Great hike to Kilimanjaro

Rogati was a patient and helpful guide. We appreciated the lunch boxes, too! They were packed with lots of food for hungry hikers....glad to get a good vegetarian box! Amazing experience!!
Our trip was more than I had expected from the start to finish!! Samuel was able to accommodate our travel dates and time. Our driver James was very helpful and polite! My daughter and I had a great experience more than we had imagined! The food, hotel and sightseeing was perfect. I would recommend safari booking to anyone!! I will go book with them again!! The Perfect Honeymoon
When considering my options for our dream honeymoon the team at Encompass were so helpful and honest which was truly a breath of fresh air, they were focused on ensuring that we got exactly what we wanted and were very mindful of our budget. Every communication with the team was professional and simple, they are wonderful people and easy to talk to. The little personal check in with us just days before departure was a wonderful touch and really impressed us with their attention and care to the details of our trip.
When we tried to change a flight during our trip the team were very quick to respond and assist us putting in maximum effort which we truly appreciated!
The safari and beach holiday they they put together for us was unforgettable, the safari in Zambia was truly amazing, the camps we stayed at were perfect and the staff incredibly friendly and knowledgeable. The beach portion of our trip in Mozambique was so wonderful and perfectly relaxing for the last couple of days before we had to return to reality.
The information about each country and what to expect during our trip was spot on and extremely helpful!

Reliable and friendly local experience
We booked a 10 days safari tour with Rajatours in the southern circuit. During planning Rajab was very quick in responding to all our requests and inquiries via email. He had a good initial proposal and was very flexible in adjusting it to our needs. Our itinerary included 3 different parks and a lot of driving along bumpy roads across the country which could be tiring but we liked it very much as we saw a lot of villages and landscape on our way. We found the pricing decent compared to other providers that we asked, and had to pay part of the costs in advance to secure the booking. Nico our driver picked us up at the dar es salaam airport as planned. He was very professional and experienced but yet very funny and friendly which made our experience extra special. We had to change our accomodation from tent due to too much rain with very short notice. Rajab and Nico managed to book us an alternative lodge within a day with no further discussions which we found super comforting. Nico was also very knowledgeable about the roads and knew his way around all the parks and how not to get stock in the mud. It seemed like he knew all the other drivers and park rangers and was very knowledgeable about how and when to react to animals signals to avoid dangerous situations. The lodges that were suggested by Rajab were also good with very nice and friendly staff. We also ate at local restaurants and dealt mainly with local businesses which was important to us.
All in all we had a great experience and tbe trip was beyond our expectations. This was our first time doing a safari and we would for sure do this again.
If you are looking to book a safari with a local Tanzanian provider Rajatours is a great choice.

Wow customer care experience!!!
Hi World Escapes & Adventures team, Sorry for the delay, but you know how it is coming back after a long vacation! Overall, the trip was wonderful - definitely a bucket list dream come true! Botswana & Namibia, in particular, had been on my bucket list since I was a child. I think this was my first time staying in a Wilderness Safari lodge/camp - definitely impressed. Especially with their premier camps. At times, I could have used 1 more day here or 1 less day there, but generally speaking, 2-3 days seems about right. There were one or two misses in the airport between me & people there to collect me, but usually because they weren't where I expected them to be or I didn't see the sign they had. Mostly, they were in place & we were able to sync up. They definitely helped make the process smoother & easier. At Vumbura Plains, they had a hot bubble bath run for me upon me checking in & going to my room. That made my fricking day! LOL. I posted photos on social media bragging about how they were taking such good care of me! The food was pretty good & fairly consistent throughout.
However, I wasn't impressed with the food at two places primarily - Sabyinyo in Rwanda & Onguma the Fort in Namibia. I realize they are some of the better places to stay in those areas, and maybe that's why I was a bit disappointed in the food - just didn't seem to live up to the hype. Sabyinyo - I would definitely make sure people understand there's a bit of uphill hiking to do to get to the room & around the lodge itself. Combined with the altitude, and/or if you're not physically fit for hiking, just going to your room can tire you out! The boat ride in Swakopmund was a nice contrast to the desert & a chance to try Namibian oysters as well as learn some of the historical & economic aspects of the country. I enjoyed that, as did everyone else. Anyway, those are some things that immediately come to mind. If I think of anything else, I'll be sure to shoot you an email. Thanks for everything!

Exellent high quality service
We booked Krugar Safari with Legend and it was an amazing expereince. The communication and liaison at the tine of booking and also afterwards was amazing. They were extremely helpful and staff were accomodating. The lodge was amazing, classy and spacious.
