We were a group of 11 people. The agency organized the whole tour according to our requests. We did a 6 day tour that included Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Amboseli and Taita Hills. We have seen a huge amount of animals, all very close ... almost to touch them. I recommend 100% to choose Mohamed as a guide and Benson and Simon as drivers. Mohamed is very prepared, knows languages and teaches you the local language. The two drivers are very good and take you one meter from the animals. The experience I recommend most with these two drivers is to go to the Masai Mara ... you will not regret it. To complete the team, choose Mohamed as a guide. And, if you are Italian, the choice is even more appropriate.

A big Thank You, Kentau Safaris, for organising the most amazing trip of our life! Since the very first communication with Dominic, I felt it's the best choice. We were travelling with children (15 and 6) and wanted something both rich in experience and not too tiring. Budget was also reasonably limited. While other tour operators put little or no attention to our needs, Dominic was the one asking question and adopting the tour by offering the best itinerary and stops between the parks. He was very attentive to details, took care of all the additional transfers and train tickets to Mombasa for the relaxing part of the trip. And he managed to do all this by offering a really good price for the private tour while we thought we will only allow us a shared one. Dominic helped us before and during the trip and patiently answered our endless questions. Our guide James was very friendly and did his best to show us all the wildlife of the National parks. I think this is a good example when a genuine customer focus of the smaller company beats the high marketing budgets of the bigger ones.

One of the best tour companies I’ve ever booked through! From the moment we reached out to them with questions to the days after the tour ended we felt so comfortable and confident with our decision! The communication was great and all of our thousands of questions were answered in no time. The tour itself (a 6-day Machame route) was organised perfectly and we couldn’t have asked for better service. All the equipment we needed was provided, the food was delicious and the team were so fun and enjoyable to be around, especially our guides Asma, Edgar and Paul. It felt like being part of one big family!

Outstanding
From the moment we stepped of the plane to beginning our adventure in Tanzania, every moment was incredible. Our guide Sabas went above and beyond all expectations. He was friendly, professional and had incredible knowledge about all the animals we encountered. We saw all of the big 5, the highlight being a cheetah mother and 4 cubs with a fresh kill. I could not recommend Issa and destiny explorers enough.

One of the reasons we selected Full Package Adventures was their responsiveness to our questions, follow up questions, and final tweaking of the itinerary to what we wanted. Attention was paid to every detail throughout the trip from our first 2 nights in Arusha to our safari with Festo as our driver to our concluding nights in Tanzania. When you go on safari the success of your trip depends on your guide. We had an amazing trip and we attribute much of that to Shafino. He has over 20 years experience, extensive knowledge in all areas and was professional at all times. He could answer every question posed to him and there were many. We can not thank him enough for ensuring we saw such amazing encounters. We saw 2 kills by lions, leopards eating prey, 3 migration river crossings, the great migration in all its spectacular glory and had a very close encounter with a cheetah and her cubs and saw many lions. This is only some of what we saw. He knew where to position us for the best view. He made such an effort to ensure this trip met our expectations. Every day of our tour with Shafino was amazing.
His knowledge of wildlife is matched with his knowledge of vehicles. You feel safe knowing he knows how to fix any problem due to being a mechanic previously and he really understands how to drive on difficult roads. His superior knowledge was very evident on our trip.
