Very well customized tour
I have asked for a private, customized tour in selous national park. Within a few hours a get very fair priced offer for a 4 day safari from Jacob. He is the owner of smile with us tours.
The driver and guide (Kassim) was waiting at Dar Es Salaam airport and picked me up for driving to the national park. First he helped me by getting a local sim card and changing money. While driving to the lodge he has given me a lot of informations about Tanzania. If I have asked him questions a could give me always a good answers.
By driving he gave me good tips for more customizing my tour. So we have changed the plan of the tour a bit. A have made a cultural village tour, a boat safari, a bush walk and a national park drive. Every experience has been great.
The Africa Safari Lodge is a very pleasant lodge with spacious rooms, good food, very friendly staff and a nice pool.

Amazingly executed holiday
Right from the time we landed at JKIA, our tour planner, Silas escorted us to our hotel where we were delightedly served. On the way Silas gave us ample information about our tour.
Upon reaching Mara Keekrok airport, Isaiah our local tour guide and driver picked us up in the luxury van and took us straight to game drive, our first experience at Mara. What an experience it was as straight away right outside the airstrip, we got to the see the king and the queen, perfectly placed, mating….. for us, our trip was successful there and then itself.
All along the various game drives we did, we saw the other big 3, the mighty elephant, the ferocious Cape Buffalo and the lion himself.
Our tour at Mara ended with a visit to the Masai village where we learned about their survival techniques, toasted a glass of locally brewed alcoholic drink with the Masai.

Our experience with Lion King Adventures was a top-notch experience. We had only two days for the safari. We spent them visiting Tarangire and Nogorngoru National parks.
To be honest, I have to say that we were lucky enough to see most of the big five. However, it was not only luck. Our safari guide, Immanuel, went the extra mile for us to make sure we had a special experience. He was always observing the surroundings looking for something special. Not only this, but he also kept listening to the radio waiting to hear anything from the other safari guides so we can see everything.
We were lucky to see 14 lions and Immanuel made sure that we were as closest as possible so we can see them up close. All in all, our experience was amazing starting from the warm welcoming at the airport, moving to the adventurous safari trip, and finally the drop-off at the airport.
I would very much recommend that you go with Lion King Adventures next time you want to go on a safari. And it most definitely would be a plus if you have Immanuel as your safari guide ;).

The best travel agency in Nairobi!
It was awesemome. I went to the Massai Mara with Moses, the driver, he is super nice and kind, we saw the Big five animals really close.
The price was affordable and the service was wonderful. I fully recommend this Agency.

George Oketch planned the perfect Safari and Beach Vacation.
Right Choice made sure we had the perfect experience in Kenya. George Oketch planned a great adventure. He promptly answered all our question. From the time our guide, Jacob, picked up us at the airport, until we were dropped off for our return flight home, everything flowed seamlessly. Our guide, Jacob, made sure we had a tremendous time. His knowledge of the wildlife and parks is unparralled. He went out of his way to make sure we got the most out of every game drive. We saw the Big 5. We visited Maasai Mara, Lake Nukuru, Amboseli, Tsavo West, and Tsavo East in 9 days. We finished our trip with 3 days on the Indian Ocean in Diani Beach. We would not change anything.

Never had to worry about a thing. Everything was taken care of and we could truly enjoy our vacation. Poor service and morals
Unfortunately we did not make it to our tour due to Covid. My review is in relation to the companies poor terms and conditions and handling related to the company being unable to provide its services due to Covid and the associated international travel bans. My partner and I booked Holiday with Rhino Africa early 2020 before Covid was even a known or recognised issue. Our holiday was for September 2020 which obviously could not go ahead. Rhino Africa have refused to refund us our $10,000+ deposit and only offer to give alternate dates. Given this option we went for September 2021 which we are still unable to travel therefore this company is holding a large some of our money.
The contradiction is that the CEO David Ryan has spoken about SAA not providing refunds to Rhino Africa stating "The right thing for government and SAA to have done, both at the time and now, was to refund all tickets they had received payment for, especially where they knew they were unable to deliver the service, then or in the future, Rhino Africa CEO David Ryan said, as quoted by Tourism Update". Yet Rhino Africa are not providing refunds for services which they know they cannot provide now, or in the foreseeable future.
They then asked to pay the remainder of our outstanding balance which is over an additional $10,000+ even though they know they still cannot provide the service due to the international travel ban and current strict Covid regulations in SA... being another $10,000+ which they do not refund.. what a joke.. There are other operators in SA that have provided full refunds for people that booked at the same time we did that do not brand themselves as 'luxury' providers.
