I cannot recommend this company highly enough. There were 6 of us and 27 people between guides, cooks and porters looking after us. Starting with the guides, Joseph, Exaud and Erick made me feel safe and looked after throughout the whole trip. When I fell behind, I was never alone. Unfortunately, I suffered from altitude sickness and had to turn back halfway through the summit on summit night but unlike other companies, I had two people looking after me the whole time, giving me water, food, reassurance and holding me up when I could walk no more. The porters are simply amazing. They went far and beyond their job description to make us feel comfortable, safe, and welcome at any time. The food was definitely a highlight and the bunny-shaped hot-water bottle at night was a very nice touch. I intend to try and summit Kilimanjaro again since I didn't make it to the top and when I do I will certainly use Altezza Travel. Don't look elsewhere, choose Altezza!

The itinerary options developed and information provided by Matthys allowed us to design a fantastic first time safari for my family. Every detail was considered and we were very well taken care of by the Desert and Delta staff in each lodge. The range of game viewing options was varied enough to keep our kids engaged the whole time. The staff at the lodges were personable and warm, making us feel like we were their only guests. We would definitely go back and use Discover Africa and Desert and Delta again.

Budget Friendly, Superior Service, Great Accommodations, Customized Itinerary
We recently went on a 6Day / 5Night safari with Kenan Travels and couldn't be more happier with the experience. From the time of planning to managing all the bookings, it was a seamless experience. Geophrey was very responsive and attentive to all our concerns, especially with the multiple changes and additions we requested to the itinerary. The whole experience was customized to our group which made it even better. In Masai Mara and Mara North conservancy we saw a lot of animals. Since it was mating season, we saw lions roaming in pairs, young cubs, cheetah, hippos in the Mara river, hyenas, wildebeest, zebra, giraffe, baboons and even warthogs. Our driver and guide, Anthony was very knowledgeable and we enjoyed all the game drives.
We did boat ride in Lake Naivasha and saw a lot of birds. In Lake Nakuru, we saw black rhinos, rare white rhinos, pink flamingos (although they were sparse). In Amboseli, we stayed in Kibo Safari camp, and this was our most favorite lodge/camp of the trip. Overlooking Mt. Kilimanjaro, it was a great spot to watch the sunset in the evenings. In Amboseli, we saw big herds of elephants, more lions (some hunting too!!). Amboseli is a bit dry compared to Masai Mara which was lush and green so plenty of game. The weather was wonderful and comfortable and cool in the mornings. Overall, it was an unforgettable experience thanks to Geophrey, Jane and Anthony.

Memorable experience
We took 5 day Masai mara- nakuru- naivesha with lenchada safaris. The experience was wonderful and is more than worth the price. Our guide and driver, James is very knowledgeable and he made sure we all were very comfortable throughout the journey. We saw all the big five including the feasting of the cheetahs. Everything from punctuality, cleanliness and staff behaviour was top notch. I strongly recommend lenchada and if possible ask for James as the guide.

Best Safari Experience Ever (Have ben on 25+ Safaris over 30 years)
Honestly, of the 30 or more Safari trips I've taken in Kenya, South Africa & Tz, Northland Africa Adventures truly excelled. During our planning, this company worked closely with me, offering a great selection of lodging, working with our limited budget, and keeping me abreast of any changes. We were hosting a 1st time visitor to Africa, and they made two suggestions (An excellent Village Bike ride through Mto w Mbu rice fields & banana plantations, and a lovely lunch at one of the lodges) that made this trip special.
Northland African Adventures staff are On TIME. Their vehicles are clean, well-equipped vehicles (charging stations, small fridge, plenty of binoculars, very good animal, bird and insect reference books).
Our tour guide George went above the call of duty to help us with check-in at lodging and with extra requests. George is an absolute top notch tour guide - probably the best guide we've had over the past 30 years. He loves the animals & the earth, is extremely knowledgable, and can converse on geology & ecology as well as animal and bird life. He has a 6th sense for finding animals in action, which allowed us to see a cheetah mother & adolescent cubs take down a Grant's gazelle (previous safari) and a monitor lizard battle some plovers over their eggs (this trip). George related well with our two teenage boys; our entire family was delighted with the trip.
George's strong desire to reach out to Tanzanian kids and teach them about wildlife and instill a love and respect for nature is also admirable - he visits local schools and gives wildlife talks during his (very few) spare moments.
I would highly recommend Northland Africa Safaris. We will be booking them for future safaris. Give them a try - you will NOT be disappointed.
