Fair price for the full experience!
Probably the most amazing week of my life!
About safari in Botswana: it is a bit more expensive than e.g. Kenya but therefor you are not one of a billion vehicles surrounding the animals. I really appreciated the sustainable way they are dealing with the animals and the tourism.
Animals: we saw maybe a hundred giraffes, up to 200 elephants, 25 lions, ... all of them with babies, never would have dreamed of seeing so many! Note: we were in rainy season, you can google the differences.
About Tony / our guide:
Besides Tony there is another guide in the company called Vincent who was responsible for us. He was able to tell a lot about animal behavior, made us feel safe and it was always a laugh. Really cool guy, I really liked him!
Price:
Compared to staying in lodges (excluding those with privates reserves which are way in a different price league) you will see the same animals as everyone is doing their game drives in the same area of the park. The reason his offers are much cheaper is (as far as I can guess) due to being camping instead of staying at a fancy lodge. I didn’t mind it in any way as it made the trip so much more intense.
Staying in the bush:
For the camping we did go for the ‘luxury version’ which allows you to go toilet at night and gives you more time to relax. The latter was appreciated by all of us due to having to take in all the impressions.
The food was basic but well prepared. So there is nothing wrong with some good Spaghetti Bolognese, most food was actually really good.
The car was in a very good condition. I think up to 5-6 persons per car is comfortable, though Vincent said they usually don’t take more than 5 anyway.

Best safari planners and customer care.
We had this short safari since we were only staying in Kenya for few days, a friend suggested we for us Safari update Travels as a preferred tour company to organize a short 3 days and 2 nights safari since she had worked with them earlier this year. From the start of our plan everything was seamless Silas worked with us to ensure all details were well noted and whenever we needed clarification he quickly responded.
Our guide Samuel was the best, jovial, knowledgeable, well conversant of African wildlife and more so funny.
We saw big 4 except from Rhino which si common not to be seen while on a safari.
We stayed at Sopa lodge, everything awesome. Food, accommodation, freindly services and staff.
We highly recommend SAFARI UPDATE TRAVELS for this safaris. They guys are just on a another level!!
We will travel with you again and again!

Best safari planners
This was my fourth safari with Safari Update Travels, and there is a reason I keep coming back. The level of service, from the moment your plane touched down, until the last safari has been taken, is an outstanding experience in quality and customer service. Everyone knew our name wherever we went, everyone went out of their way to make us feel as though we were the only ones on the safari, the patience the drivers showed along with their excitement and knowledge, made this a trip one I will always remember. Kudos to ERICK and SHEM!!! Being in the hospitality industry like I am, I tend to see things that others might not notice in regards to cleanliness, etc. Not with Safari Update Travels!!! The accomodations were so first class five star quality, the service as good as any of the finest companies in the world. So, bottom line..... 4 safaris and counting. Congratulations Safari Update Travels!!!

Wonderful Insight to The Pearl of Africa
After many emails and whattapp calls with Nicholas we finally came up with an amazing 6 days itinerary to Uganda to do safari and gorillas tracking. This trip with Boaz was an eye opener on how conservation works wonders in preserving rare gorillas, chimps and other wildlife in Uganda. Game and boat rides inside the protected areas yielded close encounters with the African big 5, many birds and the unique opportunity to track gorillas in Bwindi forest. We stayed in comfortable lodges that were just as described in the itinerary. A big thank you to the Devine African Safaris for this wonderful safari to experience the Pearl of Africa.

Great experience with great nature!
We were extremely happy with our journey. Thanks to our guide, Hoza, and our chef, Godson.
Hoza is a person who is both strict and polite yet very professional and informative about various topics. Though the tour company is known for highly skilled tour guides, it is rare to find a guide such as Hoza, who is a professional and can care for all customers. I enjoyed casual conversation with Hoza about lifestyle in Tanzania which was eye-opening.
All meals prepared by Godson were delicious! Especially I loved the zucchini soup which I now regret not asking him a recipe. I think he tried his best to cook food that accepted by most diversity, which included spaghetti to rice. I appreciate that, but I wanted to enjoy some of more local recipes too!
The tour itself was equally good! With our tight schedule, Everlyn, the coordinator, restructured the whole travel so that we would not miss a thing while we are in great nature which was truly thoughtful. We saw the big five, the great migration of zebras and wild beasts, the endless plains of Serengeti, the animal paradise of Ngorongoro. Each of the experiences was astonishing. Everything I saw made me speechless. This tour truly is a life experience.
Though--I cannot emphasize more that this is none of the tour company nor guide's fault, yet, unfortunately, our travel companions were (simply put) terrible. They were gullible, arrogant, filthy, ugly, uneducated, and shameless African Americans who cannot respect this great nature but constantly murmur about the most trivial "problem" they can find to bother both the guide and other customers. (If you happen to be one of those who cannot show some respects to the locals/culture or only care about how many "likes" your selfies can get, do me a favor and don't travel at all. They are truly a cancer of tourism.) I feel sorry for Hoza for what he had to go through; regardless, he tried his best to accommodate all those uneducated swine while trying to be fair to the rest of the pack. That is, after driving more than 11 hours of bumpy roads of safaris! It was truly shameful! I feel sorry for the tour company, that a customer can freely pick a company, but not vice versa.
All in all, we were very happy with what we experienced and all of the services which we receive from Seven Wonder Safari and Hoza. With all the hospitality which they offered, we now only wish to come back again to Tanzania in the future (perhaps with longer periods with a little more flexible schedule), and when we do, hopefully, we do have a better tour companion.

best experience!
Erick Laizer and the team at LELAA TOURS are so attentive and go out of their way to make your Safari as memorable as possible.
I joined a 5-day group safari and instantly bonding with my “safari family”. We made up a mini United Nations coming from Australia, Finland, Israel, Switzerland and Tanzania.
Our guide Robert was fun and friendly and clearly and experienced guide and driver helping us to spot 4/5 Big Five. Our cook Dullah made more food than any of us could eat! You wouldn’t believe what he can create with little to no equipment (inc. freshly baked bread with every meal!)
I would recommend LELAA TOURS to anyone and everyone looking at going on safari in Tanzania in search of a life-changing experience.
