All we hoped for and more.
Our Kenya holiday was everything we hoped for and more, thrilling fascinating breathtaking emotional and beautiful.
The thrills came from spotting the many different animals we were lucky enough to spot on our game drives and a visit to our lodges floodlit watering hole by a family of Elephants as we got ready for bed.
The Kenyan way of life was fascinating from the villagers earning a living by selling water and goods in the middle of the road to the crazy traffic zigzaging around the streets in both Nairobi and Mombasa.
The clear view of Mount Kilimanjaro from our tent at Kibo safari camp in Amboseli NP gave us breathtaking views as did the vast savanna plains of Tsavo west opening up in front of us as we entered the restaurant at Kiliguni lodge.
The sight of baby orphaned Elephants racing out of the forest to recieve giant bottles of milk from there handlers and several Lion cubs playfully wrestling with there mothers on the roadside in Tsavo East were both emotional spectacles.
The colourful floral grounds and white sands that were washed by the turquoise waters of the Indian Ocean at Diani sea resort was a beautiful setting for our journey to end and
the final mention goes to our safari tour operator Transtrek safaris who made it all possible and there guide James who was an exceptional host.
If you are reading these reviews to decide if Kenya is a worthwhile place to visit, stop and book it now. It was an amazing experience.

BEST TOUR GUIDE AND HOSPITALITY
I highly recommend them especially for bush safaris where you have to literally look for the game. They picked us on time and were very patient with us especially because we had small kids that needed attention and patience. We are coming back soonest. KUDOS

Namibia's Fish River Canyon is a stunning sight!
The trip to see the amazing Fish River Canyon in southern Namibia was truly a memorable experience. The tour operator, Mr. Audwin Scobie Dewet, planned every detail perfectly. The choice of lodgings and the daily schedules made this a great trip. Mr. Dewet's vast knowledge of Namibia's history, geology, wildlife and culture make a tour with him enjoyable and educational as well. He is a courteous and gracious tour host. I strongly recommend Evolution Travel and Tours to make your trip to anywhere in Namibia truly a mountaintop experience.

Safari Perfection Full of Amazing Surprises!
Mike Haines is a true professional. And there is no one else with his intimate & extensive knowledge of prime African game viewing regions in the GTA, Ontario or possibly even the country. He is someone who is equally excited about helping clients explore classic locations or the less-travelled areas, seeing the value & richness in both. The 9-day overland safari he arranged for me was one of the highlights of my life.

A magnificent trip in a magical part of the world!
I am happy to share our fabulous Tanzanian experience with Duma Explorer, and I would highly recommend this expedition company to anyone. Our party of six embarked on our 12-day adventure in late January 2020, after several months of research. We knew that there were dozens of options and outfitters, but we were attracted to Duma because of their reputation, their social responsibility, and because they employ their own guides and staff from Tanzania. The cost was also quite reasonable compared to many other companies.
Once we chose Duma Explorer, the planning with Stacy was very easy. She was flexible and accommodating. Communication throughout the planning process was generally handled by one other member of our party, and she shared Stacy’s ideas with us via email. We went back and forth with Stacy several times, to get the itinerary just right for our preferences. Stacy truly listened to our interests. As an example, we were able to minimize internal flights and to avoid long back-and-forth drives.
Our itinerary allowed us to go to Tarangire National Park, Ngorongoro Crater, Olduvai Gorge, the Ndutu region, and Serengeti National Park. We ended our trip in the Kilimanjaro region, near the base of Mount Kilimanjaro. It was quite exciting to see hiking expeditions leave from the park entrance.
Isack was our guide and fearless leader, and we absolutely loved being with him for the entire trip. He was warm and funny in a very understated way. His vast knowledge of the animals, birds, topography, and people made for an educational and truly enjoyable experience. He took great pride in his job. Every morning we were treated to a completely clean Land Cruiser, including exterior, windows, and interior. We did not see many other vehicles given the same daily treatment. The staff at the camps were very professional and helpful, and they all seemed eager to make our stay enjoyable. The accommodations at the camps were all very high-end, and the food was well-prepared and plentiful.
Given the current world situation, we feel so grateful that we experienced this magical place when we did. We encourage anyone considering a safari expedition in Tanzania to book with Duma Explorer.
