Incredible trek up Mt Meru
5/5

We went on a 4-day trek up Mt Meru with Epic Africa Adventure - amazing trip! We had a guide, cook and several porters, all were super friendly and helped us make it to the top and back down in one piece! Very well organised, hot yummy meals, great company. Would do it again for sure.

Best experience of my life! Thank you Prime Uganda Safari! :)
5/5

Africa was incredible. I spent 3 weeks in 3 countries, yet I must say Uganda was my favorite. This country offers experiences that travelers cannot get anywhere else! And there is no better way to see and experience this wonderous country than through Prime Safari Uganda Tours! From the moment I contacted them for a quote to the end of my trip when I had the opportunity to meet everyone at the office, I felt as if I found my second family! And my tour guide Denis (my adopted nephew!) was phenomenal in EVERY WAY!!! I traveled alone but I felt safe and well cared for the entire time. Denis was meticulous in handling every detail, he anticipated all my needs before I could even think to ask. His knowledge of the geography, the animals, people and culture were limitless! I have never experienced a vacation like this and I have to say it is all due to the wonderful, professional and caring people at Prime Uganda Safari and I cannot wait to go back. I highly recommend this company for ALL your safari travels in East Africa. You will not be disappointed!

Highly professional, knowledgeable, great attention to to detail and a delight to work with.
5/5

We are experienced, independent travelers who usually make our own arrangements. But for a bespoke, three-week adventure for just the two of us to some pretty remote areas of Botswana and South Africa, we knew we needed a trip manager with deep expertise. Boy did we select a great company. Our adventurist Emma Perrin and our Customer Experience Coordinator Razaan Abrahams were superb and their services went far beyond anything we could reasonably have expected. Nothing was impossible, including switching dates and reorganizing the entire itinerary halfway through the planning period, just to enable us to spend three nights at an accommodation that was on our bucket wish list. Emma just seemed to "get us" from the beginning and her suggestions on what we might want to include on our trip were brilliant. She really knows her stuff and it showed up over and over in the eventual enjoyment of our trip, which was the best one we have ever taken. This is a company with extraordinary contacts (as we learned from staff at the camps where we stayed), flawless execution and instant communication while you're on your trip. They even supply you with a mobile phone app that contains every detail of your itinerary and can be used offline, important when you're out of Internet and mobile range. We appreciated their attention to detail in planning, since everything we could possibly have wanted was taken care of prior to our arrival at each and every bush camp. At airports and air strips, we were met and transferred without confusion or delay and on the one occasion when there was a minor glitch, Emma remedied it quickly. (They are always instantly available by phone, email, WhatsApp, Skype or whatever system you're using. Very impressive) The best thing, though, was that their advice, experience and responsiveness to what we said we wanted to see and do in Africa made this trip an absolute joy from start to finish. We cannot recommend them highly enough and would definitely use Ker & Downey again.

The most magnificent day
5/5

Our tour guide Norman was there at 3am to collect us from our hotel. The 2 1/2 hr trip to Pilansberg was excellent with Norman imparting his knowledge of the area. Once inside the National Park again his knowledge was unbelievable. He was interesting, funny and a pleasure to be with. We had the most fantastic day. Saw white rhino, elephant, giraffe, various antelope and birds of every variety. On the way back to our hotel we were informed of the origins of South Africa. Truly amazing. From the first email to the hotel return it could not have been any better
Can highly recommend Mmilo Tours

Excellent, professional, knowledgeable, responsive, flexible, and courteous!! Tour of a lifetime!
5/5

Sylvester (operator) and Hassan (guise) met and exceeded our every need. From planning to execution, handled our trip with professionalism and courtesy. I was comparing multiple companies and Seven By Far was the clear choice. Prompt to respond to every question, provided ample flexibility (including letting us stay at a tented lodge not listed in their options); provided extra comforts including requests for water, stops during the road trip, and upgrades to a nicer vehicle and it was all in our price range. I booked this trip for my parents, aunt and uncle (all in their 60s and first time travelers to Kenya). The guide engaged in excellent conversation about Kenya and knew an incredible amount of information about the animals and their behavior. He was also very courteous and made sure that my family was quite comfortable throughout the trip! I will use Seven by Far for future safaris and trips and certainly will whole heartedly to all my friends and colleagues! It’s a complete no-brainer to pick this operator! Thank you guys for an experience of a lifetime!

Amazing Safari with Dicky!
5/5

Hello everybody,
We have just returned from a 4 day safari tour with our guide Dicky! And I can not put into words how great this experience was! We stayed in 3 different parks: Tsavo East, Tsavo West and Amboseli! All 3 parks were different from the landscape and the wildlife. Except for a rhino we have all seen Big 5 and about 50 more animals! Dicky went out of his way to give us a great safari and he really did! We would always go back with him on a private tour, it was really worth it. We can only recommend KT Safari and especially Dicky, the value for money was very good. In the end, he even dropped us off at the border with Tanzania and helped us to get the visa. Thanks a lot Dicky, you have made Kenya unforgettable for us. Nina

Happy Hooves on Tour
5/5

My husband and I recently took part in the ten day 'Crossing the Namib Desert Trail'. Having never been a camper, I entered this trip with some trepidation, not about the horses, the long hours in the saddle but about camping generally! Worry wasted- this is one slick operation from the caring, feeding and watering of horses, guests and staff, to the absolute comfort of 'campers' sleeping out under the stars. The horses were fantastic, well matched to guests and transportation of food, kit and water absolutely second to none. the six strong team on tour were wonderful. I would totally recommend this trip and the Company. Loved every minute of it!
