First of all, we had to do this safari in Tanzania with the Kiwoito agency in October 2022. Everything was already paid for. Due to a paperwork problem, my husband was unable to board the plane. Charles, the director of the Kiwoito agency, very warmly agreed to keep us on the safari until we could have another date. A year later, we were finally able to go on this safari. Our guide was Abu, who spoke French. Abu was very attentive and always ready to help. We were able to stop at a pharmacy following my request. Very friendly, in a very nice jeep. The service and sites were wonderful.
We visited Amboseli and Tsavo West for 3 days. We already had a trip planned to Masai Mara and added this on shortly before we traveled. We were really happy we did.
Amboseli was wonderful with the mountain in view- it only popped out for a bit with the rains but it was stunning.
We enjoyed seeing the different landscapes in Tsavo West so they were a great pairing together.

Amazing experience with a fantastic guide and great safari company.
Our experience with Lion King Adventures couldn't have been easier and we felt very lucky to have our guide, Gilbert. Gilbert is very knowledgeable, experienced, and an excellent spotter of wildlife. Because of Gilbert and his spirited drive, we were able to see all of the big 5 and many other wonderful animals.
The itinerary itself was packed (but not too busy) and gave us an opportunity to enjoy all of the different excursions in Tanzania without having to worry about the logistics. All of the places we stayed at that were selected by Lion King Adventures were wonderful with great staff themselves. In the lead up to the trip, Godwin, Rose, and Naurey were extremely responsive and made sure all the arrangements were correct in planning the right vacation for us.
If we ever go back to Tanzania, we would 100% go back with Lion King Adventures. Thank you for a wonderful experience!

Extremely flexible accommodating and knowledgeable.
Had issues with Visas and flights into Kenya delaying our trip. Mateo was extremely accommodating being able to change our plans until we got to Nairobi. They are very friendly and the driver is extremely knowledgeable about the reserve. Seemingly knowing where all the animals are across the reserve.
