Excellent safari experience with Evans
The whole experience was amazing. Our driver Evans was brilliant. He could spot animals so easily whilst driving on the tracks on tricky terrain. We saw all of the big 5 in the Masai Mara. Evans was very knowledgable about all of the animals and birds.

Incredible Serengeti Experience!
My family of 5 with three young children had an absolutely amazing safari/game drive! We had high expectations and they were exceeded: it could not have gone better. Brenda planned the perfect trip based on our needs and budget. Our guide, Kakasii, was incredible....there is no better guide! He knows the park, had the perfect itinerary, was extremely flexible especially with the children, thoughtful, and has a delightful personality. Thanks for a wonderful experience.

A life adventure!
Me and my dad had the best time with Back of Africa Safari tours. A real adventure, with a great tour group and a hero of a tour guide/driver. He made the whole experience not just a bucket list moment but also a comedy show inter-disbursed with great knowledge of nature! I strongly urge anyone to give this a go as a simple must! Needless to say I will also be back in the hopefully near future!

Amazing Safari Experience!
Wonderful trip and excellent service 4 days in Kenya. The lodges and the food were all outstanding.
Our safari guide Symon was very experienced and passionate about his job. He was very friendly and flrxible.
Zippy had always been very responsive to all my questions, friendly and very helpful.
Australken by far the best tour for us.
I will be absolutely recommending them for all of my friend.

Zero customer service! Transferred money, but their account was closed. Lost 74USD and no safari!
Terrible. We did an intercontinental money transfer to book safari's with Turacos. The day we left for Kenia there was still no confirmation of the receipt of the money. Finally, Turacos found out that their bank account was shut down (what?) and they could not receive the money. This caused the Kenian bank to transfer the money back to us, which costed us in total 74USD for transfer transactions and exchange rates. We saw someone from Turacos to fix this situation, but they did not have a machine to pay with the card, their account was still closed after 2 weeks and they were totally not flexible to find a solution to this. We cannot get 3000USD in Kenia from the bank within one day, because our bank accounts have daily limits which they did not understand, So we lost 74 USD and had no safari. And after several emails and whatsapps, Turacos refuses to pay us the money we lost due to their fault!!! "If you book another safari we wel deduce the money", but I am never going to book with them again and I do not recommend this company to anyone!

Excellent trip to Murchison Falls.
I had an excellent trip to Murchison Falls National Park. It felt a lot like traveling with friends. Even though the ferry was not running, they managed to do the full program.

Nepal Yoga and Stargazing Safari was AMAZING!!!!
This tour had something for everyone. We learned about the culture and history of Nepal at Boudinath and Bakhtapur in Kathmandu. Trekked up to Basanta Lodge and Australia Camp. Visited many villages to see how the Nepalese people live. White water rafted down the Seti River. Saw Mount Everest on an optional flight. We saw all kinds of birdlife like the colourful White-throated Kingfisher and the Crimson Sunbird, many raptors like the Crested Serpent Eagle and the xxx duck that flies over the Himalayan Mountains to breed. For wildlife enthusiasts, we saw the xxx monkey, the endangered one-horned Indian Rhino and the endangered Gharil crocodile. There were many beautiful butterflies visiting the gorgeous flowering plants.
The accommodations were varied and unique. The historic Yak and Yeti hotel in Kathmandu. Stunning views of the Annapoura Mountains at Basanta Lodge. Drifting off to sleep listening to the rushing water in a tent at Seti River Camp. The Temple tree Resort was like being on a tropical island in the middle of Pokhara. Greeting the resident frog in my room at the spa-like Kasari resort in Chitwan.
Our guides and porters were first class. Very knowledgeable and helpful.
Our hosts, Deborah Carter and Steve O’Meara were fantastic. Steve gave us an astronomy lesson each night at Basanta lodge and Seti river camp when we were away from the city lights. Deborah led us in a yoga session each day to stretch out all our muscles that we used in that day’s activities. The whole tour was well organized and ran smoothly. They made sure we were all very well taken care of and that we all had an opportunity to experience our various interests. We were all able to relax and enjoy ourselves without any worries.
I will definitely travel with Yoga Safari again. If Nepal is not on your bucket list, it should be. Contact Deborah at Yoga Safari and go!
