African Haatebeest, a great Tour operator
Our holiday was coordinated by Beverly Akivaga. This lady is a legend, she can do it all.
When my wife and I were hoping to combine a business trip with a 30th Anniversary holiday through Kenya (the place of our honeymoon) and Tanzania, we wanted to use an African owned business. We were recommended to try African Hartebeest. We found them to be an incredibly thorough and thoughtful tour operator.
We asked for a packed agenda and Beverly delivered, in fact, she over delivered!
We wanted to do so many things and African Hartebeest were able to fit it all in but after consultation with Beverly, we realised we would not be able to really enjoy everything due to the time in between venues, you forget how huge Kenya is. We are sooo grateful that she steered us right, allowing us to relax and really enjoy our trip.
Over three weeks, we visited the great national parks in two countries; Amboseli, Naivasha, Masai Mara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro crater, the exquisite conservancy at Leopard Hill, and the luxurious relaxing beach resort at Diani Beach. From travel to my business meetings from Nairobi to northern Kenya, Beverly arranged it all for us. Even when we had a very late change of mind on one item (due to us being tired), Beverly took it in her stride and arranged at extremely short notice, an even better excursion out to a beautiful marine sanctuary which was even better than we had asked for.
Travelling with the wonderful Ed, (it would be an insult to just call him our guide), showed that he was incredibly knowledgeable about his country (Kenya), and equally knowledgeable and passionate about the wildlife we came so far to see to see. Throughout the trip across two countries, Beverly arranged transport, drivers, collections, flights including ballooning across the Masai Mara at dawn (an absolute must, that we waited 33 years to do since missing out when visiting previously). We appreciated those little touches, from surprise anniversary celebrations and photographs at the resorts, chocolates and cute anniversary messages on the pillows in the rooms, the attention to detail was excellent.
For this personal service, the value for money and the absolute reliability of those tasked with taking care of us in our travels, we would return in a heartbeat, and definitely use African Hartebeest again.
We wish Beverly, Ed, and her dedicated team, all the best. Hopefully we'll be back rather sooner than 33 years.

The best Safari Adventure in Africa Tanzania. Hadzabe Safari Adventure is Amazing!
In September 2023 I went with my daughter for the first time to Tanzania to have a safari experience. Hadzabe Safari adventure online was my first contact, and very happy to find Herman the owner of this fantastic adventure. Herman is a professional person that you can trust 100% very kind, respectful, and always on time. Payments through his web page were easy and you can trust them. He and his team picked up us from the Kilimanjaro Airport to the hotel in a very nice clean automobile. We booked a 6-day safari, we had a spectacular safari adventure. the lodges were very safe and clean, (no mosquitos). the food: dinner breakfast lunch were delicious. I enjoy my tour guide and drive, His name: is Joshua. He was the best, very kind always looking that we were safe, he went the extra mile for me and the group.

Best safari in Africa
Best experience ever. The itinerary of the five days was perfect, we saw so many different landscapes and animals. The days were not rushed, we had enough time to rest and regular breaks. Rocky, our tour guide, was especially exceptional. Very well organised, very informative and very fun. He made the whole experience unforgettable. Would highly recommend him if you're thinking about doing the safari. Our group was amazing, the car was in good condition. Also, the accomodation at every point exceeded expectations. Our group bonded very well, which contributed towards the whole experience. A genuinely wholesome experience, could not recommend enough.
