Kilimanjaro Life Adventure
5/5

Before Safari with Juvenile, we wanted to climb Kilimanjaro. So we did 7 days Lemosho Route with Tanzania Juvenile Safari and it has been incredible! Our guides Joseph and Hamisi were the best guides we could expect: they kept always moral and motivation up, always making sure we stated safe and healthy, adequating the Pole Pole pace to our need and capacity! The whole team was amazing and very caring, making sure that we had all the comfort possible in the camp. The food prepared by our Chef Erasto was delicious and we were really grateful to Shabani who was always present for anything we needed. We got to the top without any problems and we are very gratitude to all the team who made this experience possible and incredible!
We highly recommended Tanzania Juvenile Safari if you are looking for a serious and professional company !

I think I would not forget this trip in my life.
5/5

It was super hard to decide which trip to take at the beginning. Although I know some people travel independently, but for me, who can’t drive, I might as well forget it! Later, I read a few blogs and wrote emails to inquire about 2 travel agencies. Norah from easy travel responded very quickly and patiently. Thank you to Masuma later. After more than 100 emails, my itinerary was decided, and they also Give you everything you need to know and do before your trip.

As soon as I got out of the airport, I was looking for my tour guide in the sea of tour guides. Fortunately, Hussein found me. Then when I went to the office, Masuma kindly explained my next itinerary and gave me her contact number, so that I could participate in the itinerary alone. Feel safe.

On the second day, Claus, my tour guide for this trip, picked me up at my place before the scheduled time, along with Samsoni, the accompanying chef. It took a long time to drive the car to Serengeti National Park, and Claus and Samsoni were there all the way. Someone was concerned about my condition. On the first day, I saw a group of giraffes, a group of buffaloes, and elephants very close to me. After arriving at the camp, my tent was quickly set up for me to rest.

The highlight came on the third day. I saw a hot air balloon flying in the morning, and then saw a cheetah (5 meters away) basking in the sun, a leopard walking, a lioness and cubs with food (1 meter away), and a male lion (1 meter away). ), giraffe fights, zebras, antelopes, hyenas, large and small elephants crossing the road and playing in the mud, buffalo... When we returned to the camp, there was a group of large and small giraffes grazing in the camp. It was a very satisfying day.

On the morning of the fourth day, I saw 2 crocodiles, a large group of hippos, and wild boars... I went back to the camp for lunch and moved to ngorongoro. When I first arrived at the camp, there was an elephant grazing next to the camp. When I went to the toilet before going to bed at night, There was one zebra grazing next to my tent, and several others in and around the camp.

On the morning of the 5th day, we entered the beautiful ngorongoro and saw male and female lions performing indescribable movements, flamingo, rhino (although it was a bit far away, but we were lucky to see it), and a lake that was like a fairyland on earth...

Claus is very professional, patient, has great eyesight, has rich experience, drives very steadily, is very caring, and has a sense of humor. When he sees a lion's footprints, he drives in that direction. He knows what the animal may do next, and he takes one step ahead to prepare for the distance. I couldn't see anything but he knew there were animals there, allowing me to reach Big5.

The breakfast, lunch and dinner prepared by Samsoni were all very good, but there were too many to finish. He set up the tent quickly and was very patient even if I was in the way.

If you want to see scenery and animals you have never seen before, don’t want to drive or don’t know how to drive, welcome to join easy travel. It has itineraries of various lengths, seasons, national parks, and accommodation plans. You can always find one. What you like.

If you are a girl traveling like me, based on my experience this time, I highly recommend you to join the easy travel itinerary.

This experience will really be something I will never forget. I just want to stay a few more days and come again with my family.

A fantastic time

What can I say about Myxo and his team? From the initial communication to the follow up after my travels, Myxo was a superb host. He went through every detail of our itinerary and ensured it was exactly what I wanted. Nothing was ever too much trouble and he went out of his way to make my time in Eswatini the best it could be.

The highlight of my stay was Myxo’s homestay. I’ve never slept in a hut before so it was a unique experience and walking through the surrounding village was breathtaking.

Myxo will soon become your friend and someone you will look forward to seeing again. I can highly recommended Woza Nawe!

Our guide from Tourgy Tourz, Emmah Chihava made us experience the best that South Africa can offer
5/5

I had communicated with our travel guide Emmah Chihava several times prior to arriving in South Africa and she was very helpful as she made sure that our tour was according to the kind of experience that we wished to have. She is very knowledgeable while being friendly and for our Johannesburg/Soweto day tour, it opened our eyes to the history of South Africa and how the City of Gold came about, about its people. Knowing my love of hiking, Emmah also took me hiking to Cradle Moon and that 9km walk through a beautiful part of the country was simply a joy. The next day, we set out very early in the morning for a pleasant 4 hour drive to a lodge outside Kruger National Park, arriving by noon and soon after we went for our Safari. The safari was beyond our expectations as we saw a huge variety of animals in natural surroundings, with an excellent safari guide who patiently answered our questions and allowed us to take many photographs and videos. On our return back to Johannesburg, we took the Panorama Route. The beauty of the canyon and waterfalls will be inscribed in my memory forever. All along the way, Emmah made sure we were comfortable and fed us with interesting information. When it was time to leave Johannesburg for Cape Town, Emmah insisted that she sent us off to the airport. We enjoyed South Africa so much through having such a wonderful guide and if we were to go back again, I would not hesitate to contact the same tour operator.

