Thinking with you, good communication, accurate, during the journey everything is oké !
Everything in progress to your own Journey was good.good and Quick Communication.
During the trip went everything very well: good guide and with the transfers was everything perfect.
Realize that doing a Safari trip is very exhausted.this because you make much much kilometers and in the National Park you wiggle in the Jeep for many many hours , after Three Days you get enough .This advice for making your own Journey.

Extremely friendly, helpful and well-organised.
The tour to Biwindi Forest was extremely well organised. Everything went exactly as had been suggested. The guide was very knowledgeable and friendly. It all meant we had a really great time, the highlight of which was of course managing to find some of the remarkable mountain gorillas. The whole experience is very highly recommended.

Great value for money
The whole booking process was very efficient. I sent them over a dozen questions and they always replied super fast.
I did a 4 day Masai Mara safari.
The first two days I had Francis as a driver. I couldn’t be more greatful to him. He made the safari truly extraordinary. Francis was constantly on his radio chasing animals, and thanks to his efforts we could see almost all the main species of the Mara. He was also very friendly and had an excellent attitude at all times.
I would recommend everyone to make a safari with Francis, since your driver will be the most determinar factor on the quality of your experience.
The last day of our safari we had a different driver. Unlike Francis, this other driver did not use did not use his radio. As a result, at times we drive for long periods without spotting anything. The safari with this other guide was kind of an aimless drive inside the reserve.

Take care of every aspect of my trip
I booked a Kilimanjaro and Serengeti safari and Chemka Hot Springs tour with my mom with Maasaimaratrain Tours. Wilson, our travel agent, was flexible throughout the tour, responded promptly to our questions, and gave us a great price. There was no reason not to go with Maasai Mara Train Tours, he took care of our family throughout the entire trip and we were very happy with his care.

Excellente safari in Tanzania
We had a really interesting safari. Nine days immersed in nature in direct contact with animals thanks to the assistance of a truly exceptional guide. Charles was always very helpful and made us get to know and experience the parks in a very professional way. Thanks to him and the perfect organization of Hotsun Safari we returned to Italy with the memory of an unforgettable experience and also, as photography lovers, rich in many beautiful images.

Review about Kruger National Park by Julie Hamlin
Again no rhinos , one lion sleeping, lots of elephants Giraffes and Hippos. Guide was very unsociable and drove around too fast.

Fantastic Trip Operator - Made it all the way to the top!
When my cousin called me and asked me to climb Mt. Kilimanjaro with him, I was hesitant, but my wife asked, “You are 74 years old, when will you have another chance like this?” There was nothing like this on my bucket list and I had no idea what to expect. I was hesitant at first, but I am really, really, glad that I accepted the challenge. I am a flatlander (660 ft. elevation) and was just going for the adventure without any real expectation of reaching the summit.
That all changed when we met our guides, Colman, Anthony, and Jackson. Their expectation was for all of us to make it to the summit. They came to us and helped us pack our duffle bags and day packs for the 8 days on the Mountain, all the while putting us at ease about the climb. They said we would be acclimating by going “Pole, Pole.” That means working slowly at an altitude until we were acclimated and then, the next day going higher. By the time we got to the summit, I was breathing easily with no altitude sickness.
Before writing this review, I wanted to take some time to really think about my experience and reminisce about the climb. Now, a month later I realize how remarkable Tanzania Horizons Safaris was. Elizabeth and her team did an incredible job making sure everything went smoothly. The climb and the safari after the climb were awesome thanks to them.
At this point, all I can say is – CLIMB ON!

Very disappointed with our tour guide
This was our family's first time to an African country and we were so looking forward to our safari with Kiboko Tours and Travels. Sadly, we were very disappointed. Due to budget constraints, we did choose the budget option for our safari and for that reason we were not disappointed with the vehicle or the lodges. Both seemed like they had seen better days, but when you go budget, we know you don't get top of the line transportation or accommodation. However, what we were really disappointed with was our guide. I don't like to be critical of other people and know that it can be difficult being a tour guide, but during and after our safari, we wondered why our guide had chosen to be a tour guide and why you, as a safari company, had hired him for the position. He didn't seem to want to be a safari guide, as he spent more time on his phone (especially on the first day) than sharing with us his knowledge about the parks we’re in, animals we’re seeing and general information about what to expect on each tour. We learned more from the signs at the park and our own background research than we did from our guide. Our guide did not engage with us, ask us about ourselves and what we’d like to get out of our first experience here in your beautiful country. I would think it good practice for tour guides to let their guests to know what to expect each day, and ask them what they’d like to see (keeping in mind, of course, that nothing is guaranteed with a safari). I would expect a tour guide to think of themselves as an ambassador for their country, wanting to share with their guests their enthusiasm and knowledge about their country and what they are able to show their guests. Our guide was not like this at all. In fact, when we asked him questions about the parks we were visiting and wildlife we were seeing he often misinformed us as we found out later through our own online research. I would ask that Kiboko Tours and Travel either provide their guides with training or only hire guides that have been trained and qualified as tour guides. For this reason, I would not recommend this company for your safari.
