Expert Guide
This was an experience of a lifetime. A mother/daughter trip we will always remember. Traveling from Arizona, USA.
We worked with Daniel on our travel dates and itinerary. We had 9 safari days and 4 beach days and enjoyed every minute of each.
Our safari time gave us the opportunity to see many animals. Including the Big 5 and the majestic lions, cheetahs and leopard.
Daniel was our guide and can say that his knowledge and expertise is outstanding. His familiarity of the areas we traveled to was advantageous. It gave us the opportunity to view so many beautiful creatures, landscape, culture. His patience for our many questions was appreciated.
All of the areas we traveled to and stayed at were superb. The food options were plenty and delicious. Stays very comfortable and service outstanding.
We traveled to Amboselli, Sweetwaters, Samburu, Naivasha Lake, Maasai Mara and Diani Beach.

Professional team with well prepared guides.
We don’t know how other safaries operate, but whenever comming back we would go with them again.
The communication and oranization was excelent, they were flexible and modified eg. the accomodation to our needs and budget.
They have booked for us the hotel at arrival and leaving so we didn’t have to bother and could leave our extra luggages there.
The transfers were punctual and always at our desposal.
About the safari I can talk only in superlatives.
The car was a Toyota LandCruiser in a very good condition (cleaned every day, and filled with fresh water). Our guide, Mandela was a well prepared, patient, informative guy with a good sens of humor. He always new where to go, when to stop and explained everything not only about the animals, but geology, history, people and culture too.
He felt the road and knew his car. He payed attention not only to us, but others on the road. In need, he helped other safari operators and guides too. It seamed he knew everybody.
But not only him, the whole team was good. The chef prepared excelent lunch and dinner, and coffee was always at hand.
We not only got what we have wished, we got what we have hoped for too.

The BEST experience!
Lion King was amazing from the very first correspondence until we were dropped off at the end. The driver who picked us up at the airport, Bright, was wonderful, as were the accommodations, food and drinks provided, and safari vehicle. However, what really made our trip spectacular was our guide, Richard. He was energetic, polite, professional, friendly, and extremely knowledgeable and happy to talk about everything from wildlife to Tanzanian politics and culture. He was also a very safe and smooth driver. To sum up Lion King in one event: One morning we located a single lion and followed it until we were able to have a front row seat for two lions killing two wildebeest! We were the ONLY people there during the entire event. This trip was worth every single penny and I would vehemently recommend this company and experience.

Ben was experienced, knowledgeable, and professional.
We had an excellent experience using Blue Mountain Trekking. Ann was so helpful and quick to communicate with us every time. She arranged our safari, transport, and even helped us buy train tickets. It was a huge help, and her rates on some things were much better than if we had booked them ourselves. She even helped us buy same day airline tickets when we had an emergency. Our safari guide Ben did a great job and our family loved every minute! So thankful to have Blue Mountain Trekking take care of the details so that we could enjoy our trip! I cannot recommend them enough!

Kathi catered to our every need and truly made it a trip of a lifetime.
Kathi was very knowledgable and was always available. Everything was planned out so precisely and perfectly. Our private tour guide in Cape Town was super knowledgable and top notch. Our stay in Sabi Sands was incredible. The accommodations were stellar and the ranger and tracker were amazing and made the overall safari experience very special. She really made this trip "a trip of a lifetime". Anyone considering going to South Africa should definitely reach out to her.

A perfect honeymoon safari and a trip of a lifetime
We went with Soul of Tanzania for our honeymoon and were so happy we chose them. Marta was amazing to deal with from the start and throughout, very knowledgeable, pointed us in the right direction and gave very useful feedback on the type of itinerary we were hoping to go with.
We absolutely loved the itinerary we did. On top of that, the guide they set us up with Rodrick, was beyond what we could have hoped for in a guide, he enabled us to see all we could have hoped to see and more. He also reiterated our perception of how nice and friendly Tanzanian people are.
If you book with them, it will be one of the best decisions you could make it creating the safari trip if your dreams.

Very well organized and welcoming. Hotels are perfect and service is impeccable. Strongly recommend.
We decided to go for a private 4 day safari (3 nights). The tour operator can adapt depending on your budget/what tou want to do.
We went to:
- Tarangire
- Serengeti
- Ngorongoro
- Lake Myanara
We slept the first and third nights in an amazing hotel (Tloma Lodge) and the second night in luxury camp directly in the Serengeti, amazing.
Dennis our guide shared all his knowledge with us, been doing this job for 17 years! It was really a pleasure
Overall, the tour operator was perfect and the trip created memories for a lifetime!

Very helpful and well organised
Two of us booked on to the 5 day budget camping safari - Masai Mara, Lake Nakuru, Lake Naivasha and Hell's Gate National Park. We were in a vehicle with 5 others on the same trip. The whole experience was excellent. Clear, prompt communication beforehand and any questions answered by email. Khalifa was a great guide, ensuring we were always happy and helping with things like exchanging money and where to buy souvenirs. The accommodation was all excellent - half the nights in a very large tent and the other half in incredible lodges with swimming pools. Lovely range of activities - game drives, cycling, boat trip. On the game drives Khalifa was great at getting us good views of the animals and we spent a long time in the parks. Would definitely recommend - nothing about it felt 'budget'.
