unforgettable, we couldn't choose better
5/5

Our experience with Best Memory Safaris exceeded totally our expectations! It was unforgettable and and unbelievable time. Both the organization as well as the company of our driver were very professional and nice and the same time. Everything could be customized according to our needs, we could also change the plans on the road. Our driver knew the best spots to visit and was the best guide we could have!
The landscape in Kenya is really picturesque, kindness and hospitality of people making it the best place for holidays. My personal suggeitons would be to make your safari together with a group of friends or family, not to go with other group of tourist. And certainly, go with Best Memory Safaris, if you appreciate personal touch to your journey! Thank you Isaac and Mike!

Fantastic hassle free company with great drivers giving amazing safari experiences!
5/5

Bensons made our first time safari experience absolutely easy and great. We had great communication before the trip regarding all aspects from itineraries and wishlist to preferred accommodations and day plans. We had our itinerary exactly as we had asked for and they are great at organizing everything for you.

Our driver Amani was absolutely fantastic and massively enhanced our experience - he was a great driver with great knowledge and also so friendly and entertaining, which is very welcome during the long stints of driving! He was a lovely chap who made sure we had everything we needed for the duration of the safari and did his best to make sure we saw all of the animals on our wishlist - he was very experienced and I think this is so important when out on Safari.

Overall we would 100% use this company again - they are brilliant! highly recommend for first time safari goers, as they really help organise it all and ensure that you have a great time!

3 days in Okavango Delta very well organized with no time lost and lot of animals seen !
5/5

Communications was really good and smooth. We spent 3 days in Okavango Delta with my daughters and my wife. It was our 1st experience in the amazing region. We choose: 1/ 1 day game drive at Moremi Game park, very long day with lot of animals, 2/ 1 day Mokoro experience, very local experience, be careful with the sun, 3/ 1 day Motor boat full day in Delta, few animals but very beautiful scenary with a very impressive driver in the Delta "water" roads!!.
If we would have to do it again, we will spend one more day at Moremi Game Park: this park is really big and you can not see most of it in only day.

Ute was very professional, thorough, patient, and prompt to respond to all my questions/input.
5/5

Communication was excellent and Ute was very prompt to respond to all my questions/queries. She was also prompt to respond once we arrived in Africa. Pre-trip information packet was extremely thorough and included all aspects of our safari. The trip exceeded all expectations. The accommodations were lovely and our game viewing experiences were excellent. We were completely taken care of and directed every step of the way upon arriving in Nairobi, as well as upon returning to Nairobi for our departure home. Overall, an excellent experience. For those of you interested in more specifics regarding camps, our safari was throughout Kenya. Elsa's Kopje in Meru was excellent. Beautiful with excellent game drives. Managers George and Theresa were wonderful and our guide George was excellent! Sasaab in Samburu was beautiful and we had an excellent guide, Steve Tilas, there a well. However, we felt the manager Nikkie was very pretentious and intentionally made us feel very uneasy and uncomfortable. Bateleur in Masa Mara was nothing short of AMAZING!!! Dennis was an incredible guide as well! Little Joe our butler was excellent. Attention to detail and accommodations were superb! Management was excellent. Sand River in Masa Mara also provided an excellent game viewing experience and Javan was an excellent guide as well. Chris and Debbie, managers, were genuine and caring. However, the outdoor dining area was definitely lacking in terms of the view as well as pesky birds pooping all over the umbrella tables. Also, the pool (as seen on the website) is not yet completed. And, although the outdoor shower is lovely, there is not an indoor shower in the tent. Which could have been an issue if the temperature was any colder. And lastly, Tortilas in Amboseli was beautiful, however, it definitely was lacking in the game viewing arena. The managers, Graham and Candy were lovely and pleasant. However, as compared to all the other places we stayed at, the game drives were very short. So much so, that we even questioned why were back so early. We also seemed to stay fairly close to the camp as compared to all other places. I hope this is helpful to those seeking more detailed information.

Review about Tsavo West National Park by Claudia

This was our last park and it was so different from the others. It is huge so finding the animals can be a challenge. However, this is where a leopard was trotting down the road in front of us so we got a good look. Seeing the lava fields and the spring with the hippos and crocodiles in the clear water was great. The lodge was a treat since the cape buffalo and elephants came to the watering hole just off the patio and the hotel feeds the leopards. Glad we went to this one.

Review about Samburu National Reserve by Claudia
Overall rating
5/5

This was our first park and we saw so many animals. (I didn't even know there were different kinds of zebras.) Our game lodge was on the river so we could watch the crocodiles, elephants and birds hanging out and fishing. This was my second favorite park because of the number of animals.

Review about Masai Mara National Reserve by Claudia

If you can only go to one park, then this is the one to visit. The animals at Masai Mara were everywhere. This is the park you think of when imagining a safari. We saw several prides of lions in this park. There were many hippos and crocodiles in the Mara River. The wildebeest were still grazing on the Mara and had not returned to Tanzania.

Review about Lake Nakuru National Park by Claudia
Overall rating
5/5

Lake Nakuru has a severe problem with flooding but this did not seem to affect the animals. We saw the Rothschild giraffes, large cape buffalo herds and black rhinos here. There was more vegetation at this park but when you got to the open plain, the animals were visible.

Review about Amboseli National Park by Claudia
Overall rating
5/5

The elephants in Amboseli had so much personality. They headed to the swamp to graze and it was fun to see so many. With Mount Kilimanjaro in the background, our pictures in this park were superb. This is where we saw the flamingos, hyenas, hippos and lots of zebras and giraffes.
