No point in using them
If you are using a travel agent to give you guidance and insight knowledge about where to stay and what to do, this is not your agency. In our trip to Rwanda and Tanzania, we stayed in five hotels in total. We payed for what we thought was a luxury package. One hotel was excellent, which we chose ourselves, one was ok, but not what we were expecting, two were old, outdated and tired hotels and the last one was an all inclusive, terrible service, nightmare of a hotel. We spent the last part of our vacation complaining while being offered no real solution to the issues. They are very polite, but basically you are left to deal with the hotel yourself. If you want a luxury, smooth experience in Africa, find a different Travel Agent. Trust me on that one…

Amazing safari
Thanks a lot for this expérience ! It was amazing to visit the safari, to look at the animals : lions, girafs, zébras,… in the middle nature !!!! And the guide, Gérald, was very nice. He is very patient and listed well! It’s important to live the safari with a good guide because Gerald contributed to a great vacation. Thank you so much Gerald ! See the big cats and more!
This was an amazing trip! We took a 4-day safari from Arusha to Mwanza and African Big Cat Safaris was fantastic from communication before the trip until we said good-bye. Our guide was very knowledgeable about the area, how to get the best views, local culture, and all the animals. He knew the genus and species of all (almost 100!) birds! This was a great value for money. We stayed in beautiful lodges with good food. Everything was taken care of. I would highly recommend them! We did indeed see the big cats-- lion, cheetah, jaguar-- in addition to so many more animals.

The best experience ever
I had an incredible safari experience in Kenya with my wife for our honeymoon. I'd like to share a glowing review of the agency we chose. It was one of our most beautiful trips. Value for money
Booking process was smooth. We enjoyed the experience during the cruise. The staff was very welcoming. The dinner was fine dining. It was exquisite. My family and l enjoyed the experience and will do it over and over again.

Incredible service from start to finish
The safari was incredible. The pickup/drop off information was shared with us ahead of time and all transfers were timely and smooth. As for the actual safari itself, it has exceeded our expectations. The lodge we stayed at was in a gorgeous remote area, where we had our cabin/balcony separated from the main lodge. Our room was stocked with all the essentials, and we had hot water throughout. The meals were out of this world as well, given that it was a set menu for breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Our safari guide, Gevin, made sure we were able to see all the wildlife on our safaris and was more than knowledgable about the wildlife in Kruger. All in all, couldn't recommend this more for anyone looking for a relaxing safari experience :)
