We were 2 adults and 2 kids (10 and 14). Safina explained us all and we went to our 5 days tour with Serengueti African Tours
The jeep was good had a fridge inside and could open top of the roof. Roads were bumpy sometimes so you get "free masaage" but then accomodations were perfect.
And special mention to Morgan. Our great spanish/english guide. He was really kind with us the whole trip. Everything was more than we expected.

It was our first African safari. Makini Tanzania Expedition prepared a quote accommodating all our requests. The quote was the best we got compared to that from other companies. Naomi was professional and very quick to respond. We were lucky to have Dickson as our guide throughout the trip. He went above and beyond to make sure we had the best safari experience we could have ever imagined. Hotels we stayed in were great and food was delicious. All the people we met were nice and welcoming. Tanzania is a beautiful country. This trip was the closest we felt connected to nature in quite some time. Asante to everyone involved in our trip. We hope we can come back again.

We had an incredible safari experience in Kenya thanks to Leopard Orchid and specially to Michael from their team. From the very beginning, their expertise was evident-every detail was thoughtfully planned, and they were always quick to respond to our queries. We truly appreciated their flexibility in adjusting the itinerary to suit our needs, which made the trip smooth and stress-free. The pricing was also very reasonable for the quality of service provided. Extremely well organised, great communication, brilliant tour
The tour was extremely well organised. Faraja went over and beyond to help us in every step of the way. Couldn't believe how good he was in replying to all the queries and making us at ease with the safari. We had issues with the ariline we booked with and Faraja helped us out with rebooking our flights as well. Can't thank Faraja enough for all the help.
Festo, our tour guide was awesome as well and really accomodative to all our needs.

Tour operator and driver were helpful and were dedicated themself to have us an amazing Safari. They did their best us to see big five and we saw big five 😊 hotels, route and all safari plans were well-organized, they always were helpful and solved even minor problems.

Fantastic, well organized, amazing safari guide!
Traveled to Tanzania with my family to a few areas – we started in Moshi/Arusha, Mount Kilimanjaro area, then did a Safari for five days (Tarangire, Serengeti, Ngorongoro crater). Our experience was absolutely exceptional. Our trip was well organized and we had a clear itinerary from the start.
Our guides for Mt. Kilimanjaro (we just hiked to the first base camp), were amazing!! We were there with my parents, so they needed to go a little slower and our guides paced us well so that everyone could complete the hike.
Not enough good things can be said about our safari guide, Libe. He was absolutely exceptional, he was extremely friendly, informative, and respectful of the wildlife and land. We learned so much about all of the habits and lifestyles of the wildlife, the land and the local tribes in the area, because of him. We were able to see (from small to big animals) and learn so much! Would highly recommend!
Our tour organizer, Eliad was also great to work with - he helped create a perfect itinerary. He was easy to reach and was extremely communicative, especially if there was anything we wanted to adjust along the way. All of our lodges/ camps were exceptional- very clean, the people were all friendly and the food was delicious! We especially loved Kon Tiki Serengeti camp.
Overall an absolutely unforgettable experience, would definitely use Serengeti smile and Libe as a tour guide if we were to come back in the future!
