Stolen our money and cut all contact
We had booked our honeymoon with them for June 2020 before the Covid-19 outbreak. We contacted them when outbreak first occurred and where promised a 90% refund as per their terms and conditions. When we them asked them to process this they went quiet, only replying when contacted on whatsapp and saying the hotels had our money. We have had confirmation from both hotels today that they are refunding 100% of bookings, so no money being held there. When I told Bee Eater safaris this they quickly deleted our correspondence and blocked us on whatsapp and cut all contact so they could steal our money. We are reporting to the police in the hope of justice.

Perfect safari!
Good and fast communication before safari. In safari was everything much more than we expected - very nice and comfort lodge, a plenty of tasteful food. Our driver-guide Thomas was super! Safe drive, he realized our thoughts and wishes, we saw so many animals and he always stopped just in the right place for a better view. And after safari we were taken to the airport just at right time! Perfect memories from safari just before the covid-19 chaos.

Karry Wang’s Group Handler!!! They are professional, go with them!
We knew the company from a video, Sino Africa Safari was handling the group of Karry Wang, which is a super star from China, he is also the UNEP goodwill ambassador. The video was about 20 minutes, they took good care of my super star, and I must go with them! Karry went to Samburu and Masai Mara, elephant orphanage, and UNEP. We did the same itinerary with him, followed after his path. Sino Africa took good care of us as well! We saw Special 5, Big 4, lot of birds, and visited Samburu and Masai tribes. Our journey was wonderful! Go Go Go with them!

Time flies! We want to go back!
They made our safari dream true. They tailor made our safari, provide us good service! We could not forget when I said I am feeling cold, because I carried less cloths, the owner organized to give me a new Blanket of Masai people. I was touched, and could feel they care about us, not just like some company, make money and does not care about your feeling and experience. I appreciate them to give us the lift experience! We want to go back again!

We already fall in love with Africa!
Africa is very mysterious, people feel danger, unsafe, dirty, poor, and hot! But it’s not exactly the way people think of! We went to giraffe manor, we kissed a giraffe! We went to Karen Blixen, we imagined how English people lived 100 years ago. We went to Masai Mara, we were so close to the lions, we felt the peace between animal and human. We hope everything is peaceful in the world, harmony, no war, and love. Our driver was Solomon, he was a lovely person, he was the leader of the drivers. He took good care of the group. Everyday is a surprise, everyday we learn something, everyday we saw something new! Recommend them, go with them, 200%

We give 5 star rating to them! When we had any problem, they are always available. We had no water in our room, they called the hotel; when we were not like the room, too far from the reception, they communicated and solved; when we want more stops in Nairobi to National Museum, and Giraffe Centre, they had no problem! Five star to them, we had nothing to complain. We always learn knowledge from their wechat group after we finish our safari. They are still giving us a lot of interesting information about animals, which we love to. We recommend them so much!

Chinese new year in Africa！
New year we spend in Kenya, it was good. Company organized dance for us, a cake for us and a small gift for us! We were happy and they called us everyday on phone to greet us, tell us what we need to be care, what to expect, remind us to wear more cloths. We would like to say thank you, we are more than happy to comment! We miss Africa and will visit again!

Mr Le is a good friend of mine. When we visited Kenya, my mother was not feeling well. Mr Li organized her immediately to go to hospital and took care of her. My mother got some emergency unwell, the company paid everything first, we felt so secure with them. Of course, we had insurance and refunded to them after we return back to China. Mr Le visited us when he went back to China, he is now more like a friend and family member now. I went to safari, but my father left behind to take care of my mother. Safari was excellent, no complain! We will come back again when the coronavirus is over!

Amazing country，amazing people,and amazing wildlife
We had an amazing holiday! Things went smoothly, without any problem! Our driver guide was a handsome man, and knowledgeable about everything. We saw everything Special 5 and Big 5, we saw migration and failed hunting. We felt lucky to book the safari with Sino Africa Safari. The company take about us, and give us a call everyday, when we need some assistance late in the evening, I could always reach them also, so that you don’t feel helpless. Nothing could compare with sino Africa safari
We were four people, booked 10 day safari to Kenya. Our guide was professional, our accommodation exceeded our expectation, we did not have any complain with food, our vehicle was brand new, service was fantastic, what a wonderful safari! We saw other people comments that car might break down in the middle of journey, we were prepared that also! But nothing happens to us! We thought there were lot of mosquitos, but there was none…We recommend Sino Africa Safari to anybody! They are good company!
