He was so nice and extremely knowledgeable!
I was part of a group which used Benson Safaris not only for a safari day, but also a guided hike up to the Mt. Kilimanjaro summit. The safari was an awesome experience. Our driver was extremely nice and knowledgeable about which animals we were seeing. He did a great job getting us from place to place.
The guides and porters for the Kili climb were exceptional! They took extremely good care of us. They are some of the most kind people I have ever met. I dealt with some altitude sickness on the way, and they all made sure I was in the best position possible to succeed and make it to the summit. Their joy and enthusiasm played a large part in keeping us going!

The trek itself was amazing but we had some troubles in the office
Our trek was brilliant. We went up the Sirimon route and got photos of us crossing from the southern the northern hemisphere. It was so scenic and our guides were so lovely. We were really looked after with delicious food and hot drinks and even popcorn and biscuits at snack time! We took an acclimatisation day, so it became a 5 day trek. I'd really recommend this as I was huffing and puffing on the acclimatisation day where we did a small walk up the mountain and back down to the same camp as the night before, but the next day on summiting I felt fine. On summit day we walked up by headtorch and the stars were like nothing I had seen before. We reached the summit for sunrise and it was one of the best experiences of my life. We came down Chogoria and that was stunning too. I felt very looked after throughout the whole trek.
Sadly our office experience was not so good. The company said they used a higher exchange rate than the national rate without explaining why. They also struggled to evidence this. They also didn't accept dollars in cash if the notes were from before 2007. Apparently this is a Kenyan-wide thing but I did feel these issues with paying should've been outlined before as we ended up paying a fair amount more than we were expecting.

I am really recommend Dendea Tanzania Experience. They have very nice service. We traveled with them to Serengeti. Unforgettable trip! We saw all animals, the driver has very good knowledge about all animals. We saw lions and they come even around our car. They drive very good, no stress and followed the rules. We use even them for Arushas city tour. They help us for transit to airport. It’s serious company which you can trust.

Best gorilla safari company
we booked a last minute honeymoon gorilla safari package with Africa adventure vacations but ashiraf was so helpful, he managed to secure us the gorilla permits and also booked our accommodation.
He was very responsive and answered all the necessary questions during safari planning

Great family experience!
I booked the first time with Sun Safari and was really impressed about the service. I was in touch with Natasha who suggested me a very private lodge (Ukumbe). The game drives & the accomodation were amazing and she also managed to get a walking safari for my 10 year old son. Normally they don't do this there, but she organized a special guide for that. To wrap it up: I would book again ;)

What I liked most was the flexibility of the tour. After initially planning the tour only to Bukavu and Goma I asked for a small resheduling containing more attractions out in the nature surrounding lake Kivu. It was easily organized without any troubles! Thank you so much for this great experience!

One of the best experiences in my life
Our 5 days safari with Suricata Safari was amazing. We saw a lot of animals and very close, always in the safest condition for us and for them. Our driver/guide Vincent was looking for the best spot to see the animals and to gift us the best Safari experience. He is a very expert and skilled driver, with a lot of experience, so he knows very well the parks and the animal's behaviours. The jeeps are perfect for the experience (big windows and open roof) and you can forget to worry about your phone/camera battery, because there are a lot of plugs to charge. The camping was an amazing experience as well: we were surrounded by animals like mongooses, zebras, birds etc. that cross the camping at early morning or at evening. The food was incredible and very tasty: thanks to Mussa to take care of our stomachs.
The staff also was very kind with us and I can say that this trip was one of the best experiences in my life. Asante!

Pleasant, experienced and fully reliable
We had a great few days to the Ngorongoro Crater. Sudi picked us up in a great car: clean, big and comfortable. His driving -on and off road- is very good and that is definitely not a given in this region. Very safe on road and experienced off road. Sudi knows his animals and know how to find them. He creates no false expectations and is great company without imposing himself.
In short, my and my family (with teen age kids) fully recommend Sudi.
