Voice Gerson was our go to person at Easy Travels. She was available 24/7 via email, phone and messaging to answer any of our queries. She is super efficient, very patient and went way and beyond to make our Safari trip a truly memorable one. My day started in Nairobi on 20th October 2023, on my way to Mara, with my accomodation at Emayian Luxury Camp. The welcome and singing by the Maasai, the cool drinks to cool of the hot journey, very warm welcome. It was my birthday week thus my tent had been beautifies with flowers, I had a cake on the side and a drink.
The driver assigned to our trip was the best. We achieved to see the big 5.
I loved the treatment all through!

What can I say!!!
First time on a Safari holiday October 2023. I emailed various companies who returned quotes but Paul in Starpal Safaris responded with suggestions and advice, so this company stood out for me from the start! Paul was very helpful and responsive at all times.
We had an amazing 4-day safari to Lake Nakuru and Maasai Mara. Our guide Boniface was absolutely fantastic, we could not have asked for a better guide. He was knowledgeable, respectful, professional, fun and did his utmost to make our trip superb from start to finish, securing all the best spots in the parks and we got to see all the wildlife, he was spotting animals for miles. His driving skills were second to none and we always felt safe. Boniface felt more like a friend during the time we spent with him.
At the end of the trip we decided we could not leave without seeing Mount Kilimanjaro going from Mombasa to Amboseli and back to Nairobi for our flight. I got in touch with Paul in Starpal Safaris again and we were so lucky that they could provide this trip at a great price, and we had Boniface as our guide for two more days and one night. We were delighted and once again Boniface made our trip fantastic. At the end Boniface suggested a trip to the Giraffe Centre before flying home as we had a bit of time to spare, which we were very grateful for. We wouldn't have gone here if it wasn't for him. :)
We are very thankful we chose Africa Starpal Safaris and in addition to this, blessed that we had Boniface as our guide for the second time.
We would highly recommend African Starpal Tours and Safaris and Boniface to anyone looking for a great safari company, great quality, professionalism, value for money and a fantastic service all round.

The safari was great! I found Balu on TripAdvisor and contact by mail. The manager was very friendly and patient with us, our tour to Kenia was canceled 3 times and Balu moved our safari 3 times forward and was waiting for us. always answered all the questions and made contact. When we finally got to Nairobi, at the 1st day of Safari manager suggest us more convenient place to pick up, it was great! On the way back drive also brought us the same place, it was near the app we leave. Drive was very good, we got to Masai Mara for 4,5 hours with 2 stops, it was very fast and safety. And at the same day we had a drive to Masai Mara, the driver made stops at every single animal we saw, do his maximum to find lions, answered all the questions about Masai living and wild life, it was great experience, on next day we had a full drive to Masai Mara with lunch under the tree in Savana, it was so lovely near u could see animals seat on the ground and eat and at the evening trip to Masai Mara village, it was kind of interesting, but it seems comrecial

Truly Professional! Medison was Great
Medison was great from the moment I first reached out.
He was quick to respond but also very flexible and patient.
The safari itself was brilliant. Medison was super punctual and very helpful.
We spent 4 days together starting in Tarangire then onto Serengeti for 2 nights and finished off in NgoroNgoro before being dropped back off to Killi airport.
We saw all the big 5 which was great and that was only because Medison himself was a great driver and made sure we saw everything we wanted to.
Overall Professional safaris was competitively priced and what I loved is it is a locally owned business by a local who grew up around the safari parks and when passion and professional combine you know it is going to be brilliant!
Thank you Medison for leaving me and husband with the best memories we will never forget!

We went with ViVa Safaris last September 2023, For our amazing Safari Tours. We were assisted by Patti, she went beyond helping us, as our flight was delayed by 2 hours. Patti and the team made sure that we were able to join our guided tour on the day of our arrival. Despite the delays, everything else went smoothly.
