Excellent Safari with a personal touch
We decided to arrange our Safari in Arusha, as we wanted to make sure the Company we used was reliable, reputable and honest. We visited the office of Aardvark and found the owner to be very professional, knowledgable and flexible for our needs. He gave us a very good price, an excellent very well informed guide who knew the Serengeti well and a great cook who prepared tasty meals. The campsites we used were great and we even got to hear Lions roaring and Buffalo and Elephants in the campsites as well. The mattresses and sleeping bags were also good quality and warm, especially important on the Crater rim of Ngorogoro which is very cold at night. The jeep provided was clean and even had a fridge and charging sockets for your camera's phones etc. Every little detail had been thought of. I would highly recommend Aardvark as being well organised and trustworthy. We would definitely use them again on further trips.The owner even visited us after we got back to make sure we'd enjoyed our time away. A lovely personal touch.

Perfect Service
Due to the Covid 19 our trip to Kenya unfortunately could not take place.
Reny Safaris had organized a hotel Nairobi, 6 days Safari and a hotel Dania Beach, including airport transport for us. Reny Safaris canceled everything and correctly refunded the advance we paid!

Do not use this travel agency. Go Touch Down and Deon Barnard have used the COVID-19 crises to defraud us of all monies we spent with them for a trip to South Africa. They essentially contend that because our trip, which was scheduled to begin on May 12, 2020, could NOT happen because of the COVID-19 lockdown in South Africa, they should keep all of the $24,513 we had paid to them in December 2019. When pressed as why we were not to receive a full refund, or at a minimum that amount less the Sales Agreement’s specified 20% cancellation fee, Barnard replied, “get a lawyer.” We will shortly be bringing a civil action against Go Touch Down, Barnard and all associated entities. FYI: we received a full refund from Delta Airlines for the airfare purchased for this trip.

Excellent with Hassan and Gosheni
In a 6 days safari, Hassan found for us: 2 leopards in 2 different park, 3 cheetahs (guepards), one rhinoceros, 30 lions, 2 migration wildebeest crossing the mara river (for one of them we were all alone, without any other cars) and they were near than 1000 wildebeast(gnus). All this should be enough to convince anybody that Hassan is a very very good guide.
The lodges were also perfect and the food very good. Thanks Hassan and gosheni safari

Breathless and magic experience
The service with Ecovic Tours & Travel Uganda is amazing. Since the first contact they have made this dream come true. My husband and I had always wanted to do a Safari but we were hesitant because we couldn't find a reliable and easy way to book our dream vacation. Ecovic Tours and Travel Uganda made this planning unbelievably easy. Their reccomendations were superb. The service they provided once in Uganda exceeded our expectations. Every hotel they suggested was excellent. The service in the hotels and the cleanliness was extra ordinary. Our driver and guide became part of the family, Vincent made this trip a dream . Always with a great attitude, helping out and making sure we were having a great time while taking advantage of beautiful sorroundings. Our honeymoon was more special. Our Expedition Leader was wonderful!
Everything was fabulous from start to finish. This was our first safari, but our group mates had all previously traveled in Africa with other companies. All reported that this trip was by far their best experience. I will not hesitate to book another Tanzania Exclusive Journeys trip, and I was recommending Tanzania Exclusive Journeys to friends even before we returned home. This was the most amazing, once-in-a-lifetime safari. Our guide's knowledge and ability to help us see and understand animal behavior was extraordinary.

Fantastic South-Tanzania Trip
After our arrival at Dar-es-Salaam Airport our host Ernest welcomed us and drove us to Nasheera Hotel in Morogoro. We spent the next day exploring Mikumi National Park seeing a wide variety of animals; buffaloes, elephants, lions, zebras, Thomson gazelles, wildhogs, monkeys, baboons, storks……. Our next destination was Ruaha National Park – This park is so expansive but Ernest knew it like the back of his hand and it was fun seeing different animals in particular along River Ruaha.
We stayed at stunning Mivumo Camp that had excellent service, amazing food and unforgettable magical views. Ernest and his team surely did an amazing job and I fully recommend them for safari.
