5-Star trip arrangement at a fair price
We booked the trip with Carol at the last minute when other operators told us it's too late to find a room. The price was the best compared to others too. Our guide Rama is an experienced guide, good photographer and a world class racer who made our safari an unforgettable trip. We saw all kinds of animals we expected to see and got many nice pictures and videos. The great migration and the wildebeest crossing is the most impressive scene in my life.

Patient and well-organized custom tours
Erick from Uro Adventures helped us organize a four day (three night) tour from Arusha, reaching the Serengeti (cats!) with stops at (Eephants!), Ngorongoro Crater (everything!), and Lake Manyara (monkeys!). Great communication in run up to travel, and then Erick met us at our Arusha hotel the night before our tour to make sure the plan was clear. Our driver, Omary, navigated long drives between parks with an incredible knowledge of the dirt roads that crisscrossed the parks themselves, helping us find all the Big 5 and many many more animals. We were a family of four with middle school and high school kids, and we managed to travel comfortably with stocked drinks and snacks as well as tasty meals prepared fresh each day. I really appreciated Omary’s patience in staying extra long with the lions and looking for (and finding) a leopard hiding in a tree. We also stayed a nicer hotels and a gorgeous tented camp in the Serengeti where we heard hyenas during the night and had gazelles around the tents. We highly recommend Uro Adventures!

It is not a pleasant tour which offered by this agency.
It is not a pleasant tour which offered by this agency.
First, the person who contact me during my booking sent a full itinerary of our 7-day trip. According to the itinerary, our transport vehicle is 4x4 Landcruiser, which is written in large bold font in the email. However, they offered us a small ugly van during all 7 days. They changed our vehicle without any inform, so we are demoted to a lower van but not any refund. We paid for the 4x4 Landcruiser, but got a small van finally.
Second, our guide always showed dirty look at most time like that he was not pleasant with us. And during the tour, he provided little useful lesson or knowledge about the safari. We don't think he is a competent guide. Even there is a time when he set a departure time as 4pm, we arrived at the van at 4:03pm. He blamed me that we were not on time. He made us feel that he was not offering service but disciplining even that we gave him tips everyday. Once we changed the tip time from morning to the evening, he asked us in the afternoon that why no tip that day.
By the way, we lost our card reader and mosquito repellent in the car when we are at hotel.
To sum up, the experience during this safari trip is not as pleasant as we expect.
Next year when I take my family here, I will not choose this agency any more.

perfect and well organized
My friends and I booked a hike up Mt. Kilimanjaro and Safari with Goldfinch Adventures. Best decision ever! We reached out to Deo during the planning phase and he was quick to reply to all the questions that we had. He even took us out for dinner the first day we arrived and that made us feel welcomed in a foreign country, far away from home.
KILIMANJARO
We hiked Kilimanjaro via the Machame route as Deo recommended. Our guides Steve and Ben were so patient and encouraging with us throughout the hike. It was physically and mentally challenging, but they made it enjoyable by making us laugh and checking our health. “Pole pole” they said. Word of advice? Stay hydrated, eat well, sleep, wear sunscreen, pee, and be prepared for any weather. Our porters were also awesome; we couldn’t have done it without them.
SAFARI
On the day of our safari, Deo met us in the morning and introduced us to our safari guide, Samuel. Samuel was very knowledgeable about the animals and the nature, and he always gave us plenty of time to stop for pictures.
We were lucky enough to see all of the Big Five animals on our 4-day safari. The safari Jeep was comfortable, and the top popped open so we could get a better view. We even managed to squeeze in a nap sometimes!
I would highly recommend this safari to anyone looking for an unforgettable wildlife experience.

