The trip was completely amazing and exceeded all of my expectations. The company was there with me throughout the process from the beginning making sure I was at ease with the planning of the trip. Then when I landed, they were there every step of the way. Our driver was extremely kind and knowledgeable about the wildlife and area. This is my second safari in Kenya, but first for my wife. Wanted to make it special for her and they truly made this possible. Highly recommend to anyone looking to book a safari, 5 stars is not enough, wish I could add more.

Ngorongoro one day safari with Omar
Tunu (owner) advises us from the very beginning of the adventure, with many and relevant exchanges on WhatsApp, and he took time to build a tailor-made tour but not an exhausting one with Omar our driver. Based on Arusha, a day for visiting ngorongoro crater in my maximum commuting time (more or less 3h30 only for one way) to enjoy 5 hours on site. Actually, there are many wild animals over there including lions, elephants, hyppo and girafe! I was not very enthusiastic, but I was wrong it is awesome and you may do a safari, it is something special to be part of nature like that, especially if you are driving by Omar, discreet, funny but also determined to delight you by showing what you want to see : he never gives up. Good experience
We did 4 day safari tour with Serengeti Smile and we really enjoyed it. The communication and organization was superb with all details provided very well in advance. The choice of accommodation was better than we expected for a mid-range tour. The tour guide was experienced and friendly. We would recommend this company.

Fantastic week!
We had a fantastic 8 day´s holiday in Uganda with safari, hiking and chimpanzee trekking. The communication with Steven and Rachel was very smooth. Our driver/guide Mohammed was amazing! Kind, discreet, organized, professional and safe. We were traveling with our two small children of 5 and 2 and he was great with them, even helping us keeping an eye on them and made sure they were comfortable and safe. We have been on similar tours in Uganda, Tanzania, Kenya and South Africa and this was definitely one of the best (of not THE best). Highly recommend!

It has been great 2 days in Pilanesberg-Nationalpark. We have seen impressionable animals, including lions, giraffe, zebras, rhinos…

Our safari with Africa Big Cats was a wonderful experience from the time we were picked up from Kilimanjaro Airport on day 1. The itinerary was exactly as requested, the lodges were perfect for our requirements and our guide, Lordy, was outstanding. He made the trip with his vast knowledge of the animal and bird life and his engaging personality. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone visiting beautiful Tanzania.
