Excellent service by just one individual!
We did the 5 day tour to the chimps, queen Elizabeth national park, and the gorillas in April 2019.
Before the tour communication was fast and spotless. We used to communicate via WhatsApp and that works very well. It was very reassuring that our guide Wyclef was so easy to contact and fast to reply, especially after we transferred the money for the tour.
The safari tour was great! Gorrila's and beyond really took us beyond just gorillas with a lot of time spent in the Queen Elizabeth national park for 2 game drives and a river cruise. We wanted a change to our schedule so that we could see the tree climbing lions. This was not a problem, and as a bonus we got to see some hyena and leopard!
We chose to stay at the "budget" accomodations, but the lodges were incredibly luxurious (I don't think real budget hotels exist around these parks), and provided great 3-4 course meals.
Wyclef as a guide was very helpful, and he knew a lot to tell about the country in general. He was also very good at spotting animals during the game drives, which we did in his land cruiser where we could view game through the roof in order to see as much as possible.
We highly recommend exploring Uganda with gorillas and beyond!

The trip was very nice, we are happy with all the experience, all the hotels were very good quality and the personal brought a good services. The guide was very helpful and did a very good job. The communication with the agency was very good. We book and pay this pack and everything was done as agreed.

Great communicator despite I am a very challenging person when it gets to travel planning. The service was optimal and felt comfortable at all times with them and with the driver Tony who has great safari/game viewing driving skills and knew exactly where to take us and how to treat us according to our daily needs. Amazing
We knew it was low and rain season, but we took the chance and went anyway, and it ended up with a great/lucky weather. Leaving weather aside, the safari was great!! We had an amazing time everywhere we went, great hospitality on the camps and Serena Lodge with an amazing view. Adam was a great guide, we learned a lot from him, and he had lot of patience when we wanted to stop and see something... in resume an amazing experience! Emma (the owner) very nice person, making everything to make our honeymoon experience the best ever. Thaks a lot Shemeji for an awesome Safari!

Absolutely perfect!
I was hesitant to book with someone outside of the US, but after going I now know it makes perfect sense to go with someone who is located where you want to go! All the lodging was exactly the level that I was looking for! I have absolutely NO complaints! It was an incredible adventure! I have been to Tanzania before but Botswana has their tourism industry finely tuned. Everything went off without a hitch. Every lodge knew when we were scheduled to depart to the next place and got us to our transportation for the next destination. I hope I can make another trip to Botswana and when I do I will definately book with Safari Specialists!

Great Machame Trek
My wife and I recently did 6 days Kilimanjaro Machame Trek with Vervet Tours and it has been one of the most remarkable experiences of my life.
The climbing crew from Vervet comprises of experienced professionals whose duty is to get the Trekkers to the summit and back safely. Our chief guide Titto leads a well oiled team comprising of porters and a cook. They looked after our well being very well ensuring that we were fit and healthy all the time.
The food was very good as it was always fresh, hot and prepared by our cook. Titto encouraged us a lot with good advice on how fast to go, when to rest and how to tackle altitude sickness. When my wife and I got to the summit safely just before sunrise we wept tears of joy for we were finally on top of Kilimanjaro. We took several photos before beginning our descent.
We are very happy with Vervet Tours for giving us memories to last us a lifetime.
They are a great company with a great climbing crew and they will not disappoint.

Exceeded my expectations
I loved my experience with Welcome African Safaris. Everything was great - the communication with my agent Kathi, her availability and know-how to help me choose the accommodations and itinerary. She took care of everything and everything she chose was great!
My lodging at Sabi Sands private game reserve and the Safaris were perfect. I saw all Big 5 within 1.5 days and after that, everything I experienced was just icing on the cake.
The accommodation at Cape Town was also amazing! Right on the Waterfront and within walking distance to all the beauty and great restaurants that the area offers.
Kathi was very personable and professional. I absolutely recommend the agency and if I ever make it back to Africa, I will choose them again.
Thanks Kathi for everything that you did for my family and I. It was truly an amazing and unforgettable experience!

Fabulous Tanzania Safari
My family of 5 went on a 7 day classic Tanzania Safaris with KWESA tours and it was simply amazing. Teacher was our excellent guide who made our trip extra special with the excellent company coupled with many years experience thus knowing all the special spots for watching wildlife without being disturbed or spooking the animals. Our vehicle was in excellent condition and despite the recent rains it handled very well in the parks.
We saw lots of animals in the wild including the elusive wild dogs in Tarangire and endangered Rhinos in Ngorongoro this is in addition to numerous elephants, lions, wildebeest, zebras, cheetahs, hyenas and many different birds.
The accommodations that they selected for us were luxury and yet we paid for midr-range. Some like Kubu kubu and Kitela had a swimming pool where we relaxed aftre a day of driving in the wild.
I thank KWESA for putting together such a wonderful itinerary and charging us a very reasonable price.

Great times on Safari
We recently went on safari to Uganda and had a wonderful time. We communicated with Nicholas who made the planing and payment process very smooth. During the actual safari we went to Queen Elizabeth National park where we saw lots of animals like buffaloes, elephants, hippos, lions, giraffes, monkeys and lots of birds. We then drove south and came to Bwindi. We did the Gorilla trekking in search of the mountain gorillas. We were quite lucky as the trackers located a family and communicate with our guides and we had ample time to marvel at the huge primates. They go with their business without noticing our presence. This is a moment that I will remember for the rest of my life.
I am very grateful to Devine African Safaris for getting us to experience that great spectacle. They are a great company and I fully recommend them
