Wonderful Experience
5/5

Safari was amazing and wonderful.
Ali was a great driver and did everything to accommodate everyone. Unfortunately we had a woman in our group who would not be happy. I'm sure you get those kinds of people.
I appreciated Ali's patience and efforts.
Thanks

3- Day Kruger National Park Experience with Elephant Herd Tours & Safaris
5/5

My experience with Elephant Herd Tours was excellent! They were very attentive since the beggining, responding to all my e-mails very quickly. They organized everything, our transfer from Johanesburg, our hotel and the safari. The safari was awesome, we were able to see all the Big Five thanks to our guide Keegan.
I highly recommend Elephant Herd Tours.

Excellent, Informative & Thrilling Bucket-List Adventure
5/5

We had a party of eight people spanning three generations. Everyone was entertained and engaged the entire trip. Aenea Makoninde is a fantastic guide and driver, and funny, too. One day in Ngorgoro Crater my mother asked, "Where are the lions? I want to see lions!" Aenea picked up his phone and "made a call." He said, "Yes, hello, Mr. Lion. I hope you are doing well today. We have a request from Bibi [Swahili for Grandmother] to see you today. Oh. Ok. We will see you then. Thank you. Goodbye." After hanging up, he explained that Mr. Lion is very busy today, but he will try very hard to meet with us at around two PM. I asked Aenea, "Why do you speak English with the lion instead of Swahili?" Without missing a beat, he explained, "Of course we can speak in Swahili, but when I speak in English he understands that these visitors are not local and because they come from far away, he will do his best to be on time." We drove around for the next few hours through herds of zebra and wildebeest. We watched a pack of hyenas take down a pregnant gnu and divide up the spoils. We saw many birds and other animals like warthogs. Eventually at just about two o'clock, Aenea said to my mother, "Bibi, look over to your left. There is a pride of lions resting on that small hill. Mr. Lion has kept his appointment as you requested." Sure enough, there they were. It was magical.

Kilimanjaro Planet Adventures did an amazing job getting me and my sister to the top of Kili. No complaints. They provided ample food (so much food) and were very courteous. I would recommend again and again.

After the Safari I forgot my passport in the vehicle and only notice once back at my hotel in Nairobi.

Amazing experience
5/5

We did the 4 day safari at Masai Mara & Lake Nakuru. Our driver was Albert and he was amazing! He drove so well and thanks to him we saw so many animals. We saw the big 5 + many others. The camp in Masai Mara exceeded our expectations. The tents were very spacious, nice and clean. The food at the camp was great too, as well as everywhere else that we ate. At Nakuru we stayed in a decent hotel so that was great too. Everything was amazing and so well organized!

SAFARIS THAT DREAMS ARE MADE OF
5/5

I have never done a safari before and I was invited by friends who know Isabelle and Gert Kruger at Tambuzi safaris. I could not have imagined what I was about to experience.
Elephants - as close as anything, lots of elephants - playing in a water hole - having fun splashing around. Kudus, Impallas, Zebra all in the wild yet so close you could smell them.

Wonderful accommodation in a luxury tent so you can hear the animal night noises - or in the house but I think the tent is more atmospheric.

Lovely dinner cooked by Isabelle and enjoyed in the tree top dining area - dawn drive with wonderful views of Africa.

Tambuzi is a small camp with just 4 tents, a small splash pool and a fire pit, so true personal attention from the wonderful hosts.

I can thoroughly recommend that you put this on your bucket list and try to tick it off as soon as possible

It is like being in the film Mogambo!
