An unforgettable journey tailored by a 5-Star company
My wife and I went on our first ever African safari with Matoke Tours in Uganda in December 2019. Months later, we think about the trip daily! From our wonderful and experienced guide Big Sam, to the awesome accommodations and friendly staff at each lodge, it was the trip of a lifetime. We began our vacation with a visit to Ziwa Rhino Sanctuary. We traveled from there to Murchison Falls National Park, then to Kibale National Park, then to Queen Elizabeth National Park, to Ishasha, Bwindi Impenetrable Forest, and finished at Lake Mburo. When we set out on our trip, we didn't expect to see each and every animal as advertised. However, we did! It was better than we imagined. We saw a 3-month-old rhino, a pride of lions, the "rare" leopard. Our guide helped us spot the elusive leopard on four occasions, how lucky! We observed a bachelor group of elephants making mischief, walked behind a chimp, had a hippo nearly visit our cottage porch, and spent the most magical hour with a gorilla family. We photographed the most beautiful, perfect male lion standing out on a tree branch in Ishasha. We spotted a mother and young leopard on the prowl during the night game drive at Lake Mburo, and more. We certainly felt well cared for, and in good hands. Every detail was carefully thought out and planned for us ahead of time, by our wonderful trip coordinator Pascqa Lorna, so that we never worried about anything. As for Big Sam, he's truly what made our 12 day journey so fulfilling. I highly recommend booking Matoke Tours. Our experience was beyond five stars! https://youtu.be/QVQF9ZexnR4

An amazing first safari
I went on a five day safari to Tarangire, Lake Manyara, Ngorogoro Crater, and the Serengeti with Enchanting Safaris in January 2020, and the experience was a great one from start to finish.
Edna is the company manager, and communicated clearly and promptly via email and WhatsApp both before I reached Tanzania and after I arrived. She coordinated hotel stays for me at the beginning and end of the safari, answered all questions I had throughout the process of choosing which length/locations would be best, and provided great support throughout. My guide, Fredy, tailored his observations to fit what I wanted most to see; of course, we saw all the big stuff, like lions, leopards, tons of elephants, and rhinos, but he put in effort to point out the brightly colored birds by name and to find a dik-dik on our last day in the Serengeti. He managed to bring already breathtaking surroundings to even greater life with his wealth of knowledge about everything in sight, and always positioned our vehicle to get the best views of the wildlife.
Accommodations were good, with the hotel being plenty upscale and camping in the Serengeti appropriately removed from amenities and close to nature.
I highly recommend Enchanting Tanzania Safaris, and consider myself fortunate to have chosen them to run my trip.

Incomparable journey of the world Fauna and Flora in one package, a lifetime experience, relived.
Booking a safari is always an experience filled with a lot of gained/ borrowed information but the expectations surpass.
There in is a sense of maybe and maybe nots from all reviews and personal experiences from elsewhere so a safari booking with Dallago Tours was no different approach.
But that changed from the onset of the first communication where a sense " feel at home" was introduced and at this point we made our wishes known and the command was left to them . Top notch services and delivery and beyond expectations is all we got.
A Safari that will live to its name beyond what a narration can translate to beyond what a second safari would outdo.
First class customer service and a dedicated team, we owe our gratitude.
First firsts of Safari experience History.

Kidnapped during tour, they did nothing but send me emails promoting the company
Kidnapped in UGANDA during my tour April 2nd 2019. This company brokered my tour to a more local tour company.
They don’t even manage the tours.
They did, however,
Contact the RSO of Ugandan Embassy no fewer than 25 times during my kidnapping and after my release but never once reached out to me personally to see how I was doing and to check on my emotional well-being after being held at gunpoint for six days taken from Queen Elizabeth national park into the DRC / Congo.
I paid this company close to $8,000usd
My insurance responded
Alaska Airlines responder
REI responded
Target responded
Natural World Safaris, who made the most from me...NOTHING
But they do continue to promote their tours through email to me. The kidnapped victim. There in sensitivity reigns supreme !
You can google, my kidnapping will come up to verify. These people did Nothing but open an office in Los Angeles, my backyard, so to speak.
There are a lot of tour companies that want your business. Do you want to roll the dice with this company that does nothing when things go wrong in a foreign country except for cover their behind, or at least try to. Nobody knew my fate but this company didn’t even care. Trauma is real
PTSD is real and the CEO sending out an email after my kidnapping asking me to rate my Experience is real.
So is “ institutional betrayal” A term I learned in therapy because of my kidnapping.
That’s Natural world safari, It took over a year to leave this review!