David, the owner of Kili Slopes Tours helped me put my 16 day itinerary together. The trip was everything we expected and more. Stewart our expert driver was wonderful and nothing was too much trouble. We visited 6 national parks and did 18 game drives. We saw the big 5 and I think most of the animals and birds. Our accommodation was outstanding, especially the bush camps. My husband became ill and the staff were amazing, attending to his needs at all the places we visited. Of course, the highlights were seeing leopards, cheetahs, servile and lots of lions. My daughter, Racquel really loved this trip as it was her first safari. She adores all of the game. Thank you Stewart & David for making our trip so wonderful and it will be something we will treasure for ever.

South Africa is the most wonderful and diverse location

We started our trip in Cape Town wehich so amazing. I felt completely safe,. Everyone we met were so helpful and friendly. We spent 9 nights, which was just enough to cover what we wanted to see. We went cage diving with sharks, visited the penguins at boulders beaqch. Travelled up Table mountain. We did 2 amazing free walks, one to Bo Kaap fabulous, another The Historic walk ok. Our hotel was fabulous, Cape Heritage, one of the oldest hotels in Cape Town.
After Cape Town we flew to Johannesburg to start our Kruger Safari. We were collected from our hotel and driven first to Trmisana Lodge, a good 4/5 hours drive ouch. Tip fly to Kruger. The room at Trmisana was so small dodgey aircon, couldnt sleep. The bar was not manned and lady a bit rude. The guides however were fabulous. So friendly and informative.
We moved next day to Marks Tree Houses. Staff so friendly and helpful. Treehouses were great , bathrooms very been cleaned.
The guide who drove us through Kruger was awful. Not friendly or welcoming. He drove too fast we m issed so much

About: Giltedge
Excellent attentive and personalized service from planning through execution
5/5

Giltedge did an amazing job planning and executing our honeymoon, taking a personalized approach right off the bat. We were looking to do a safari, as well as get in some beach time afterwards. Our Travel Expert, Liz, spent time with us to learn what we were looking for in both the safari portion as well as the island portion of our trip. She provided advice on travel logistics which made certain pairings work and others a travel nightmare. In the end, she helped us land on the Serengeti for our safari and Mauritius for our island time.

From that point, she put together an itinerary for us and presented a couple options on hotels. Liz was super responsive over email, answering our questions about the itinerary and helping refine our activities and schedule. She arranged our entire trip from when we landed in Kilimanjaro airport to when we departed Mauritius for home.

The trip went off smoothly. All of Giltedge's partners were welcoming, professional, punctual, and friendly. All of our accommodations had nice little touches congratulating us on our wedding and wishing us a happy honeymoon. The "on-the-ground" team, as well as Liz, were available and responsive whenever questions came up along the way. Truly impeccable service all around. I would highly recommend them and will certainly work with them again on our next big African adventure.

Great Service. Wonderful Times.
5/5

My friends and I were planning a trip with Easy Travel before the pandemic. I verified there were no hidden problems with them. They belonged to the right organizations, had great reviews on several websites, and answered all my questions promptly. We postponed our trip to Tanzania when the pandemic hit.

We recently restarted the trip selecting the following excursions: 1) 9 days Lemosho Kilimanjaro trek, 2) 9 days Serengeti Great Migration safari. Several people drop out on one or both events due to medical problems. I only did the safari due to a medical problem with my back.

The trekking team arrived first to start their trip. The safari team would join them when the trekking team completed their climb. Too bad the luggage for the trekkers didn’t arrive with them. Their bags were lost in the sea of luggage somewhere.

The trekking team started to panic since the hike started the next day. Masuma from Easy Travel handled the situation. She contacted the airline to monitor the status of the luggage. She arranged transportation into town so the trekking team could pick up supplies if the luggage didn’t arrive.

The luggage arrived the next day. The trekking team quickly sorted through the bags for trekking equipment. They then left for a climb of a lifetime. One of the trekkers got ill on the mountain. He was safely escorted back down to town several days later.

The trekking team was very happy with the porters and guides. The guides provided encouragement as each step grew more difficult as the elevation increased.

I arrived a day early to check out the town and make sure my luggage arrived with me before I started the safari. The safari had several different comfort levels. We picked the “Comfort” level. The camps consisted of individual tents for room along with a dining and lounge tent. Inside each tent, it looked like a basic motel room. Bed(s) in the front with a flushing toilet, hot shower, and sink in the back. The “Luxury” level provided too much comfort for us. Some of the lodges had a pool. I came to see the Great Migration, not swim in a pool. The lodges are in a fixed location. It’s great if the migration path is next to the lodge, otherwise you need to spend time traveling over the bumpy dirt roads to see the migration. None of the camps disappointed us.

Our guide Adrian has been guiding for many years. It’s extremely easy to get lost in the Serengeti National Park. Most of the dirt roads are not marked so an experienced guide is a necessity. Adrian’s sharp eyes saw animals we didn’t see initially.

The thousands of wildebeest migrating was a sight to behold as they covered large tracts of land. The wildebeest crossing the crocodile infested river was a little more difficult to find as they would graze and not move, but after waiting and going to several different crossing sites we saw a herd crossing the river. It was a pretty safe spot crossing the river with no animals being eaten by the crocodiles.

We saw a plethora of different animals to the point where we were ignoring many of the animals unless they were doing something interesting (e.g. - eating prey).

Masuma was monitoring our return flight as we returned back to Arusha so we wouldn’t be surprised at the airport if our flight was canceled or delayed. We really appreciated the little details they provided to guarantee us a pleasant trip
