We are a family of 5 (children 10, 11 & 13) - and just returned from a private 12 day safari with Bush2City. We travelled through Kenya and Tanzania (Lake Naivasha, Mara, Serengeti, Ngorongoro and Amboseli). Everything was managed perfectly (thanks Jackson). All transfers & connections were on time and all accommodation was exactly as planned - making the trip that much easier to enjoy. The guides were friendly, fun and knowledgeable. Special shout-out to Dan on our initial Kenyan leg - who was great and the perfect start to our journey. Aziz and Udis were equally great at navigating the weather and finding us the animals and adventure.
Can also recommend this as a family holiday. We stayed in lodges (rather than tented camps) and that suited us well. The chance to see animals and nature of this kind is unique. I'm sure the children learnt more on this trip than a typical beach holiday -with many stories to tell - elephants, hippos, baboons, lions, cheetahs, dik diks, maasai culture ......
As for a tour group - we can certainly recommend Bush2City as someone to go with. They are based Tanzania and privately owned. Big enough with experience to provide the right service, but small enough to want to care and look after you. They were very responsive when we were planning and very reliable when it came to the actual trip. Top marks for B2C !

Every part of the trip was absolutely amazing,from the safari we went to Maasai Mara for 3day trip,then to coastal region in Diani and Watamu. I will definitely travel again with Fairide Adventures!!

Great week long tour for the missus and I. Booked it with Benson. Good guy, had a lot of patience for my thousands of questions before actually making the booking. Tailored the itinerary to my liking, even made changes according to our travel preferences.
We booked Sopa lodges in Amboseli, Naivasha, Nakuru and Masai Mara with game drives in all of those places, in a private safari vehicle just for the two of us. The private safari was an excellent decision even though it cost a lot more, but you can't really put a price on peace of mind.
The resorts were exceptional. My wife and I travel a lot and these were some of the best we've ever experienced anywhere in the world. The heat during the afternoons was challenging, especially in mara sopa lodge who don't offer fans (horrible decision, someone should look into that asap). The safaris were wonderful, the roads leading to them not so. Naivasha is easily accessible, Nakuru a little hard to get to and Masai Mara is just so difficult to reach. Maybe flying there is a better idea. Long journeys are brutal on the back on those roads.
Got to see a lot of animals. Giraffes and zebras were my favourite since you can see them in and around your resort, no game drives needed. Among the big 5, we couldn't spot leopards, everything else was great.

I have just come back from a wonderful trip to Uganda with my son and we still have in our heart the wonderful sensations that the Pearl of Africa was able to give us. We experienced fascinating things like the Murchison Falls or the close encounter with chimpanzees in Kibale Forest, but the most exciting experience was definitely the visit to the mountain gorillas in Bwindi Impenetrable. The hour spent in the company of these gentle cousins of ours is something we will never forget. To organize the trip we evaluated a whole series of local operators and in the end we decided to rely on Home to Africa Tours and Travel: a truly apt choice. The organization was perfect and the support provided to us by Hedmond was punctual and competent in suggesting us the most convenient itinerary and extremely helpful and patient in listening to and satisfying our every need. Amazing, i just wished that we booked a longer trip.
The trip for us from Zanzibar was amazing. The whole organization was so good from Fransisca. Even tough you are on the other side of the world and don’t really have control, this amazing person just fixed everything for us. So we left our luggage at Zanzibar as it is not convenient to haul all bags with you crossing the African terrain. The driver to picked us up from our hotel and dropped us of after the trip was done, very friendly.
After flying a very cool flight in a small plane that was just sweeping and gave us some amazing views over the African savannah we landed and met our super friendly guide, Adam. The knowledge and good sense of humor made the trip a lot better.
The housing on the trip was satisfactory al the way through, just imagine to eat your breakfast while looking at the hippos doing there thing.
So the only thing that I might do differently is to do the 5-day trip instead of the 3-day trip as we did. Really amazing.

A dream come true
our experience was very good. Paul was always attentive and suggested an excellent itinerary, starting with the Masai Mara, then Lake Nakuru, Amboseli and finally the beach on Chale Island, a dream come true! My only suggestion would be to improve the accommodation in the Masai Mara (Enkorok)

Very good safari
We had an excellent 3 day safari with Savanbah Woods. The Ashnil hotel had excellent service, good food and the best thing was the permanent smile of its employees. Anthony, our game driver really tried hard to show us the Big 5 of Samburu and he succeeded. Thank you very much Anthony for making us have an incredible vacation.

Best family vacation
Had a great time with my husband and kids in the mara and mount kenya. Perfect planning overally and great hotel selection plus our guide jeremy was quite friendly,jovial and informative. We definitely recommend them and really enjoyed our time in kenya.
