the company's itinerary was good, but the tour guide's service could be improved
We found the People's Tour and Safaris on Viator.
The communication with our itinerary planner, Emilia, was very smooth. She provided us with a clear five-day, four-night itinerary, including places to visit and stay. We were very satisfied with the accommodations, meals, car, and all the attractions. We give this tour plan 4.5 stars.
However, there are still some areas that need
improvement. For example, the guide's service could be more professional, not just be like a driver. He seemed to have other things to do as well and couldn't focus on the service. He borrowed 400 Namibian dollars from me at Cape Cross but completely forgot about it unti l reminded him before saying goodbye at the WDH airport. lt wasn't a big deal, and l still tipped him. But l hope this doesn't happen again. also please help with luggage, especially for the elderly.Try to be attentive to guest'sneeds. We rate his service 3.5 stars.so the final average rating is 4.0 stars.

Good
We saw lions, giraffes, leopards, elephants, zebra, buffalo, cheetahs, warthogs, Guinea fowl, huge pelican scavenger type birds, hippopotamus, crocodiles, gazelle, many types of antelope species, all within the first day and half. Driver/ guide (John Mwangi) was skilled, efficient, friendly and knowledgeable, and hard working - thanks John. A little organisation niggle was soon worked out. I think it was value for money.

Timing was perfect!
My sister set this trip up, so I can’t say what exactly was promised. I can say our driver Patrick was always on time and helpful. We stayed at 2 different camps, because I believe Kibo was booked for the 2nd night and we didn’t want to spend 5 hours going to the 2nd place. So we spent 2 nights and 3 days around Amboseli national park, which was beautiful. The 1st lodge called Kibo was beautiful and perfect in every way. The 2nd lodge- maybe AA was more of a budget place, and we did know that- just to save us from more travel time. The staff at AA were really sweet and helpful, but the room itself was just okay. It was definitely clean. We did have some loud neighbors, but overall, it was very affordable and comfortable. The food could have been better, but the hospitality at both lodges was great. Thank you all for the great memories!

Very reliable
From the planning stage to the actual trip, the service was excellent. I really appreciated the time the sales person took to answer all my questions in detail—it made the planning process much easier and helped set our expectations clearly.
Our guide and driver, George, was outstanding. He was professional, knowledgeable, and went out of his way to satisfy our curiosity about the wildlife and the ecosystem. His expertise made our game drives truly enjoyable and educational.
We also loved experiencing Kenyan hospitality—everyone we met at the lodges and camps was warm, friendly, and welcoming. The food throughout the trip was excellent as well.
