The owner, Frank, is very responsive and will make sure you have an amazing holiday in Rwanda.
His team is world-class and super family-friendly. We had a lot of kids in our group and they all loved Frank's tour guides, especially Iddy, Jean Paul, and Jean Marie. But honestly all of them are very kind, very very helpful and a joy to be with.
We did a vetting involving the top 5 rates tour agencies in Rwanda. Based on our pre-trip screening, Golden Rwanda, came out ranked no. 1. This was based on responsiveness, price competitiveness, and overall product appeal.

Amazing Expedition with Raymond and Godson
I found GIE on Instagram and chatted up Mathew Godlistern. I was skeptical at first, but the ongoing service from Mathew and then Raymond were second to none. My questions were answered almost instantly despite the time difference. We put together an amazing 6 days in the central Serengeti. Raymond assigned us our guide Godson, who in my opinion after 4 other safaris, was the best guide I’ve experienced. A true gentleman and an excellent spotter. He knows how to find the right light for your photos. Ray made excellent recommendations for accommodations to fit our budget. He arranged an amazing balloon safari. When we decided to fly back to Arusha at the end instead of drive, Raymond made it happen with ease. With these guys you will find service above and beyond what you will find with the big guys.

Collins was an excellent guide throughout our week in Kenya.
Karibu Safaris provided an amazing experience for our group throughout our time in Kenya. Our guide was informative, patient and attentive at all times. He even offered advice on other activities/experiences that were available in Nairobi which was very helpful also. There was clear communication between the company and tour guide about what we wanted and the Company responded very quickly to any queries that the group had throughout the trip. We felt comfortable at all times and were provided with water every day and regular stops for fuel/washroom breaks as well as packed lunches for the long drives. The accommodations provided were great and there was a smooth transition between each destination. Overall a 10/10 experience with Karibu Safaris and we would definitely recommend their company if looking for a great experience in Kenya.

Mt. Kilimanjaro trekking
We thanks much all Goldfish Tours team for what they provide to us from first day to the last day. We had a dream of climbing Mt. Kilimanjaro and they made our dream true, we use machame route and the trekking was good even food and accomodations was good also. Don't hesitate to book with them.

Incredible return trip to Kenya
This was our second visit to Kenya using the brilliant Genesis of Adventure. We had a fantastic time from start to finish. Pre-trip planning and communication with Jonathan was excellent and our driver Noah was very knowledgeable, energetic and safe. It was great to have them match our budget to suitable accommodation and itinerary: Maasai Mara, Lake Navisha and Lake Nakuru.
We were thrilled to see so many animals on safari - including the big 5 - and also enjoyed our cultural activities, such as a visit to a Maasai village.
We appreciated our pre-flight PCR test being organised at Lake Nakuru so we were ready for our departure without losing time on our game drives whilst there.
Our budget accommodation was basic, but very comfortable (with beds and mosquito nets in tents) and the 4x4 jeep was spacious and again very comfortable.
We highly recommend this company and will be back!

Indeed it was life changing experience
My husband and I had the best time on Safari. Bateleur Eagle Safari team really put an effort to make our trip memorable. Booking and communication with Newton, sales officer, was in very professional manner, simple and without any hustle. Our tour guide Steve was very patient with us, and experienced in his knowledge about animals and Kenyan culture. Camp that we stayed in (Basecamp) was also comfortable, has a great staff and great food. Location was also great. Together with Bataleurs Eagle Safari they made my 30th birthday memorable. They surprised me with a cake and special Maasai dance and song.
Value for money was really good comparing other agencies. On our three day Safari, we managed to see 4 out of big 5 wild animals, and many other beside those.
The only thing that needs improvement would be different car for road trip from Nairobi to Mara and back. It was quite uncomfortable to drive for 5-6 hours in a car that is meant for safari drive and not for normal road drive. But that didn’t ruin our overall experience and rating of this trip.
We will definitely recommend Bateleur Eagle Safari to our friends and colleagues.