Friendly, helpful and nothing is to much trouble to make sure your safari is unforgetable
We booked the safari October 2022 after contacting Lucas and Serengeti African Tours. From the word go Lucas was helpful and informative with no hint of a hard sell attitude. It was a pleasurable booking experience from start to finish, we paid a 20% deposit on booking. Lucas explained everything and was always happy to answer the million and one questions we had.
Once we arrived in country everything went like clockwork. Our driver was at the airport when we arrived and Lucas met us at the hotel when we got there. Lucas went through all the details of our itinerary explaining our pick up times and the way the safari would go We paid the outstanding balance at the hotel although it was my decision Lucas was not pushy about it at all.
The safari was amazing, you do not really appreciate how many different animals you see in such close proximity. Our guide was knowledgeable and helpful, he seemed to know exactly where to be at just the right time. The Land cruiser that we were in carried 6 passengers and had plenty of room. We had a cooked lunch everyday in a eating area in the parks. We went to Tarangire, Serengeti and finished off with the Ngorongoro Crater. No explanation could match the beauty of the view of the crater from the viewing point.
We opted for the tented lodge rather that the tents, the tented lodges were lovely and also very well looked after. The food was very good too. All the lodges we visited had a bar. We really enjoyed the fire pits at night which really added to the experience and nothing was too much trouble for the staff.
All in all this was a spectacular holiday made all the more pleasurable and memorable due to Lucas and his team. Lucas works hard and was always in regular contact to make sure we were happy and things were going well.
In my opinion you could not do better than book a safari with Lucas and the Serengiti African Tours. From start to finish the attention to detail was unrivalled and I would have no hesitation in highly recommending them for your safari

Perfect honeymoon
Btat, the tour agent has been awesome from the first contact, we felt that this trip is important for her exactly as it was important for us.
She thought about every little detail, she planned it so carefully, and absolutely succeeded in making it the best honeymoon we could have asked.
So, let's start from the beginning.
We arrived to nairobi, and there was waiting the driver to pick us up. It was before we started the safari trip, and she wanted to give us a warm landing, sent us to the tribe hotel which was very nice, and exactly what we needed to relax before the week will start.
Then friday we met her and Chris. I will say right now, Chris is the most amazing person we ever met, his was an incredible tour guide and super safe driver. We got really connected to him.
We started with masai mara and keekorok lodge:
Perfect choice. The staff in the lodge were super duper kind, the candlelight dinner was amazing, and everything about that lodge was just incredible. Probably the best staff we met was there.
The masai mara itself was an incredible reserve. Woooww, we looveddd it so much. Perfect for 2 days of game drives. The air balloon to was an excellent choice, and very very special.
Then we moved to lake nakuru. Sarova lion hill, was very nice, and the reserve was excellent for one day.
Lake naivasha and enashipai. Super nice resort, crescent island was super cool, and very nice experience, we met there a super nice tour guide named walter, i think he should get an award of being the cutest guide we ever met.
From there we moved to 2 nights in mount kenya. Woooww! What an amazing resort. The staff was super kind, the candlelight dinner was more than amazing, and we just fel in love with farnck the waiter, and coli s the chef. They really were awesome. Ol pejeta to was an amazing reserve and we enjoyed it very much!!!
then we started our journey back to nairobi. And even though the program was to end with the very good lunch in the carnivores, the moment Btat heared our flight is at night, she immediately started thinking about other options of activities we can do with the time left. Again, another demonstartion of what in incredible tour agent she is.
Chris really made this trip so special and so amazing, he really wanted us to be happy and satisfied, and of course he absolutely made it.
Kenya got into our hearts and we cant wait to come back as soon as we can.

Amazing! Very communicative and helpful all through the trip.
From the moment I reached out to Morningstar Dennis and his team were nothing but professional, helpful and extremely communicative. Dennis crafted an itinerary for the amount of time I’d be in Kenya (about two weeks) and included a number of different national parks to go on safari as well as ending off in Diani Beach for a bit of relaxation. Willy my driver and tour guide was amazing and went above and beyond to ensure I had the best safari ever. Especially for the value and level of service you get I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Morningstar to friends and family!
