If only I could give more than 5 stars, I definitely would. What a memorable safari!
We went on an 8-day safari with Marurumi visiting Amboseli, Ol Pejeeta, Lake Naivasha, Masaai Mara and Lake Nakuru. From quotation stage up to driving us back to the last hotel we felt taken care of. Our driver David was very polite and caring with us, and this was particularly important to us as we were travelling with a 3-year old. We were lucky to see all the Big 5 along the way and David made sure my husband always got the best photographic shots. I highly recommend Marurumi Safaris for a safari and would definitely use them again for another vacation.

Amazing time!
Absolutely amazing experience. Our guide Penda was so knowledgeable and went out of his way to make sure we saw what we wanted to see (he also tells the best stories!). We looked at so many companies prior to going and we were so happy with Colours Africa as we had an awesome experience and found the price to be the most reasonable!

Affordable and amazing
I did the six day tour, Maasai Mara, Nakuru, Amboseli. It was an amazing experience, beautiful parks, and I saw the big 5. Thanks to our great tour guide Peter an Moses. Accommodations were basis, at least in Maasai Mara, but along the trip they got better. But for that price, it was very good.
I recommend to change a little bit in the program, because the one night in Nakuru, makes it a long day from Nakuru to Amboseli. You spend almost 12 hours in the jeep.
But thanks Peter and Moses for the great experience, the amazing driving and your great eyesight. You guys see everything. Communicating with other tour guides in the park makes that you most likely see all of the big five.

Great moment with Edward the best driver in town
We have booked a Safari for 3 days.
Everything was good specially with Edward who is a master driver, safe and effective.
Really respectful with the animals and he know’s where to find them even away from the others. Elephants, Girafes, lions…
What a moment it was. I highly recommend him.
We’ve sleep in the Masai camp and it was all good, clean and good food.

Efficient and easy communication
Booked a last minute day safari from Zanzibar to Selous. Not easy to find airplane seats last minute but all came out well and was arranged very efficient.

Simply the best experience
5 stars all the way. Like, many others we were overwhelmed with the options for picking a safari company. We are a family of 5 including 3 kids and wanted an amazing but budget safari option. Focus in Africa and Nelson definitely gave us the best price - another company told me their price "doesn't even make sense to me." Nelson was responsive, flexible, and kind both in-person and through regular communication on WhatsApp including during our safari.
The experience itself was simply the best. Our driver / guide Kennedy was as professional and kind as they get. He was incredible at finding animals often with us being first. He got to know our kids and customized our schedule and needs with a daily check-in. The vehicle and safari experience were once-in-a-lifetime and I imagine better than people who paid much more. Our cook, Prospect, was also fantastic serving up warm, fresh, and unique vegetarian meals each day.
We also stayed 4 nights at Nelson's hostel, Arusha Safari Hostel, and had a wonderful time! His family and staff treated us like family, made tasty meals, and provided a warm, comfortable place to call home.
Do not hesitate to use Focus in Africa!
