Initially, there may be moments of hesitation- are they (platform and/or operator) reliable? genuine ? as we have read many adverse stories/experiences on bookings made online- specifically on terms of payments (of other platforms or operators / various countries).
However, we went along, and were we glad how responsive, genuine and reliable Safaris Booking, Indigo Safaris & Judy Burrows.
Response from Indigo Safaris was prompt. The itinerary was curated, Judy was swift in her replies, explanations / clarifications, changes can be made if needed- they were accommodating, as much as they are able to.
Personals/guides with us were all good, on time, approachable, friendly, courteous and we were safe. Transportation - good.
The hotels were charming- recommendations by Judy were spot on.
Viva to South Africa and Zimbabwe- exceeded expectations. Hospitality is commendable, equaling or more to other countries. Well done!

Professional and well prepared operator
In preparation for the tour, information was well communicated. Johan and Elna are professional tour guides. Good knowledge of the route and environment. It was an advantage that Johan was a well experienced 4x4 driving instructor to make the tour stress free for all, despite towing off-road caravan through tough terrain.
The tour took us to places in the Kruger National park and greater Kruger that is not accessible to the normal public. It was an excellent non-fenced wild camping experience, and highly recommended

Top Notch Safari Provider. Perfect!
Lush Africa Safari provided me and my wife a top-notch experience in 4 countries, Rwanda, Uganda, Kenya and Tanzania (for 17 days)! Abbey took the time for over a year, to plan, develop and make changes to my itinerary, He painstakingly added and removed items to suit my needs and upgraded until we had the perfect safari!! The pricing was more than competitive to other competitors out there, but the service set them apart. We were provided a Golden Monkey Trek, Gorilla Trek, Chimpanzee Trek, Rhino Trek and of course some stellar game drives. We saw everything we hoped to see and then some. Abbey made sure our accommodations were the best, the food and excursions were the best, and let’s not forget about the tour guides! Derrick and Joseph made our particular tours of these countries unforgettable. They were timely in making sure we were where we were supposed to be, and took time to make sure we saw the animals and great migration, including a 35-minute river crossing. They provided extra care in food prep (my wife is gluten free) and even shopping so we did not pay to much. We did a couple of balloon safaris, a sundowner, boat safaris, Volcanos NP, Bwindi Impenetrable NP, Queen Elizabeth NP, Serengeti NP, Masai Mara National Reserve, Kibale NP, Ngorogoro Crater and even a wonderful couple hours at the top of Murchison Falls amongst everything else mentioned. They took the time to stop for any pictures or scenery we wanted to see, provided cold water throughout the day and really made the whole thing completely personalized. A very reliable up and coming provider with great value for the money and communications from start to finish! They even have done tremendous follow up after the safari to make sure everything went as we expected and to our complete satisfaction! We booked a 3 day luxury safari and 3 day Victoria falls experience. From exiting our plane a personal service was laid bare, transporting us into a carefully curated experience where no details were left unturned. Deep and meaningful through all eventualities, leaving us deeply satisfied and longing to return for our next adventure. Worthy on all accounts. Personal with out being encroaching, allergies and intolerance taken care of, deepest of sleeps in the most comfortable arrangements. Truly bliss.

Well organized, very knowledgeable and fun to be with.
We did a 4x4 wilderness tour in the Kruger Park over 4 days. As we are familiar with the normal tourists routes in the Kruger Park, this tour offered the unique experience to travel on the back routes (not accessibly for public) in the park. It also offered some offroad experience, with 4x4 capabilities needed in some areas. A top rated Kruger guide accompanied the 4x4 convoy, adding to more in the field experiences, a lot of knowledge shared and giving the group the comfort and safety in the wild. The camp spots were all wild camping with no facilities, adding to the unique wild 4x4 experience. All in all a must do trip for any outdoor enthusiast!

Smooth and seamless
A smooth and seamless process from the first contact to the end. From booking process and making it happened. We had such a nice experience with the Safari and the arrangement of the tour.
Erick and Zee was quite easy to communicate and informative.
Our safari guide/ driver James is spectacular, thanks to him our safari trip is an amazing one.
A little constructive notes: lunchbox might need a bit level up to be more better and healthier. A hearty sandwich is much better than giving roast chicken everyday for lunch. Also on our first day we didn’t get briefed when the accommodation is changed (even though still same level) at least you need to notify us in advance.

What an experience!!
Here we are! We just have finished our safari drive game. Five days in Tarangire NP, Serengeti NP and Ngorongoro NP. Thanks to Freddy (Federick) this has been one of the best experience of life! We have seen a lot of animals (both big and ugly five), Freddy give us a lot of informations ans tips! Best quality at a reasonble price. First Safari of my live, difficoult to forget.

We were well briefed on our daily safaris, our drivers were versed on the routes we took to enable great sightings and their valuable knowledge of the area and it's wildlife.
They ensured our safety and our timely restroom needs were amply care for.
