Very helpful and accomodating!
We availed the 8-day safari (budget option) from them. From the beginning, they have been very responsive and helpful hence we went with them in the end.
The tour was really good value. They have accommodating as well especially we had to delay the start of the safari 1 day on such a short notice due to flight delays.
The accommodations that you get are basic but they had everything that we needed and we were happy.
The only thing that you need to be aware of is that if you book a joining safari, you may change groups/guides a few times. This is the same for most of the tour companies in Kenya as the groups are mixed with people who booked their tours from different companies. They join you all together and that’s what makes the tours flexible. This was not an issue for us at all and it was nice to meet different people along the way.
There was once that we missed a game drive as we were behind schedule so we brought this up with them and they responded quickly by letting us do an optional activity for free (sanctuary walk @ Naivasha) which was such a nice experience!
We definitely recommend them if you are going to Kenya!

It allowed us to meet children for the school supplies that we had brought, to enjoy the country thanks to the 5-hour car ride to go to the mainland, to observe the magnificent animals of the Nyerere park (zebras, leopard , elephant, impala, baboons, hyena, giraffe, crocodiles, hippos...), we saw very few tourists, it was great thank you very much!
