Wow customer care experience!!!
Hi World Escapes & Adventures team, Sorry for the delay, but you know how it is coming back after a long vacation! Overall, the trip was wonderful - definitely a bucket list dream come true! Botswana & Namibia, in particular, had been on my bucket list since I was a child. I think this was my first time staying in a Wilderness Safari lodge/camp - definitely impressed. Especially with their premier camps. At times, I could have used 1 more day here or 1 less day there, but generally speaking, 2-3 days seems about right. There were one or two misses in the airport between me & people there to collect me, but usually because they weren't where I expected them to be or I didn't see the sign they had. Mostly, they were in place & we were able to sync up. They definitely helped make the process smoother & easier. At Vumbura Plains, they had a hot bubble bath run for me upon me checking in & going to my room. That made my fricking day! LOL. I posted photos on social media bragging about how they were taking such good care of me! The food was pretty good & fairly consistent throughout.
However, I wasn't impressed with the food at two places primarily - Sabyinyo in Rwanda & Onguma the Fort in Namibia. I realize they are some of the better places to stay in those areas, and maybe that's why I was a bit disappointed in the food - just didn't seem to live up to the hype. Sabyinyo - I would definitely make sure people understand there's a bit of uphill hiking to do to get to the room & around the lodge itself. Combined with the altitude, and/or if you're not physically fit for hiking, just going to your room can tire you out! The boat ride in Swakopmund was a nice contrast to the desert & a chance to try Namibian oysters as well as learn some of the historical & economic aspects of the country. I enjoyed that, as did everyone else. Anyway, those are some things that immediately come to mind. If I think of anything else, I'll be sure to shoot you an email. Thanks for everything!

Excellent customer service and overall experience!
Moriti Private Safaris is an excellent tour company. My friend and I went on a last minute trip in Africa and needed help with booking everything. We were connected with this company through a friend and had nothing but amazing experiences. We spoke with Shaun about what we wanted for our trip. Booking at the last minute did not give us the opportunity to go exactly where we wanted to, but I think our trip ended up being better than anticipated. We went to Chobe National Park in Botswana and Victoria Falls in Zimbabwe. Our accommodations were beautiful and everything was smooth from all the in-between connecting transportation to the flights. Shaun was very quick to respond and even was checking in on how everything was going during our safari. On our safari we saw at least 100 elephants, leopards, buffalo, lions (and cubs), giraffes, hippos, an array of birds, and other wildlife. This was an amazing experience, and Shaun made it better than we could have ever anticipated! I can't thank Moriti Private Safaris enough. If you book through this company, you will not be disappointed!

I couldn't have imagined a better safari experience
Wow. I have nothing but awesome things to say about my safari. I was traveling to Tanzania as a single female, and was somewhat nervous going in about booking something by myself. I appreciated the safety of going through safaribooking.com, and was immediately contacted by Mwajabu to help me book it. I had a few questions leading up about the logistics, and Deborah was available to me both on email and whatsapp. It felt very organized, and by the time I arrived I had no concerns about being there alone.
The experience itself was more than I could've even imagined. I was greeted by Deb and Abdullah (I think that's how his name is spelled!) the driver at the airport in Dar Es Salaam and we drove to Kinga Lodge. Despite arriving quite late, the Kinga lodge staff had stayed up to greet me and show me just incredible hospitality after a long day of travel. The accommodations and food throughout the trip were likewise fantastic. The next morning I met Michael, who would be our guide in Selous. Because I went late in the season, I actually got to spend the trip with just me, Abdullah, and Michael, which gave us extra freedom to explore and even drive deep into the park to some hot springs. Michael has to be the best guide in the park - he was so kind and so well informed. We saw everything we set out to see, in no small part thanks to their tracking ability. I won't forget watching a baby elephant and mother reunite with the rest of the family, or laughing together at the baboons and the "honeymooning" lions. The trip included 2 days in the main park, a river safari, and a walking safari, and each activity brought new wonders.
I just can't say enough how grateful I am to all the people I encountered that made this trip great. If you have a chance to take a safari, please look no further.

Amazing Experience, Very Professional
Great experience for a 3 day trip (Tarangire, Ngorongoro, Lake Manyara) for a group of 10. Our accommodations at Kudu Lodge were also amazing and caught us all by surprise. The communication and level of service were professional.
The food during the safari (lunch boxes), albeit industry standard since all the other cars had similar looking boxes, tasted ok.
All in all a quality trip. I would definitely go with this company again! They were even kind enough to arrange airport drop off and a Maji Moto Trip en route to the airport.

Very good experience
I loved the safari. It was very cheap (140$ per day) and we enjoyed a lot. We saw a lot of animals. Our driver (kiaka) was the best. All the time tried to make us the best trip. I will like to go again... If i’ll do it, it will be with adventure makers!

An unforgettable experience
With two fellow students we decided to do a safari while we did an internship close to Mwanza.
Out of two safari’s I did this one was the most incredible.
First of all because of the guide, Christopher, who knew the perfect places where to camp and where to drive. He understands that privacy is key to the experience and we camped a few times with almost no company. During game drives we had several incredible encounters with leopards, lions, cheetahs, elephants and even rhino’s. A combination of luck and skill of Christopher, who has ridiculously good eyesight.
Second the service was perfect as everything we wanted during the safari was taken care of. Especially the food was very nice.
And lastly because Japhet en Christopher are just amazing company, We loved Christophers stories about the wildlife, and Japhets’ jokes.
Would love to do this trip again!
