit that he must refound money-back,becouse they didn't have 6 days treking…. Since then we didn't seen Thabit anymore… , and this moment started a complication in the communication between thethis two of 'maneger' Amos and Thabit. They can't spek at phone or whatsupbecause they haven't connection – this is lie of course…
Later on, we were the injured of the two the most expensiveof the day that we have a pay for– NP Ngorongoro and stay in the Serena Lodge Ngorongorofor 5 person. That we didn't get and don't see it. Thabit said to me on phone,that Amos didn't pay for this to him... But Amos said to me on phone that he ispaying the Thabit all of money for everythin around our conntract , but he giveall the money in his (Thabit) hands witout any contracts or account or paybill…he just give the money in his hands. I can't belive this… this is so stupid andI'm not an idiot…
In my opinion is that they are to prepare all this togetherand both together they are thiefs and wants to stole our 2.785$. Amos – HamisiBekari from the agency's Ringo Aventure Safaris – he promise to me that he willrefund all this money of 2.785$ to me… however, of the 17.in January up totoday, 09.in march we have not received even a single dollar. It is all justtalk. The theft of the money, I signed up Tanzanianand the Kenyan police, andnotification to the competent department for the operation of travel agenciesin Kenya and Tanzania.
CAUTION FOR YOU: PLEASE IF YOU WANT TO GET WHAT YOU PAY AND IF YOU WANT TO HAVE ANUNFORGETTABLE HOLIDAY WITHOUT A LOT OF TROUBLES…. NEVER CONTACT ANY OF THOSE TWO AGENCIES :
RINGO ADVENTURE SAFARIS (FROM KENYA – DIANI BEACH) OR.AMOS- HAMISI BEKARI
AND
TRESA TREKKING AND SAFARIS (FROM TANZANIA – ARUSHA) ORTHABIT KASSIM JUMA (this man is a fraud and a liar, which is the one ofavoiding the payment of taxes and the receipt of the money in his hands and liethat he has an turist agency Tresa… this agency is not registered and worksunlawfully and all business is illegally…)
!!! Both of these men: Amos or Thabit will destroy yourholidays and steal your money!!!!

Since today (March 2022) he never answers to me from 2020 despite all his promises how will return our money!
